"Excellent breakfast and service.
Big downside was that there were people smoking in the 'no smoking' toilets on the ground floor. Worst still the lift had a cigarette smell and we spotted people smoking in a supposedly 'no smoking' room on the 8th floor! We notified the front desk about the smoking in the room and contrary to their statement on their website of a non smoking policy hotel we were advised that some rooms allowed for smokers albeit being on the same floor as or 'non smoking' room and our understanding of a 'non smoking' floor as well.."

"I brought my family and kids here for a May Day holiday trip and chose this hotel. It's located in the city center with convenient transportation, and Wanda Plaza is nearby. It's also a quick 15-minute drive to Shizhu Mountain, which was very handy! The room was clean and tidy, with excellent facilities. The heated swimming pool on the sixth floor was a real highlight! Breakfast was rich and varied, and the service was warm and attentive. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in town."

"It was tough to find a last-minute room during Chinese New Year, so I booked this place the night before and was pleasantly surprised. There's even a snack street nearby! However, I had specifically requested not to have a corner room when booking, and they confirmed it wouldn't be an issue. But when I checked in the next day, it was late, and upon getting to the room, I found it was a corner one. I went back to the front desk, and they said there were no other rooms available, only that last corner room. I was a bit speechless, especially since I had noted it beforehand. If they couldn't accommodate the request, they should have told me when I booked. Having to drag my luggage back and forth to switch rooms was really annoying and a hassle."

"Absolutely a 5 out of 5 in terms of service, room is super clean. Shower and toilet are spacious. Hotel was quiet with robot delivering food deliveries to the room.
Only downside was the air conditioning was not working, it seems like it was turned off for cleaning for the 7 days of my stay. At 27 degrees C, it was unbearablly hot. When issue was raised to the front desk, they immediately provided a fan for the room.
Breakfast was reasonable, buffet was filling, but options somewhat limited. Good tasting."

He was very close to the Jiuxian Palace on Shizhu Mountain. Jiuxian Gong is a very prosperous temple in the local area. It is said that if you sleep in the temple, the gods will visit you in your dreams."

The rooms are spacious, bright, clean and tidy, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and the facilities are very new. The lake view room pushes the window to see the water and has an excellent view. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, the supplies are complete, and the air conditioning and fresh air system are powerful.
The service is warm and intimate, the front desk is efficient and friendly, and the room type can be upgraded for free and the scenic spot guide is provided. The breakfast is fresh and rich with local flavors. The hotel has its own meeting room and garden, and parking is free.
It is very quiet at night, sleeping with the mountain wind; waking up in the morning in the birdsong, the overall quiet and comfortable, cost-effective, is an ideal choice for visiting Shizhu Mountain."

"The hotel entrance and lobby has been upgraded. Overall the cleanliness is good for the domestic standard. However when compared with International standard, it is average. The breakfast selection is limited as it is meant for domestic Traveller. The security is very good and the staff is helpful. Good to be able to speak a little bit of Chinese."

Poetic Charm: I initially thought the 'Yangming school of mind' theme was just a gimmick, but I was completely won over after staying. Smart voice control for curtains and lighting, laminated glass effectively blocks out street noise, and I was awakened by the morning mist over the Long River instead of traffic sounds.
Service Beyond Expectation: Arriving late at night, the butler was already waiting at the entrance and helped carry my luggage to the room. A freshly brewed pour-over coffee was delivered promptly in the morning. This 'present but not intrusive' sense of service balance is just superb!

The design is very unreasonable and inhumane. Later, I walked here several times to deepen my memory. There are many varieties of breakfast, but there is no milk. The soy milk is thin and cold. But the price is already very good

There are quite a lot of people for breakfast during the Chinese New Year. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry. There is a self-service laundry on the 12th floor, which is convenient for travel. There is no refrigerator in the room, the sound insulation equipment is poor, there are people talking in the corridor at 12 o'clock in the middle of the night, and they can hear clearly. The elevator does not set a card to enter the elevator. The safety needs to be improved.
