"The hotel is one of the best in the whole trip to western Sichuan. The hotel is a relatively large scale in Ganzi County, and the waiters are also friendly.
Needless to say, the room can be seen in the snow-capped mountains while lying on the bed. It is really beautiful. There are ground and underground parking lots, which is very convenient and the elevator is directly accessible.
Breakfast is also very good, rich in variety, there are yogurt and yogurt to try, yogurt is particularly rich and delicious, be sure to try."

"The hotel we stayed in this time was great. The room was clean and bright, the bedding was soft, and I slept soundly. The front desk lady was very friendly and responded to any questions immediately. The location was also very convenient. It's close to shopping and dining, and I would choose this hotel again next time. Just cross the street and you'll reach the King Gesar City Scenic Area. About a kilometer up the road is the White Pagoda Park. I would definitely choose this hotel again next time I come."

"The layout of the hotel is pretty much the same as the pictures. It's a large villa complex with views of the snow-capped mountains in the distance. The only downside is the lack of air conditioning, so it was a bit warm on sunny nights, and we had to sleep with the windows open. Our ”Dongtong Garden” villa is right on the road, and the constant clatter of large trucks driving by at night kept us awake all night. The building next door is probably in a similar situation, so we'll need to be careful with the two buildings. The hotel service is pretty good. Meals can be delivered to your room, and takeout can be delivered promptly. The first floor of the villa is a shared living room with a large dining table, which is very convenient."

"This Tibetan-style wooden house twin room has a full experience of 👍! The log decoration of the whole house is warm and healing, the wooden wall panel floor is full of texture, and the lighting is particularly good. The large windows have a wide view, and you can see the blue sky and white clouds and the characteristic Tibetan-style buildings. The scenery is absolutely amazing. The beds are clean and soft, the bed flag pattern is very ethnic, the tables and chairs, kettles, drinking water and other facilities are complete, the space is spacious and not crowded, and the sanitation is meticulous. Quiet and quiet, live here to relax physically and mentally, come to the plateau to stay first choice, highly recommended!"

"The front desk staff is very warm and the service is very good! Hotel location is also good! Breakfast is already good in Ganzi! The hotel lobby is also very comfortable, the room is spacious but the bathroom layout is still the old style! Since the newly opened hotel bathroom in 26 years has not put the wash basin outside, there is no intelligent voice control, and there is no oxygen generator. The hotel has no air conditioning like other hotels, and the newly opened fan is not prepared. It is very unreliable to sleep at night! ! ! Very hot! ! The comparison with other chain brands is the same, no difference, the price is slightly more expensive!"

"On June 9th, my best friend and I stayed at the Wangfu Hotel. The room was incredibly clean and tidy, featuring a smart system. The diffused oxygen concentrator was especially helpful, allowing visitors to the plateau to adjust and adapt. After checking in, my friend experienced altitude sickness, but the hotel's front desk manager, along with the staff Ram, Peace, and two other young women, as well as the restaurant and housekeeping staff, provided meticulous care and assistance. We felt incredibly safe and at ease during our stay. Thank you to everyone at the Wangfu Hotel for their help! A thousand words can be summed up in one simple sentence: thank you!!! This is our true experience, and we hope it helps others in need!"

Hotel nicely designed throughout in ******* style. I had a spacious and comfortable room (see picture). Extended my stay twice. Not a run-of-the-mill standard hotel. Ideal location: easily reachable from the G317 bypassing ‘downtown’ traffic, yet only about 250m (just up the street) to the main street with shops and people strolling. (No other top-range hotel has such an ideal location, many of the better hotels are 1-2km from the center.) Large courtyard with ample parking. Very quiet at night, yet close to the nightly dance square and buzzling night area / main street. Extremely friendly and helpful staff.

This stay was perfect, a 5-star review is a must! The hotel environment was great, the rooms were clean and comfortable, the bedding was soft, and there was free parking. The receptionists, Genqiu, Zeyong, and Baima, were very friendly and attentive, making check-in efficient. All staff members were friendly and attentive to detail. The location is convenient, easy to get around, and offers excellent value for money. This will definitely be my first choice for my next trip!

Guest UserThere is a problem with the floor of the room, which may be related to the long-term use of floor heating. I can't see the snow-capped mountains on the 3rd floor, I am very disappointed. Breakfast is OK and the buns are delicious. There is no food around, not too far to eat in the town center, very close to Genbuxia Ancient Street, you can visit the old residence where Zhu De lived during the Long March. The door is digging a ditch, it is estimated that the environment can be better after repairing. The clerk will take the initiative to help with the luggage and see the parking. This is great.

I was very satisfied with this hotel. Five-star review! Cleanliness, service, environment, and price were all excellent. Especially the receptionists, Baima and Cuochu, were very patient and had excellent attitudes. The security guards were also very welcoming; the security guard even helped with my luggage. Guest UserWe have travelled China for 2 months and this is by far the best hotel we have stayed in. Newly furnished, clean, spacious rooms with super comfy beds, heated floor so nice and cosy. Good sound insulation. Very friendly helpful reception and cleaning staff. Lamu was always available to help at the front desk. We will be coming back!!

Guest UserPros: The hotel upgraded me to a suite, which included a living room. The room was spacious, and the sofa was comfortable for relaxing or working. Free parking was very convenient. The receptionist was very helpful. Laundry services were also available.
Cons: Some facilities needed repair, such as the main door, which had poor sound insulation, warped edges, and made a rattling noise every time it was opened. There were no charging outlets on the sofa in the suite's living room.

Guest UserTheir service is definitely full marks. I booked this one for oxygen supply. As a result, the oxygen supply machine in the room was broken. Thanks to the front desk lady for taking us an oxygen supply machine! The facilities are really not good. I don’t want to live anymore. I can feel the springs one by one when I lie on the mattress. I didn’t sleep well all night. I had to hurry the next morning. I said that I was taking a bath. The water flow in her house was very small. There will be no good thing, her family has a lot of local Tibetan food snacks, delicious and not expensive, just walk into a family without stepping on thunder!

Guest UserThe location is very convenient for me, as it is between the old town and the bus station - so i can walk to both. The staff go above-and-beyond for their guests, very helpful and kind. Balcony was a nice bonus. My only issue was cigarettes left on the floor in my room, carpet has burn marks and the cleanliness was lacking…
Note; this hotel is friendly to foreigners, which is very good!

User1234You can't really complain. A good price with a view of the mountains. The receptionist was friendly, but practically lives behind the scenes, so everyone can do as they please. So everything would actually be great... unfortunately the walls are made of Chinese papier-mâché. In the middle of the night you can hear loud mating calls echoing through the walls and in the morning the alarm clocks echo into your room. All in all an interesting experience, I can only recommend it.
