"The location is excellent, and the room decor has a classic, historical feel. There was some dust in the corners, but after a hike, it was really nice to soak in the hot spring. The Angelica sinensis pool wasn't cleaned well and had an odor. The front desk staff recommended a Chinese restaurant and breakfast, both of which were good. The front desk also proactively called me about an item I left in the room and helped me arrange express delivery via WeChat, which was a very positive experience."

"Room and hotel as well as hot spring facilities were all clean and very satisfactory. Location wise very convenient and a short distance from the railway station, even better because the hotel provides shuttle service to and from the station. Service was impeccable and staff were very polite, helpful and ready to assist with questions. They also took the time to explain the sights around town and the route to Jianmenguan scenic area. Amenities wise, the hot spring was delightful and worth returning to. Overall a wonderful stay at the hotel. Also definitely worth the price."

The hotel was very clean, and the facilities were good and all new. The bed was very comfortable, with fluffy and warm blankets. It has a smart speaker, projector, and hot spring bath, making it suitable for family trips. Special praise to the hotel staff; they were very helpful and polite, and provided us with excellent travel advice, which was very useful. 👍🏻"

"Facilities: The room was spacious, featuring a separate wet and dry area in the bathroom, and the bed itself was quite generous in size. Hygiene: The cleanliness was decent, quite satisfactory overall. Environment: The hotel boasts a very large parking lot, making it ideal for guests traveling by car. Conveniently located downstairs are a big supermarket, a bakery, and a Luckin Coffee. There are also several restaurants right next door, and just across the street, you'll find numerous snack stalls, ensuring a plethora of dining choices. Service: I found that some of the front desk staff could use improvement in their customer service. As breakfast wasn't included in my reservation, I inquired at the front desk if it could be added, but the response was rather abrupt. They didn't even offer the option to purchase breakfast vouchers, which was quite disheartening for a visitor from out of town. Nevertheless, these are minor points, and I hope to see them addressed in the future."

"The location is super convenient! It's less than a 20-yuan ride by Didi (ride-hailing app) from the hotel to the high-speed rail station and Jianmenguan. You can also walk one stop to the bus station and catch a public bus. There's a great breakfast place nearby called 'Guangyuan Specialty Steamed Cold Noodles.' It's popular with the older locals and only open until 1 PM. After having breakfast there, I was full of energy for climbing Jianmenguan!"

"Excellent value for money! You can't go wrong with this 100 yuan deal. The two spicy skewers and breakfast shops recommended by the receptionist were both super delicious. Facilities: There are two slow-charging stations, charging 1.38 yuan per kilowatt-hour per day. Parking is a bit tight. The room is very new and clean. It's about a 20-minute drive from the North Gate of Jianmenguan Scenic Area, very convenient."

"初四住了一晚，為了去劍門關想着住的好一點，放棄了離酒店比較近的民宿（看圖片比較舊），衝著圖片舒適性去的，結果門裡麪的鎖壞的，最開始讓給床被子不給，後面再要了一次給了一床，過年期間價格比較貴500多，整體低於預期，完全沒有去光霧山的300多的酒店好，服務也超級好（還沒到提前電話把空調給我們調好了）實話實説，不喜勿噴"

"Let me talk about hotel hardware first: the price is still expensive, this price can live in Atour in the second and third-tier cities. Breakfast is very general, there are not many rice noodle stalls without whistles. Watermelon slices are smaller than Xiaolongbao, where is the middle. The waiter also confiscated the meal and mixed with the guests, which was very noisy. The room facilities have not changed much. The bathroom in the room leaks to the toilet, especially the shower. This bath water is sealed. I don’t know if the next second is cold or hot. There is no regularity. After washing for 20 minutes, it has been hot and cold. Alternate. Each room provides two bottles of mineral water, beyond the payment, which is really not as good as a Samsung hotel. Several new charging places in the parking lot can meet the charging problem of new energy vehicles."

There is a homestay a few hundred meters away from the scenic spot. It is really convenient. You don’t need to drive the car to squeeze the parking lot. Although it is a homestay, it uses the specifications of the hotel. The uncle stir-fry is delicious. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are available. The front desk lady is really good. Whether it is the lobby or the room, the decoration style is very comfortable. The room is actually equipped with a wall-mounted water heater. It is especially convenient for children who drink milk powder. If there are friends, they will recommend this place.

Hiking Jianmenguan and then enjoying a hot spring soak, I had an unexpectedly great stay! As a designer hotel, the aesthetics really shine! The overall style is modern and artistic, with a simple yet grand lobby. The soft furnishings and lighting in the public areas are very tasteful. The room was spacious and bright, with a well-thought-out layout that didn't feel cramped. The bed and pillows were super comfortable, and the room was also very soundproof, so I slept really well 👍 The hotel is located right at the entrance of Tianci Food Street, just a two-minute walk from Tianci Hot Spring, which was incredibly convenient.

Very close to Jianmenguan Station, a few dollars by taxi, you can send it to the hotel entrance, and it is more than ten or twenty yuan to take a taxi to the scenic spot. The first time I stayed, I felt very good, clean, the room was spacious and bright, the equipment was very new and complete, the bed was comfortable and soft, and it was done with a small degree. Passing through Pu'an Town, which I heard used to be the old county seat, and it definitely retains that old-town charm. I found a hotel online, and its location is quite good, right by the river – you could even call it a 'river view' room. Overall, it's all about value for money. It's hard to find a decent place for just over a hundred yuan these days. I noticed the bed and cabinets are solid wood, though a bit dated, which suggests the owner invested in quality materials back in the day. The bathroom seemed newly renovated, and the shower was perfectly fine. The room was also clean. The soundproofing wasn't great, but I was only staying for one night, and considering the value, for this price, what more could you possibly ask for, haha! 😂

Very good hotel to use as a base for hiking different sections of the Old Shu Road. Service is friendly, there are boards with explanations of the different routes and how to get there. It’s within walking distance of the historic center of Pu’an and the starting point of the west route of the Shu Road.
