"I flew from Shanghai to Jieyang and arrived at Jieyang Airport at around 11pm, so I found a hotel near the airport to stay for one night. The hotel is only a five- to six-minute drive from the airport, and there is free shuttle service, but remember to make a reservation in advance for drop-off. The room decoration is relatively new. This is an advantage. The shortcomings are: there are a lot of mosquitoes. Even after the hotel gave me mosquito repellent, there were still mosquitoes buzzing in my ears, which affected my sleep. Hygiene needs to be improved, and there are hairs on the ground that have not been cleaned."

"I was stranded due to a typhoon and booked this room last minute, and it was excellent value for money. It's only 5 minutes from the airport, and the free shuttle service was incredibly convenient for catching my flight! The room was clean and comfortable too. The only minor issue was the shower water wasn't quite hot enough, which could use some maintenance. Definitely recommend it!"

"It is relatively close to the ancient city and there is a food court next to it. Breakfast is at KFC downstairs. The parking lot is relatively small and requires a lot of driving skills. You can park in the parking lot of the residential building next to it. It costs only about 20 yuan a day, which is quite convenient."

Soundproofing: The soundproofing of the street-facing rooms was average; there was traffic noise at night. Breakfast: Breakfast required walking to the 7th floor of the opposite hotel; the food was decent, but a bit of a hassle. Summary: You get what you pay for; the price-performance ratio is acceptable, suitable for family trips."

"The room is as shown in the photo. I booked wrongly and needed 2 beds which I needed to pay another 60yuan. I think the place is great & reasonable for its price if you book the room during a non-festive season. However, as we stayed on 五一, the price is 2.5 of the normal price which isn’t really worth it. Ultimately, it was our last night and we wanted somewhere comfortable so I just booked it. As for the service, the boss kindly fetch me around to collect my 快递. But otherwise, I think they can be more friendly with customers"

It has everything you could ask for: Wi-Fi, a projector, a massage chair, a smart AI assistant, a laundry room, and free parking. The surrounding area has convenient transportation, and it's within walking distance of Jinxianmen, Jieyang Xuegong, and Chenghuang Temple. If you don't feel like walking, you can even find shared e-bikes right outside the hotel. Overall, staying here is incredibly convenient, and the room rate offers excellent value for money. It truly exceeded my expectations!"

"This hotel, Qiting Meiju in Jieyang Ancient City, was such a great find! The location is incredibly convenient, right next to Nanpu Fishing Song in Jieyang Ancient City, with plenty of food, shopping, and entertainment options nearby. It's also a short 10-minute walk to both Shuangfeng Temple and Chenghuang Temple. The hotel staff were very kind to guests. The room itself was clean and comfortable. The bedding was just the right firmness, allowing for a good night's sleep. The bathroom was spotless with a separate shower and toilet, and the toiletries smelled lovely. The WiFi was fast, perfect for streaming shows without any buffering. The hotel staff provided meticulous and thoughtful service; the front desk even proactively upgraded our room, making the entire stay very smooth. Overall, the experience exceeded our expectations. We felt safe and everything was so convenient. I honestly recommend it to anyone visiting!"

"The young couple, with their two-month-old baby, provided excellent service and were very friendly to their guests, offering a wealth of local information. Traveling alone, all I needed was a clean bed and a safe place to stay, and the owners lived there with plenty of toiletries available for borrowing. "The room was clean and offered better value for money compared to hotels in Chaozhou. It had a chaise lounge, which was great as it could comfortably accommodate an extra person, perfect for a family of four. We took a chartered car to Huangmanzhai Waterfall, which I highly recommend visiting."
