There are ground and underground parking lots, which is very convenient and the elevator is directly accessible. Breakfast is also very good, rich in variety, there are yogurt and yogurt to try, yogurt is particularly rich and delicious, be sure to try."

"I was amazed upon arriving at the door. The hotel staff were so helpful! I mentioned my luggage was a little heavy, and they immediately came to help. Check-in was super fast, and they even told me about some good barbecue places nearby! The room was even better. There was no strange smell at all, and the sheets were perfectly made and soft to the touch, almost as comfortable as my bed at home. The bathroom had everything, including toothpaste, toothbrushes, and combs. Best of all, the hot water came right out the moment I turned on the switch. The water was powerful and refreshing, and I felt completely refreshed after a shower."

"According to the introduction page, it opened in 2025, and the facilities are indeed very new. It was quite late when we arrived in Ganzi, and it was drizzling. The lobby was warm, the front desk staff were professional and provided excellent service. The rooms were spacious, parking was convenient, and the courtyard was large. At around 8 PM, the front desk proactively contacted us to ask about our estimated arrival time, making us feel valued from the start. I heard the front desk is staffed 24 hours a day, so no matter how late we arrive, someone will be there to meet us. Our room was already reserved, so we didn't have to worry at all. What impressed me most was the warmth of the details: knowing we had a lot of luggage, someone was there to help us carry it all the way, so we didn't have to do it ourselves. Before we left, we casually mentioned concerns about running out of gas, and they immediately went out of their way to help. Although we arrived safely without any trouble, their proactive approach to sharing our concerns was truly heartwarming. We arrived a little late and thought there would be no food, but we were surprised to find that the hotel still had food. We were the only table there, but the staff were not impatient at all and provided warm service throughout the entire meal, making it a truly wonderful experience. After dinner, the front desk lady personally escorted us to our room, offering to help with our belongings and providing thoughtful guidance along the way. Even more surprising was that we originally booked two villas and one standard king-size room with a view, but the front desk specifically called to ask if they could upgrade the standard rooms to villas free of charge, allowing all of us to stay in the same villa. It was a truly amazing experience! This thoughtful and caring hotel is highly recommended and I'll definitely choose this place next time I visit!"

The breakfast was good, typical ******* but you have to come early otherwise the left options are limited. I can only recommend this hotel for anyone wanting to stay in Ganzi."
