"The room was clean and bright, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and I slept until dawn. The front desk service is warm, the work efficiency is high, the surrounding area is convenient for eating, drinking and playing, and the business trip is basically here. Convenient parking, a suggestion: some Yuba need to be replaced, whether the old customers who often stay can take the initiative to provide breakfast! The pick-up station service is also convenient!"

"I stayed at this hotel for a few nights while following up on a project in Jincheng Economic Development Zone, and I can honestly say it helped me get through some of the toughest times. The location is incredibly convenient for business travelers. The hotel is right on the main road of the new district; it's a 15-minute taxi ride to my client's company and just over 20 minutes to the high-speed train station, and most drivers know exactly where it is. Wanda Plaza is right next door, so after client meetings, I could just grab some fast food downstairs and head back to my room for a quick nap, without having to search for restaurants far and wide. In terms of facilities, what impressed me most were the working conditions. The desk in the room was large and wide enough for my laptop, documents, and a water cup without feeling cramped. The desk lamp had adjustable brightness, which was great for working late into the night without eye strain. The Wi-Fi was stable; I had two video conferences and never lost connection. There were plenty of power outlets, including USB ports by the bed, at the desk, and in the bathroom, so charging all my devices was never an issue. Another thoughtful touch was the self-service laundry room on the first floor. For business travelers like me who need to meet clients, having clean clothes daily is essential. The self-service washer and dryer finished in an hour, and it was free to use. I'd toss my clothes in at night and pick them up clean and tidy in the morning. Plus, the front desk staff were very enthusiastic and even offered to help me collect my laundry. Breakfast was served until 10 AM, which was perfect for me as I tend to stay up late and sleep in. The freshly made knife-cut noodles with a splash of aged vinegar were really good – honestly, they tasted just as good as anything you'd find outside. The service was professional too; check-in and issuing invoices at the front desk were very quick. When I needed to extend my stay, the front desk proactively offered for me to keep my original room, which made things much easier. The cleaning staff were very considerate; seeing me often working in the room, they cleaned quietly and carefully, not even touching the documents on my desk. Honestly, staying at such an efficient yet warm hotel for a business trip reduced my work stress by half."

The room is spacious, bright and clean, with smart bathroom, smart toilet, deep soaking bathtub and other facilities. It is very comfortable. "The room rate didn't increase during the holiday, which is a big plus. The environment is excellent, and the underground parking is very convenient with its remote car finder feature. The staff service was truly great. There was a lovely female attendant specifically at the elevator entrance on the first floor of Building 1, who helped me watch my luggage while I checked in. She was also very pretty and gave out small gifts for Dragon Boat Festival, and there was even refreshing herbal tea at the entrance – very nice. The front desk staff at the swimming pool, Wang Ruotong and Li Tiantian, along with lifeguards Jiao Shiya and Wang Keman, were all beautiful and very attentive, taking great care of my children. As for minor drawbacks, one is that the toilet isn't smart; it only has a heating function, and I expected it to have a bidet. Another is that we stayed for two consecutive days and went out, and the housekeeping staff cleaned the room without telling us beforehand. Nothing was missing, and they even left a note afterward, but it would have been better if they had informed us in advance. Oh, and the robot coffee wasn't very good. I tend to point out minor flaws, but overall, it was genuinely good, mainly because all the female staff were so attractive. If I come to Jincheng again, I'll definitely stay here."

"It's rare for me to give a hotel a perfect score, but this one deserves it! Every staff member, from the front desk to the restaurant, fitness center, and housekeeping, was fantastic! The swimming pool area was incredibly clean, and staff member Jiao Shiya reminded us to watch our step for safety. Wang Keman enthusiastically provided us with suitable swim rings. The pool water quality was excellent, and after our swim, Li Dandan handed us towels and escorted us to the changing rooms. Big kudos also to Shen Weiyuan and Li Ruotong from the restaurant!"

I booked this hotel when I brought my family to Jincheng for a holiday, because I trusted it and felt at ease! Parking is convenient, the location is also very good, the service is very warm, the service of Yingying at the front desk is particularly good, and she also gave me Shanxi-style souvenirs, which I like very much!
