"Excellent option in the main square in Hotan. Clean spacious rooms, with a very modern look. The only thing that I didn't like in the room is that the lavatory sink is not separate from the room, which leaves little margin for one person in a couple to do the teeth brushing in the morning without waking up the other... a bit too modern for me but that's me.
Service was good and attentious in spite of the communication difficulties. I didn't like the fact that the laundry service was self-service. We lost a lot of time doing our laundry and there were other guests waiting on the line. Apart from that a really good hotel."

AAnonymous UserI was actually quite happy with this hotel. Parking was decent, and the room was quite large and clean. But… I checked in on July 25th. At 2:48 AM, the door lock kept rattling. Thinking someone had picked the lock, I opened the door three times and checked, but no one was there. Then there was a power outage! Amazing! The entire hotel was out. The key thing was that the emergency light in the room was on. It wasn't blinding, but it was definitely brighter than my night light at home. So I had to force myself to sleep. But that wasn't the end of it! At 5:28 AM, the power came on. Not only did all the lights come on, but the TV turned on automatically too! I finally fell asleep, only to be woken up again. When I checked out that morning, the front desk clerk didn't even say hello, didn't even apologize for the power outage interrupting my sleep, and simply took my room card. Aside from the amenities, shouldn't the front desk have explained the issue? Amazing.

2202682****Home Inn Collection should be a relatively high-end hotel in Home Inn. The location is a bit biased, but Hotan itself is not big, and it costs 12 yuan to take a taxi to Hotan Night Market. The hotel is newly opened, clean and comfortable, the room is large, the luggage is very spacious, the sink, toilet, shower are separated, and the small speaker is still easy to use. The breakfast is very rich, cold dishes and hot dishes are available, of course, the bowl of noodles at home is indispensable.

GGuest UserThe hotel's location is excellent, within walking distance of Hotan Night Market. Downstairs are various snack shops and beverage stores, as well as a Macro supermarket, which I highly recommend. A taxi to Tuancheng and the museum is only about 2 km and costs 8 yuan. The room was spacious, and the stay was quite relaxing. The breakfast selection wasn't very varied, but the quality was adequate. These are the positives, and the hotel is highly recommended (the supermarket downstairs is a significant plus).
The room interior was a bit dated, for example: the carpet was dirty, cigarette butts and other debris were hidden under the bed, the walls were damaged, the wall sockets were old, there were no hangers in the shower, the air conditioner was extremely noisy, and the bathroom had a pungent, pungent odor (perhaps this isn't a common problem; I rented three rooms and only felt that one was more severe). The Wi-Fi signal was weak and intermittent.
Compared to the environment and facilities, the service was probably the most concerning. For example, the toilet paper roll was barely enough for a day's use, and even if I didn't provide it for a three-day stay, I wasn't given it, and the response to requests was slow. Also, the souvenirs included in the booking package didn't match the pictures. They weren't coasters, but mouse pads and cardboard signs with the hotel logo. This wasn't a pleasant experience, and authenticity and trust are key.
Based on the price/performance, location, ambiance, and space, I still recommend this hotel. After all, we don't stay here to socialize. A quiet and reasonably clean place is fine.

GGuest UserTo be honest: the hotel has a good location, complete facilities but a little old, the service attitude is okay, the hotel will help with luggage when checking in, but there is no such treatment when checking out. The room is so small and depressing, it is not good for guests to open the door and come in to deliver fruits when they are not in the room, there are many things for breakfast but they are flashy, there are only a few chicken necks for meat, and you have to wait a long time to fry eggs. The accommodation fee of 237 yuan is not cost-effective. Hotan City is not big, taxi fares are cheap, and hotels that stay a little further away are cheap and comfortable. Of course, Buddhists can stay here.

The room was clean and tidy, the bed was comfortable. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, with stable hot water 24 hours a day. It is very convenient to eat around, and the food street can be reached in a few minutes' walk. Next time I come to Kuqa, I will definitely choose this hotel!

The staff at the door took the initiative to pull the boxes for us, and their attitude was very good! The light in the elevator is not very bright, and the sensor light reacts too slowly, so it is a bit dark when it comes out. I hope it will be corrected soon! There are many varieties of breakfast. I ordered a bowl of ramen in the morning, but it was a big bowl!

This stay was perfect! From the warm and thoughtful smiling service of the front desk staff when checking in, to the clean and comfortable environment in the room, every detail makes people feel warm. The bedding is soft and skin-friendly, and the room is well soundproofed, allowing you to have a good night's sleep. The breakfast has a rich variety, with a reasonable combination of Chinese and Western styles, and even the coffee can be customized with latte art! The location is also very convenient, and the surrounding business districts and attractions are within walking distance. I also received a thoughtful little gift when I checked out. I highly recommend it to all my friends who are traveling!

Must give a thumbs up to the service of this hotel! On the day of check-in, we had too much luggage and the staff took the initiative to help us carry it. When they learned that we were here for a trip, they even hand-drew a map of the surrounding food. If you want to have a midnight snack at night, the room service responds quickly and even the instant noodles are beautifully presented. When I checked out the next day, the lady at the front desk remembered that I liked iced American coffee, so she packed a cup for me to drink on the way. It feels so good to be valued. I will stay here again next time!

The room is spacious and bright, equipped with all the necessary facilities such as smart toilet, projector, etc. The bathroom has separate dry and wet areas and a large bathtub. GGuest UserThe hotel is not far from Hotan Night Market. It takes only a few minutes to walk to the night market and the park next to it. The hotel has been renovated for quite some time, in an old-fashioned style, but everything is very useful. The shower head is new, with plenty of pressure, and it's very comfortable to take a shower. The room is large and has good air circulation. It's been very hot in Hotan recently, but there's no need to turn on the air conditioner at night.
There is a supermarket and Xinjiang Restaurant downstairs, and the parking lot at the door is also very large, very convenient!
