"Overall, it was okay, and the breakfast was very good. The room was spacious and comfortable.
However, the room cleaning was a significant issue:
* The first time we entered the room, we found toilet paper in the toilet that hadn't been flushed.
* The shampoo bottle was empty even though it hadn't been used yet. After reporting it, they sent a small replacement. But after the room was cleaned the next day, the bottle was still empty and hadn't been refilled.
* After the second day's cleaning, only one hand towel was left (for two guests).
Additionally, the hotel's parking garage was in very poor condition, which is a bit of an embarrassment for Hilton."
