First of all, the sound insulation is too bad. At 11 or 12 in the middle of the night, the corridor heard the noise of the mahjong dissipation in the next room; the sound of the seat moving in the upstairs room and the sound of mahjong chopsticks falling on the floor; Outside the window, the roar of the car engine on the road was so lively that people could not sleep at all.
In addition, there are problems with service efficiency and working methods. I made three calls to the front desk to remind the residents upstairs to make a little noise, but it has not been solved. It is the natural dispersal of mahjong upstairs.
Not only that, but do you have to tell your guests how to do it? I said that it was the sound of the room upstairs, but the staff came over and knocked on the door of the guest in the next room, and directly told the guest that ”the guest in the next room complained that you played mahjong too loud”. The way to deal with the problem, I really don’t know how many guests will be happy in the future. Disappointed."
