"I unfortunately booked an executive suite. Firstly, its location was inconveniently far from the elevator, and it seems all executive suites across all floors are situated in the same corner spot. The suite was definitely overpriced for its small size, and the layout was poorly designed. Furthermore, the amenities were neglected; the Jacuzzi was dirty, broken, emitted a foul odor when operated, and even expelled debris. I reported this to the front desk, and they moved me to another suite, but it had the exact same problems. I absolutely do not recommend anyone choose an executive suite; it's a complete waste of money.

I suggest they lower their prices and encourage guests to choose a standard room with a river view. They should also pay more attention to offering Eastern, Arabic, and Western food options. Finally, some staff members were notably unwelcoming towards Arab guests and made no effort to provide better service."

"The facilities are good. Although there is no gym, but there is table tennis. The scenery is good. The service is good. You also can have a free printed picture.
One thing that I don't like is the regulation of smoking. I just found out that customer can smoke at the balcony and lobby. While I have requested a non smoking room, the man next door was smoking at the balcony, and the smoke came to our room. And I have to complained twice so we can move to different room.
My suggestion is, please separate the smoking and non-smoking floors so that non-smokers can breathe fresh air. And please make the lobby as a non smoking area. It's too bad that the room that was already nice was polluted with cigarette smoke from visitors."

"This is a mature tourist area, there are many hotels, the competition is fierce, and life is very convenient. It's a slow pace here, and the restaurant outside closes early in the evening. This hotel is very affordable at this price, the room is big, the air is very good, the view here is also very beautiful, there are two mountains nearby. The hotel's free breakfast, although not many types, but full of fried rice, eggs and coffee. There are not many guests in the hotel, the small garden grass is very good, and the drone flew by the way. You have to drive by yourself here, and the main road has to drive several slopes to go up. The slopes in Indonesia look so steep, narrow and steep."

GGuest UserA surprise! At a quiet place in the middle of these, just next to the sawahs a fine quiet and beautiful hotel. Not luxury, but very pleasant. And really very clean! From the hotel you walk in half an hour to the splendid Cibodas plant garden! But very special was the beautiful restaurant on the roof terrace. A professional cook who likes to show and think of his cooking arts. And lovely cooking! Also a very fine (sweet) pool. The hotel management is new and invests in the improvement and cleaning of the hotel and is very helpful. This is a fine peak for rest-seeking Indonesian lovers. Also the night calls sound far away (for now).

GGuest Uservery good, got rinjani 5. I ordered rinjani 4 earlier but there was a mistake from the resort, he said the online order email was too late so it took precedence over the offline order. At first I was a bit upset because it wasn't confirmed at the beginning, but in the end I was even happy because it turned out that Rinjani 5 was really good. It looks better than Rinjani 4 which is cornered and looks a bit creepy because of the corner hehe. It's really quiet here, it's very quiet on the side of the road. for the cafe is top parahh, the food is all delicious especially the bogor soto is highly recommended. the service is also okay, the only downside is that the pool can't be used when it arrives. It is highly recommended to wear thick clothes because it is very cold here. next I want to come here again🫶🏻
