"Free private car pick-up and drop-off service: Balangzi's service is very good. I couldn't find a parking space and took me there personally. I made an appointment for the airport drop-off service in advance and waited for us downstairs. Perfect.
Except for the fact that there are no windows (probably due to the weather, it is easy for sand to enter), the other supporting facilities are very good, and my picky wife is very satisfied!"

"We were surprised to find such a great hotel (seemingly just opened up for travellers on foreign passports) in such a remote city at the edge of the Taklamakan desert. Very friendly and extremely helpful staff at the front desk and a perfectly clean and well designed room with no fault at all. Comfortable bed, large modern shower, fast wifi and a good choice of tasty foods at the breakfast buffet make this hotel the place to stay in Hetian which we can strongly recommend."

"I would definitely recommend you to stay at this hotel. The location is in the old town so it's easy to explore the shops and restaurants nearby. There's also a convenience store on the ground floor which I thought was a nice touch.
The room is very spacious (even the bathroom), with lots of storage space. I like the modern decor and the shower is very good quality. My room had a nice view of the city and even included a balcony! But there wasn't a door so I couldn't access it 😞 I was a little disappointed about that.
The staff at reception were extremely helpful and friendly. There was a language barrier but that didn't stop them from helping me with my needs in a polite and professional way."

"I saw the Mercure Hotel on Ctrip and booked 2 of them. The front desk lady was dignified, enthusiastic and thoughtful. The hotel room was large, with good texture and complete functions. The mattress was of moderate hardness. After check-in, the room attendant We were given an exquisite fruit plate and mineral water. The next day we called 6 friends who were staying in other hotels to stay in this hotel. Next time I come to Hotan, I will still choose Mercure[strong][strong][strong]"

The room facilities are complete, the bedding is dry and the amenities are of good quality, but there is a lack of hand cream or body lotion. I don't know if this is the case for all Atour hotels. It should be prepared in a dry place like southern Xinjiang.
The breakfast is in line with the positioning, the soy milk and spicy chicken are good.
The pick up point was convenient.

AAnonymous UserI was actually quite happy with this hotel. Parking was decent, and the room was quite large and clean. But… I checked in on July 25th. At 2:48 AM, the door lock kept rattling. Thinking someone had picked the lock, I opened the door three times and checked, but no one was there. Then there was a power outage! Amazing! The entire hotel was out. The key thing was that the emergency light in the room was on. It wasn't blinding, but it was definitely brighter than my night light at home. So I had to force myself to sleep. But that wasn't the end of it! At 5:28 AM, the power came on. Not only did all the lights come on, but the TV turned on automatically too! I finally fell asleep, only to be woken up again. When I checked out that morning, the front desk clerk didn't even say hello, didn't even apologize for the power outage interrupting my sleep, and simply took my room card. Aside from the amenities, shouldn't the front desk have explained the issue? Amazing.

The most important thing was that the toilet auntie disinfected each guest one by one. The service staff was very enthusiastic. The hotel provides free laundry service, which is very considerate for travelers. There is a No. 4 bus at the door of the hotel, and it is only a 10-minute taxi ride to Tuancheng. Special thanks to the hotel's manager Zhao for personally sending us to the station on the day of check-out, helping us with our luggage, and even sending us to the ticket hall. The hotel service is worthy of praise. This is a very loving hotel that deserves every guest to stay.

GGuest UserThe hotel's location is excellent, within walking distance of Hotan Night Market. Downstairs are various snack shops and beverage stores, as well as a Macro supermarket, which I highly recommend. A taxi to Tuancheng and the museum is only about 2 km and costs 8 yuan. The room was spacious, and the stay was quite relaxing. The breakfast selection wasn't very varied, but the quality was adequate. These are the positives, and the hotel is highly recommended (the supermarket downstairs is a significant plus).
The room interior was a bit dated, for example: the carpet was dirty, cigarette butts and other debris were hidden under the bed, the walls were damaged, the wall sockets were old, there were no hangers in the shower, the air conditioner was extremely noisy, and the bathroom had a pungent, pungent odor (perhaps this isn't a common problem; I rented three rooms and only felt that one was more severe). The Wi-Fi signal was weak and intermittent.
Compared to the environment and facilities, the service was probably the most concerning. For example, the toilet paper roll was barely enough for a day's use, and even if I didn't provide it for a three-day stay, I wasn't given it, and the response to requests was slow. Also, the souvenirs included in the booking package didn't match the pictures. They weren't coasters, but mouse pads and cardboard signs with the hotel logo. This wasn't a pleasant experience, and authenticity and trust are key.
Based on the price/performance, location, ambiance, and space, I still recommend this hotel. After all, we don't stay here to socialize. A quiet and reasonably clean place is fine.

GGuest UserTo be honest: the hotel has a good location, complete facilities but a little old, the service attitude is okay, the hotel will help with luggage when checking in, but there is no such treatment when checking out. The room is so small and depressing, it is not good for guests to open the door and come in to deliver fruits when they are not in the room, there are many things for breakfast but they are flashy, there are only a few chicken necks for meat, and you have to wait a long time to fry eggs. The accommodation fee of 237 yuan is not cost-effective. Hotan City is not big, taxi fares are cheap, and hotels that stay a little further away are cheap and comfortable. Of course, Buddhists can stay here.

In particular, the service provided by the handsome guy at the front desk was very good. Free parking is convenient, so I stayed there for two nights. It is worth recommending. The only downside is that the bathroom does not have dry and wet separation, and the sink is leaking, and the ground is relatively damp.

This stay was perfect! From the warm and thoughtful smiling service of the front desk staff when checking in, to the clean and comfortable environment in the room, every detail makes people feel warm. The bedding is soft and skin-friendly, and the room is well soundproofed, allowing you to have a good night's sleep. The breakfast has a rich variety, with a reasonable combination of Chinese and Western styles, and even the coffee can be customized with latte art! The location is also very convenient, and the surrounding business districts and attractions are within walking distance. I also received a thoughtful little gift when I checked out. I highly recommend it to all my friends who are traveling!

Must give a thumbs up to the service of this hotel! On the day of check-in, we had too much luggage and the staff took the initiative to help us carry it. When they learned that we were here for a trip, they even hand-drew a map of the surrounding food. If you want to have a midnight snack at night, the room service responds quickly and even the instant noodles are beautifully presented. When I checked out the next day, the lady at the front desk remembered that I liked iced American coffee, so she packed a cup for me to drink on the way. It feels so good to be valued. I will stay here again next time!

The king of cost performance! It's a pleasant surprise to be able to stay in such a high-quality hotel at this price! The room is spacious and bright, equipped with all the necessary facilities such as smart toilet, projector, etc. The bathroom has separate dry and wet areas and a large bathtub. The breakfast is not only rich, but also has freshly made special snacks. The surrounding transportation is convenient, and it only takes 10 minutes by taxi to the high-speed rail station. Compared with hotels of the same price, this one is definitely the ”ceiling”. I have already recommended it to my friends!

GGuest UserThe hotel is not far from Hotan Night Market. It takes only a few minutes to walk to the night market and the park next to it. The hotel has been renovated for quite some time, in an old-fashioned style, but everything is very useful. The shower head is new, with plenty of pressure, and it's very comfortable to take a shower. The room is large and has good air circulation. It's been very hot in Hotan recently, but there's no need to turn on the air conditioner at night.
There is a supermarket and Xinjiang Restaurant downstairs, and the parking lot at the door is also very large, very convenient!
