From facilities and cleanliness to service and dining, every detail showcases Marriott's quality. It truly lives up to its reputation as a dazzling landmark in Rongjiang New City, and I wholeheartedly give it five stars! The hotel's facilities are absolutely impeccable; being newly opened, everything is brand new and fully functional. The panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows offer stunning views of the Rongjiang River, and from a high floor, the night view creates an incredible ambiance. The smart features in the room are incredibly thoughtful, with automatic curtains and everything needed for a convenient trip. The open-plan walk-in closet and spacious wet/dry separation bathroom are fantastic. The bathtub, paired with renowned brand toiletries, makes for a wonderfully relaxing soak. Cleanliness definitely meets five-star standards. From the moment you enter the lobby to the guest rooms, and even public areas like the pool and restaurant, everything is spotless. The bedding and linens in the room are pristine and odor-free, the bathroom is immaculate, with no dust on surfaces or in corners. The disinfection of cups and toiletries feels thorough. In public areas, staff are constantly cleaning and tidying the floors, seating, gym equipment, and pool surrounds. Even details like elevators and corridors are kept neat, making the overall environment fresh, comfortable, and reassuring. The service was a major highlight of this stay; the experience from check-in to check-out was superb, truly living up to Marriott's renowned service standards. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, handling check-in and check-out with impressive efficiency. They thoughtfully introduced the hotel facilities and local Jieyang attractions and even offered a complimentary upgrade to a river-view room based on availability. My request for a late check-out due to work was also cheerfully granted, with smiling service throughout that was incredibly heartwarming. The concierge and room service were prompt, and the robot food delivery was a novel touch. The turndown service was meticulous, and even the staff at the restaurant and pool were observant, proactively offering assistance. There was never any hint of neglect; they truly made me feel at home. Overall, Jieyang Marriott Hotel is an excellent choice for both business and leisure travel. Finally, a special shout-out to Bonnie, an employee who was incredibly thoughtful and promptly resolved any issues. I was extremely satisfied! 👍"

"The hotel has a great location, easy access, and the rooms are large and comfortable! However, the front desk staff's service needs to be improved. It always felt uncomfortable. Most All Seasons hotels have good front desk service, but yours really needs improvement! Also, the room didn't include breakfast, and they said it would only be included if I gave a good review. I don't want to give a good review, but can't I just pay for it myself?"

"I stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn in Jieyang yesterday. It is very close to the highway exit. The hotel was very considerate and called in advance to communicate if there were any special requirements for the room. Because we wanted to stay in a quieter room, the hotel specially arranged a silent floor. I am very grateful to the warm and friendly girl at the hotel front desk."

"Traveling with elderly family members, we only stayed one night. The hotel facilities felt relatively new, and the room had no strange smells. The window could open a narrow slit, which was a nice change from other hotels where it can feel stuffy. The hotel isn't large, but it felt cozy. The pricing was reasonable. It's located at an intersection, making it convenient for getting around, and it's within walking distance of several attractions. When we checked out, it was very early, and the breakfast restaurant hadn't opened yet. My elderly family member had an upset stomach and wanted some hot porridge. The young lady at the front desk, wearing black-rimmed glasses, was incredibly helpful in communicating with the chef to arrange this. We are very grateful! With her help, we also signed up for a membership and will consider staying at their hotels in other cities during future travels."

"Because I had to take a flight early in the morning, I chose to stay at Vienna Hotel Jieyang Chaoshan Terminal the night before. The hotel is clean, tidy and comfortable. It is very close to Jieyang Airport. The most important thing is that the hotel provides free airport pick-up. If you catch an early flight in the morning and don’t have time to eat breakfast, the hotel can also pack breakfast for free. The hotel really cares about the guests staying in the hotel and provides high-quality services. Highly recommended!"
