"Overall, a great stay! The hotel is conveniently located, just a 5-minute walk from Hailar Station. The decor throughout the hotel is quite vibrant and lively. Our room was well-equipped with a humidifier, projector, and heated toilet seat, and there was plenty of space. The only downsides were a faulty nightlight in front of the sink in our room, which flickered frequently and disturbed our sleep, and the mirror directly facing the bed, which I personally found a bit uncomfortable. I hope the hotel can address these points."

"After a long drive, I was a bit tired, but the front desk warmly upgraded me to an executive room, and I had a great rest during my two nights at the hotel. The shower had excellent water pressure, there was a bathtub, and the room was very clean, even including drip coffee. The only slightly awkward thing was that the electric kettle and tea set were inside a cabinet near the entrance. Every time I wanted hot water for tea, I had to open the cabinet door. Why not just remove the cabinet door and make it open-plan? The breakfast also offered a good variety and was delicious. ”Ye Zi's” follow-up call made me feel well-cared for."

"I booked it because I liked it at first sight, but I almost canceled it after seeing the bad reviews before I went! I was very nervous when I went there, but I realized that there is such a good hotel in the grassland, how can I give a bad review! The room is very beautiful, the facilities are thoughtful, and the scenery alone is worth the price. The sunset in the evening, the sunset glow, the starry sky in the middle of the night, and the sunrise in the morning. It's beautiful! In addition, the meals in the camp taste very good and are not expensive. The sweet and sour pork is simply amazing, comparable to a big restaurant. The milk tea is super delicious. We ordered several pots, and there were so many snacks that we couldn't finish them and took them home. "I booked this hotel half a month in advance. Planning accommodation for our honeymoon was a lot of work, but thankfully I made the right choice! Our room had a private small balcony, and as soon as you stepped out, you'd see rolling grasslands blending with Hulun Nuur Lake. At sunset, the lake was bathed in a warm golden glow. Lounging on the balcony, feeling the evening breeze, and watching the stunning sunset created an incredibly romantic atmosphere. Every photo we took looked like a honeymoon masterpiece.
The housekeeping auntie was also very kind, bringing us warm milk punctually every evening. Our stay also included complimentary double tickets to the scenic area, making it easy to stroll around the park the next day without having to queue for tickets. Our accommodation experience for this Hulunbuir honeymoon was absolutely perfect.
Now, for the downsides: it's truly impossible to call a taxi or Didi within the scenic area. You just won't find one. It's quite far from the city, so you absolutely need to hire a private car or rent one. Also, the entertainment options weren't very extensive at the time, possibly because there weren't many tourists yet."

"The price/performance ratio of James Joyce Coffetel is really good. Although it is a newly opened hotel, the overall decoration style and front office service of the hotel are not like a newly opened hotel. It is really safe and comfortable here. The retro coffee style decoration is very distinctive, and there are many books to read on the lobby shelf. The staff is attentive and thoughtful, the room is equipped with hanging ear coffee, the bedside lamp I really like it, the overall tourist season is very cost-effective, it is highly recommended for tourists to stay."

"The shop owner, a very kind lady, helped us secure a parking spot; she even told us about fun places to visit in Hailar. She was incredibly warm and helpful. The receptionist was also very accommodating and efficient, helping us with both room and electricity cards. The room was a loft-style room with ample space. In the summer, it was very convenient to hang an umbrella to dry in the loft when it rained. Enough talk, here are the pictures. For directions, check out the Hailar Senior University. We had a great time at Jiu Mu Yang Hot Pot nearby, and the beef jerky at Friendship Supermarket was delicious and reasonably priced. Hulunbuir Ancient City is within walking distance, making it easy to take photos. Hailar is a wonderful city; good cities produce good shops."

Guest UserThe room was quite spacious, breakfast was good, and the service was warm. The location is also decent, with several restaurants and a supermarket nearby. Overall, it's okay.
However, there are some downsides:
1. The way to turn off the night light is very peculiar; you can't figure it out on your own and need to call the front desk or housekeeping for instructions.
2. It's advertised as a non-smoking room, but the smell of smoke was quite noticeable.
3. The pillows were uncomfortable. In this regard, international chain hotels don't compare to similarly priced domestic brands. The domestic competition means they often excel in providing more meticulous and thoughtful details.

I traveled alone with my 3 year old daughter and we had a fantastic stay! The owner was very kind to upgrade us to the largest king size bed room which was very spacious for my kid to run around. Unfortunately she didn’t realize we booked 2 nights and made us move the second night but still gave us an upgraded room! She made up for it by helping me move and watch my child while I settled into the second room. She and the restaurant chef were so kind with allowing us to eat a late breakfast because my child was too tired and could not wake up in time before breakfast ended. The chef made us a delicious fried rice with some tomato/eggs and hot Mongolian milk te which was the best meal we’ve had in Inner Mongolia because we are tired of eating lamb. Everyone treated us so well and loved my outgoing daughter. We sang karaoke at night and my daughter sat on the swings and ran around in the courtyard playing. I loved that the light to the AC turns off when the room lights turn off but the AC is still working. It makes sleep so much better to not have a light shining on you. The rooms are very new and there’s lots of cabinet space. Parking is available. Bottled water, slippers, shampoos/body wash are all provided. We also got free tickets to the grassland which we unfortunately could not make it to but appreciated. Thank you to the owner and the staff for making our stay so comfortable! We will definitely come back and stay again!

It felt like an apartment building converted into a guesthouse. The space was incredibly generous, and it was spotlessly clean. The front desk service was excellent. Our unit was very spacious, spanning an entire floor. Our windows faced an inner area, adjacent to a children's playground within a residential neighborhood. Despite being on the 5th floor, it was exceptionally quiet, almost like being on the ground floor. The overall environment was excellent. It's conveniently located near Zhongsu Jin Street, just a short walk away. Just outside, there's a wide variety of Mongolian and Russian restaurants. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.

This is a new and modern, business-oriented hotel in the center of the city. There are shopping centers and local restaurants within walking distance. Easy to arrange tours into the grassland.
Well-maintained rooms and spacious. Sheets are clean and rooms are equipped with modern amenities. Try talking to the AI control in the room( Chinese) it was interesting and does a few actions with voice control

The hotel is located next to the most central square. The room is on the second floor, there is no elevator, the boss helped carry the luggage. The room is quite big, it is a suite, the big room has two beds, the small room has a bed, the bed is not small. The room is quite large and it is very convenient to put the suitcase. One-time towels are available, which is great. The only problem is the location of the shower. The bracket of the fixed shower cannot be adjusted at an angle. When the water is opened, the water sprayed is directly facing the wall. If the height is less than 1 meter 9, it will not be stained. The shower can be taken down and held in hand, which is really not convenient. When I checked out, the proprietress also sent two breads, thank you!

This is my second time here. The environment is great, perfect for taking photos. The front desk staff are super enthusiastic, and even the cleaning aunties greet you warmly when you see them. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Hailar!

JiaJiaYiYiOur yurt didn't have a window, but it was still very cozy. I was a bit worried at first, but once we checked in, I realized it wasn't an issue at all. We'd stayed in a yurt with a window in Heishantou before, and experiencing one without a window here felt just as secure – it was a nice change of pace. The meals at the camp were a bit pricey, but that's understandable given how deep we were in the scenic area, and we certainly ate our fill. The evening bonfire party wasn't very interactive, but the fireworks made up for it, so I was happy. Staying at the camp also granted us free access to the Shuiyun Tian area, which was a great free attraction.

The hotel is clean and tidy, the rooms are relatively large, and the environment is good. It is right next to Matryoshka Square. In the south-facing rooms, you can watch the light show in the room every night. In the north-facing rooms, you can see Russia in the distance. Downstairs is the China-Russia trade port. It is very close to Matryoshka Square and Guomen Scenic Area. The hotel owner was very enthusiastic, helped us with suggestions on our itinerary, and even made homemade maps for free. Thank you so much!

The hotel experience is great! The room is spacious and bright, the mattress is very comfortable, the bathroom facilities are complete, and the service is warm and thoughtful. Guest UserHello. First a room that was not possible for a second, so it was so smoked. The administrator provided another room that was less smoked, good in the two windows and quickly all went out.
Plus: A beautiful view from the window, next to the step-by-step availability of a bunch of shops and cafes. The hotel is small without noisey neighbors. 3 elevators work fast.
Defects: Very high threshold in the toilet, broken bed linen, in 9 days of stay never cleaned and changed towels, toilet paper, all toothbrushes and pastes, champagne bought themselves. The Chinese citizens who smoke very much are inhabited. Conditioners do not work.
