The swimming pool is open from 3 PM to just past 9 PM. The hotel is surrounded by schools, so there are plenty of small eateries and restaurants nearby. The soundproofing in the rooms could use some improvement...

Environment: The hotel is quite close to the highway exit, which is convenient.
Service: The bellboy in the lobby was very polite. When we were leaving, he proactively and warmly greeted us, helped with our luggage, and even brought it to the car. "My overall experience at Holiday Inn Suxian was very satisfying. The service was good, and I’d especially like to mention the auntie working in the laundry room—she was warm, helpful, and made the experience even more pleasant.
The hotel is very new and well maintained. Facilities include a self-service laundry (washer and dryer), a small gym, and a breakfast restaurant. There is also a small convenience store in the lobby (not 24 hours), and on the first floor of the same building you’ll find a supermarket, bakery shops, and food options, which is very convenient.
Although the hotel is not located in the downtown area, this actually turned out to be an advantage—it’s quiet and peaceful, perfect for a relaxing stay. Overall, I truly enjoyed my time here and would definitely choose to stay again in the future."

"I have to give a shout-out to Lantingxu Chengyuan! The room was clean and tidy, and the attention to detail was excellent, making for a truly relaxing stay. The hotel has a good location and is about 15 minutes away from the high-speed rail station. Dido's service is warm, the check-in procedure is fast, the room bedding is comfortable, and the key is clean and hygienic, and there is no odor in the room. It is suitable for business travel or family travel, free parking, and there are charging piles nearby, which is very convenient for self-driving. The breakfast products are also rich, and the food is replenished quickly, which is very good!

Service: The lady at the front desk was enthusiastic and proactive when checking in. Since the room booked did not include breakfast, I was considering leaving in a hurry the next day and asked about the hotel's breakfast charges. The lady enthusiastically gave me a breakfast coupon.

GGuest UserThe biggest plus for this hotel is that it is just 850 meters from the tourist attraction for which we came. The GaoYi Ridge, also known as Feitianshan (飞天山高椅岭景区) Scenic Spot. This is a small family run hotel which does not have an elevator. But the owners help you to carry the luggage up. The room is small but adequate, the furniture and bathroom fittings well appointed. The toilet kit was standard, though I normally do not use the disposable toiletries. There is a restaurant a stone's throw away from the hotel, which served us adequate food even late at night.
The biggest disadvantage for this hotel is that it is about an hour's drive from the Chenzhou West Railway Station. But that did not deter us because our purpose was to go sightseeing for the GaoYi Ridge Danxia Landform.

The rooms are decent, and there's a restaurant where you can order food, which is delicious. The B&B is nestled in the mountains, so the air is quite good, and you can enjoy some fresh air in the rest area at the entrance.

The hotel is very close to the scenic area; we bought tickets at Xiaotiantai to go to Wuzhifeng, and the scenery was beautiful. It's a bit of a shame we missed the rime.

Shopping and transportation are very convenient. There are also free roasted sweet potatoes. Highly recommended. Xinglong Pedestrian Street is right next door, which is very convenient for eating, drinking and having fun.
