"The hotel service was very good. When they saw that we had done laundry, they left a clothes drying rack and laundry detergent when they cleaned the room. This thoughtfulness was truly unique among the many hotels we have stayed in. I am very grateful~~~ It completely made up for the minor shortcomings of the hotel's hardware (such as no coffee machine, no refrigerator, etc.). The sanitary conditions are also very good. Different small fruits are thoughtfully prepared every night. If there is any need for assistance, the customer service will do their best to arrange it properly, which is very heartwarming.
The hotel is in a good location, should it be considered the city center? ! There are big supermarkets and shopping malls nearby, and the city government is across the street. The big square in front of the gate is full of singing and dancing at night, which is very lively. I was worried that it would be a bit noisy, but they went to bed on time around 9 or 10 o'clock in the evening, which did not affect my sleep at all. "Chenzhou offers several distinct and interesting attractions, and this hotel also proved to be excellent. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. Our room featured a simple, uncluttered decor and offered ample space. A thoughtful touch was the daily provision of four bottles of water, which was extremely convenient for visiting during the hot summer. For those driving, parking right at the entrance was also very easy. The breakfast quality was superb: they offered bottled and boxed milk, aromatic coffee, fresh fruit salad, and delicious local noodles. Everything tasted great. The staff consistently offered warm greetings, whether we were arriving or leaving. I would highly recommend this hotel to friends for future visits."

BBernz CExcellent hotel. Very comfortable and clean. Afternoon tea served to the room was delightful. Staff was helpful and friendly. They helped arrange transport to MangShan. Breakfast buffet in the morning was a good spread was Western and Chinese cuisine. There are several restaurants around the Hotel. But there is a small restaurant situated in a Buidling on the left of the hotel as you walk out and it serves the most delicious Chinese food and very affordable. Overall Hotel experience is excellent.

The hotel has a good location and is about 15 minutes away from the high-speed rail station. Dido's service is warm, the check-in procedure is fast, the room bedding is comfortable, and the key is clean and hygienic, and there is no odor in the room. It is suitable for business travel or family travel, free parking, and there are charging piles nearby, which is very convenient for self-driving. GGuest UserThe biggest plus for this hotel is that it is just 850 meters from the tourist attraction for which we came. The GaoYi Ridge, also known as Feitianshan (飞天山高椅岭景区) Scenic Spot. This is a small family run hotel which does not have an elevator. But the owners help you to carry the luggage up. The room is small but adequate, the furniture and bathroom fittings well appointed. The toilet kit was standard, though I normally do not use the disposable toiletries. There is a restaurant a stone's throw away from the hotel, which served us adequate food even late at night.
The biggest disadvantage for this hotel is that it is about an hour's drive from the Chenzhou West Railway Station. But that did not deter us because our purpose was to go sightseeing for the GaoYi Ridge Danxia Landform.

KKenny K.Pros-No far from Chenzhou train station, two bus stops by public buses and walked about 350 metre to reach the hotel. We arrived at Chenzhou West High Speed Train station (which is far away from the city centre) from Guangzhou and there is regular public bus plying the route between the two train stations. So transportion in between is easy and cheap with two Yuan bus fare per person. If you do not have the bus apps for digital payment, prepared One dollar Chinese Yuan note or coins before hand to pay in cash.
Cons-No lift and registration for the stay may take longer for foreigners as the computer system is not updated for the latest Visa free countries.

GGuest UserWe had an absolutely excellent stay. The service across all departments—from the Front Desk and Room Service to the Di Ming restaurant and the hot springs—was outstanding. Every hotel member we interacted with was incredibly courteous, friendly, and helpful. We especially appreciated how immaculately clean the entire environment was kept.
I want to offer a special commendation to the Front Desk and Restaurant Managers/Headers. Their commitment to personalized service and leading by example was truly noteworthy. They were warm, genuinely helpful, and created very memorable moments during our visit. Thank you.

A note for future travelers: While the hotel itself is excellent, please be aware that transportation in the surrounding area is very challenging without a personal car.
It is extremely difficult to secure ride-sharing services (like Didi), and hiring local drivers is quite costly. They often charge a round-trip fee for a single journey. For example, a trip less than 1 mile from the hotel to the West Gate cost us ¥50 for drop-off and pickup. A longer trip to the East Gate was at ¥250.

Shopping and transportation are very convenient. There are also free roasted sweet potatoes. Highly recommended. Xinglong Pedestrian Street is right next door, which is very convenient for eating, drinking and having fun.
