Very friendly and extremely helpful staff at the front desk and a perfectly clean and well designed room with no fault at all. Comfortable bed, large modern shower, fast wifi and a good choice of tasty foods at the breakfast buffet make this hotel the place to stay in Hetian which we can strongly recommend."

"I was actually quite happy with this hotel. Parking was decent, and the room was quite large and clean. But… I checked in on July 25th. At 2:48 AM, the door lock kept rattling. Thinking someone had picked the lock, I opened the door three times and checked, but no one was there. Then there was a power outage! Amazing! The entire hotel was out. The key thing was that the emergency light in the room was on. It wasn't blinding, but it was definitely brighter than my night light at home. So I had to force myself to sleep. But that wasn't the end of it! At 5:28 AM, the power came on. Not only did all the lights come on, but the TV turned on automatically too! I finally fell asleep, only to be woken up again. When I checked out that morning, the front desk clerk didn't even say hello, didn't even apologize for the power outage interrupting my sleep, and simply took my room card. Aside from the amenities, shouldn't the front desk have explained the issue? Amazing."

"The hotel's location is excellent, within walking distance of Hotan Night Market. Downstairs are various snack shops and beverage stores, as well as a Macro supermarket, which I highly recommend. A taxi to Tuancheng and the museum is only about 2 km and costs 8 yuan. The room was spacious, and the stay was quite relaxing. The breakfast selection wasn't very varied, but the quality was adequate. These are the positives, and the hotel is highly recommended (the supermarket downstairs is a significant plus).
The room interior was a bit dated, for example: the carpet was dirty, cigarette butts and other debris were hidden under the bed, the walls were damaged, the wall sockets were old, there were no hangers in the shower, the air conditioner was extremely noisy, and the bathroom had a pungent, pungent odor (perhaps this isn't a common problem; I rented three rooms and only felt that one was more severe). The Wi-Fi signal was weak and intermittent.
Compared to the environment and facilities, the service was probably the most concerning. For example, the toilet paper roll was barely enough for a day's use, and even if I didn't provide it for a three-day stay, I wasn't given it, and the response to requests was slow. Also, the souvenirs included in the booking package didn't match the pictures. They weren't coasters, but mouse pads and cardboard signs with the hotel logo. This wasn't a pleasant experience, and authenticity and trust are key.
Based on the price/performance, location, ambiance, and space, I still recommend this hotel. After all, we don't stay here to socialize. A quiet and reasonably clean place is fine."

"This was the best value hotel I stayed at during my trip to southern Xinjiang. I accidentally booked a single-bed room through Ctrip, and the upgrade to a twin room cost an extra 30 yuan, which was cheaper than Ctrip. The lobby was quite ordinary, but the room was well-equipped, with a unique and harmonious color scheme that contrasted sharply with the endless yellow sand outside the window. Bathrobes, alcohol wipes, and disposable toilet seats were provided, perfectly catering to guests' needs. The breakfast was also good. A minor drawback was that two of the washing machines in the laundry room had broken dryers, and they weren't repaired promptly. Airport shuttle service requires booking one day in advance, while many hotels only require two hours' advance booking; I hope this can be improved."

GGuest UserTo be honest: the hotel has a good location, complete facilities but a little old, the service attitude is okay, the hotel will help with luggage when checking in, but there is no such treatment when checking out. The room is so small and depressing, it is not good for guests to open the door and come in to deliver fruits when they are not in the room, there are many things for breakfast but they are flashy, there are only a few chicken necks for meat, and you have to wait a long time to fry eggs. The accommodation fee of 237 yuan is not cost-effective. Hotan City is not big, taxi fares are cheap, and hotels that stay a little further away are cheap and comfortable. Of course, Buddhists can stay here.

1. The bathroom door is not closed tightly, and the water flows outside when taking a bath. The floor of the bathroom leaks and tilts well. The floor is full of water. When I go to the toilet at night, the dirty water is dirty through the slippers. Reflected with the front desk, the front desk said that the decoration was not done well. The hotel should have been open for a long time, and it has not been repaired yet.
2. I booked to take me to the airport at 8:20 this morning. And the hotel breakfast is starting at 8:30, I can go to the airport for breakfast.
When I was leaving this morning, the front desk told me that I could book in advance and they packed breakfast for me. Then I can remind me when I make an appointment to send it to the airport.

GGuest UserI would definitely recommend you to stay at this hotel. The location is in the old town so it's easy to explore the shops and restaurants nearby. There's also a convenience store on the ground floor which I thought was a nice touch.
The room is very spacious (even the bathroom), with lots of storage space. I like the modern decor and the shower is very good quality. My room had a nice view of the city and even included a balcony! But there wasn't a door so I couldn't access it 😞 I was a little disappointed about that.
The staff at reception were extremely helpful and friendly. There was a language barrier but that didn't stop them from helping me with my needs in a polite and professional way.

Most importantly, the room rate is affordable, parking is free, and it is very close to the Hotan Museum, within walking distance. It is also very close to the Hotan Old Night Market, and the airport can be reached in less than 15 minutes from the hotel (if there is no traffic jam). Overall, I am very satisfied and you can rest assured to place an order and check in!

From the warm and thoughtful smiling service of the front desk staff when checking in, to the clean and comfortable environment in the room, every detail makes people feel warm. The bedding is soft and skin-friendly, and the room is well soundproofed, allowing you to have a good night's sleep. The breakfast has a rich variety, with a reasonable combination of Chinese and Western styles, and even the coffee can be customized with latte art! The location is also very convenient, and the surrounding business districts and attractions are within walking distance. I also received a thoughtful little gift when I checked out. Must give a thumbs up to the service of this hotel! On the day of check-in, we had too much luggage and the staff took the initiative to help us carry it. When they learned that we were here for a trip, they even hand-drew a map of the surrounding food. If you want to have a midnight snack at night, the room service responds quickly and even the instant noodles are beautifully presented. When I checked out the next day, the lady at the front desk remembered that I liked iced American coffee, so she packed a cup for me to drink on the way. It feels so good to be valued. I will stay here again next time!

The room is spacious and bright, equipped with all the necessary facilities such as smart toilet, projector, etc. The bathroom has separate dry and wet areas and a large bathtub. GGuest UserThe hotel is not far from Hotan Night Market. It takes only a few minutes to walk to the night market and the park next to it. The hotel has been renovated for quite some time, in an old-fashioned style, but everything is very useful. The shower head is new, with plenty of pressure, and it's very comfortable to take a shower. The room is large and has good air circulation. It's been very hot in Hotan recently, but there's no need to turn on the air conditioner at night.
There is a supermarket and Xinjiang Restaurant downstairs, and the parking lot at the door is also very large, very convenient!

Receptionist who checked me in on Oct 4 evening and Oct 7 noon was pleasant and competent. The other staff I encountered were sullen and unhelpful.
