Part 1： 癱瘓的設施與無效的服務
· 爆裂的馬桶： 入住就發現馬桶是壞的。墊上馬桶墊後一沖水，馬桶裏的水直接向外噴射，不僅把整個馬桶圈全部打濕，底部還不斷漏水。反饋前台，對方直接回復“維修工下班了，等明天”。請問，我衹住一晚，如何等到明天？最終衹能忍受着使用。
· 堵塞的淋浴間： 洗澡時，下水道完全堵塞，積水漫過腳踝，洗個澡衞生間“水漫金山”。基本的居住功能都無法保障。
Part 2： 遺失耳機的糟糕處理（核心事件）
1. 物品遺失，第一時間推諉：
我於10月3日退房，不慎將一副蘋果AirPods2耳機遺漏在418房間。發現後立即致電酒店，前台未經仔細查找便直接以“沒看到”為由否認。在我出示了藍牙定位明確顯示耳機就在酒店內的鐵證後，對方才改口稱“會了解情況”。
2. 消極拖延，錯過尋找時機：
此後酒店以“國慶繁忙”為由，多次承諾回電均未履行，全程需要我主動反覆追問。這種消極態度完全錯過了尋找失物的黃金時間。
3. 確認找到，卻未核實數量：
在我表示不解決將報警後，酒店才突然改口，稱在418房間找到了耳機，並主動提出郵寄。我理所當然地認為找到的是一副完整的耳機，但酒店方在郵寄前並未與我核對耳機數量，存在重大疏忽。
4. 收到單衹，拒絕溝通賠償：
旅行結束到家，我收到快遞後震驚地發現盒子裏衹有一衹耳機！我立即聯繫酒店，對方態度惡劣，先是各種推諉，之後便徹底拒絕回覆消息，拒絕承擔任何責任。
總結：
這家酒店從硬件設施到服務響應，再到客人財物的安全保障，全線潰敗。入住面對一個“癱瘓”的房間，離店後還要經歷財產損失和糟心扯皮。這已經不僅僅是服務不周，而是缺乏最基本的經營誠意和責任擔當。強烈建議大家謹慎選擇，保護好個人財物。"

From the beginning of stepping into the hotel lobby, I was attracted by the warm and elegant atmosphere. The front desk lady smiled very kindly, the check-in speed was super fast, and she also intimately introduced the surrounding play guides.
