"When i arrived I was not expecting such a big lobby. Location is great with small restaurants and convenience stores around. Staff is friendly and helpful. I booked my car to airport through them and it was cheaper than taxi (tip: pay in cash to save 10% service fee), and it was a huge van all for myself.
Breakfast buffet is a bit disappointing but still ok for the room price. Only downside is that no amenities available, which is the legal norm in Taiwan. So be aware to bring toothbrush and toothpaste as well as anything else you need. If you don't, no worries, can buy at the 7/11 or the other convenience store down the road.
Overall, quite a pleasant experience and will definitely book there again in my next Hsinchu trip."

"This hotel in Hsinchu is a bit older, but its location is excellent. It's just a 10-minute walk to the train station or the Chenghuang Temple commercial area. "Stayed one night. As it’s a pretty new hotel, the hotel room amenities are very new. We checked in late. Although it’s self check in, the staff is very helpful and very obliging. The room has got shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Personally, I quite fussy but I like their products. They also provide toothbrushes and toothpastes etc. They give 2 bottles of drinking water. They gave humidifier in each room. There is bath tub and standing shower. The hotel is located in the industry area but they are quite near to Hsinchu HSR. If I would travel to Hsinchu, I will stay again."

"The service attitude of the hotel staff is very good, and there is a water dispenser in the lobby on the first floor. The downside is that the room temperature is too cold, even after asking for two blankets from the hotel staff, it is still very cold, the mattress is very hard, the shower head has very little water, the water temperature is either too hot or too cold, it is difficult to control the water temperature, and the toilet tank does not have enough water."

"Clean room. They got machine to do self check in and check out. Parking space was available in the basement level. Location wise is not too far from central area if you drive, but have to walk very far. Breakfast was nice. They will also give you voucher to redeem cake or drink. Recommended."

"Pros: Breakfast is perfect, very good combination of western and *********. Location is perfect if you are visiting Jiao Tong University and Tsinghua University. Only a couple of bus stops. Very authentic local restaurants around. Employees are willing to help. Free soda in the fridge, decent gym. Good balcony view in certain rooms.
Cons: My room was clean but shower head was loose, although I was able to fix it myself, it made the bathroom a chaos. Shampoo and bodywash are not good considering it's a 4-star. Electronic bidet that cleans you but doesn't dry you out... public baths could be a good place to relax, but it only open 4-10pm, which is not friendly to travellers who only stay for the night."

"Hotel is quite nice, staff was very friendly and room as clean and equipped nicely. Breakfast was expansive with a good selection for everyone. The location is within walking distance to many things. We took a nice walk to the science park area and visited one of the local temples. There is also a nice speakeasy bar within 10 min walk (kind of hidden past the starbucks up the hill). I would definitely recommend this hotel to business visitors or tourists as well."

They use an old-fashioned shower curtain to prevent water from splashing around the bathroom, which I haven't seen in a while. Aside from the bathroom, I have no complaints about the overall experience."

君君品I chose this place for a short business trip primarily because it offered parking. I overlooked the 6 PM check-in time, so I had to go out and kill some time before returning. I had originally picked it thinking it was closer to Fukutang Ganban-yoku (rock bath). There are hardly any shops or amenities nearby, and it's located on a very busy road. The price wasn't particularly cheap either. At night, you can feel subtle tremors, almost like mini-earthquakes, caused by the frequent passage of large trucks. Earplugs are provided, but if you're sensitive to noise or have trouble sleeping, I strongly advise you to avoid this hotel. Personally, I was so utterly exhausted that I just collapsed into bed and slept, so it didn't bother me too much!

GGuest UserThis stay was a great experience. There is a large bathtub where you can take a bath together, and the bed and sofa are both large and comfortable. The most important thing is that the floor is carpeted which is a plus ❤️!
The breakfast counter will ask us to choose one first and hang it at our door the next morning, which is very considerate!

GGuest UserFor the price, this place was very disappointing. First surprise was when checking in, you're told that you have to hand your keys in whenever you leave. I asked why, and they said they don't want people copying the keys, but it certainly doesn't make me feel my stuff is safe when I don't have the key. Why they couldn't use a key card system like every other hotel, I don't know, but they wouldn't have that problem if they did. In any case, the locks are terrible. Like the kind for locking a bathroom door, it'd probably open if you rattled hard enough!
The room itself clearly hasn't been redecorated in years, and looks tatty and everything is old and outdated. Worryingly, clearly there's a water leak from the bathroom and the corner of the wall on the bedroom side showed obvious water damage and looked damp. I think the room had been cleaned well enough but everything was so old, I didn't really want to touch anything. There was no quilt cover, just a sheet under it, so who knows how dirty that might have been. Likewise, there was a water cooler in the room rather than supplying bottled water, but I didn't feel confident trying it and bought bottled water from the shop instead.
I think they'd tried to make an effort to make the rooms colourful. That was a focus of the room pictures and also they have photos of different room styles downstairs in the breakfast room too, but it just looks a bit weird. In my room, it looks like they found a random outdoors picture on the internet and copy pasted some random English text over the top. So, there's a full wall sized advert for a foreign internet company. It just looks tacky on a bedroom wall!
The shower is over a bath, which is pointless as the bath is about 1m long and so nobody would fit in it comfortably anyway. Of course, there's no shower curtain so everything in the wet room gets soaked when you have a shower. Also, there's a sign by the toilet paper dispenser telling you not to put paper in the toilet, so I put my dirty paper in the bin provided. Was quite shocked that they don't clean the room daily as it wasn't a pleasant smell a day later.
The breakfast was very basic Chinese style. I've enjoyed the Chinese breakfast in every other hotel I've stayed here, but here it's basically only rice, tofu and pickled vegetables.
The location is good though. Close to the train station, and so near to all the sights as well.

The hotel helped me charter a taxi to visit East of the hotel (Hsinchu Science Park Area), further to Taoyuan International Airport (TPE), too, which indicates the hotel's willingness to meet guests' needs.

WWEIFENGI went there by car and it was easy to find the hotel. Not far from the night market. There is also a hotel subsidy of 100 Taiwan dollars for parking. The breakfast is very good. Went with children. The price/performance ratio is good and can be recommended. The service attitude is very good.
