"The room and service were good. Because we booked a wrong check-in date for a room, when there were no rooms, the front desk and the store manager knew the situation and used the spare room for us, which helped us solve the big problem. The only drawback was that the waiter was not very friendly during breakfast. He refused to replenish the food when it was insufficient, and the quality of the drinks contained too much water, which was not up to par with the room rate. Although someone followed up and solved it immediately after the complaint, I sincerely hope that this situation will not happen again in the future, which will seriously affect the reputation of the hotel."

"It's a very new hotel with spacious rooms, fully automated controls, and a cozy atmosphere. It's also very quiet. The vanity is spacious enough to easily fit two toiletries bags. The shower and toilet are separated. The front desk staff were very welcoming and even provided two complimentary breakfasts. There were also dried fruits and fresh fruit in the room. There are many restaurants nearby offering a variety of delicious food. Overall, a very good experience; highly recommended. Thank you for the front desk service."

"Returning to Urumqi from Saihu, I chose Jinghe as a transfer. Arriving late at night, the front desk lady and man were very professional and proactive in checking me in. They not only upgraded my room but also gave me a check-in gift and breakfast for two. Upon arriving in the room, I found it clean and tidy, warm and spacious. The price was also very affordable, a great value for money! It wasn't just a comfortable and pleasant stay, but also a touch of worldly charm. That's how I rate this hotel; it's fantastic! I forgot to take pictures when I first entered the room, but only remembered to snap a few when I was leaving."

Clean and refreshing, the bathroom facilities are brand new, the separation of dry and wet is done well, the hot water is large and stable, and the feeling of washing away the fatigue is too healing! "Super five-star reviews. We went from Urumqi to Saihu and played in Anjihai. We passed by Jinghe and arrived at the hotel very late. As soon as we entered the door, they greeted us very warmly and kindly. Seeing that we brought children, they gave us fruits. They were afraid that the children could not stay and upgraded the parent-child room for free. They were very considerate. The room was clean. The hardware facilities were very good and super quiet. There was also a laundry dryer. I washed the children's clothes at night. The laundry room was also equipped with air conditioning. The boss was generous. The water in the room was delivered for free by Baisuishan, and Nongfu Spring in the corridor was available for you to pick up. Very satisfactory accommodation experience. It felt like home. "My stay at Yadu Hotel truly exceeded all my expectations! The staff at check-in were incredibly patient, and the room itself was a pleasant surprise – spotless and well-maintained. The bathroom had absolutely no unpleasant odor, and even the toiletries felt of much higher quality than those typically found in hotels of a similar price point. The breakfast spread was also very impressive, with hot dishes, fresh fruits, and various staples all tasting incredibly fresh. Even for a picky eater like me, I found plenty of delicious options. If I'm ever back in Jinghe, I'd definitely choose to stay here again and will happily recommend it to all my friends!"

If cleanliness is important to you, this hotel makes an excellent choice, as our guests consider this to be one of the cleanest hotels in the city. For guests traveling with families, this hotel is consistently one of the most popular choices.
"I stayed at this hotel during the Chinese New Year last year, and I chose it again this year. It was very convenient to get on the highway the next day. The only thing was that breakfast was still not open, so I had to go out and find breakfast by myself in the morning. The guest room is still as hot as before, but this year we stayed on the third floor, so we could open the window to lower the temperature. This year's Xiaodu Butler doesn't work well. When I asked to open the curtains, it said the network was abnormal. It would be faster to just do it manually. Compared with the first floor last year, the third floor is much better as there is no sound or smell of water flowing down. It is still equipped with disposable toilet seat pads, which is very delicate. We will continue to do better in all the good aspects!"

The hotel's amenities are truly worthy of its four-star status, complete with fast-charging stations and other amenities. While the food options aren't great, the accommodations are excellent. Highly recommended.

Ggolfer868Returning to Shihezi from Sailimu Lake, the sunset at Sailimu Lake always makes people reluctant to leave early. It was already late when we left Sailimu Lake. We originally planned to rush to Dushanzi, but finally decided to stay in Jinghe. Jinghe is such a small place, and we didn't have much expectation for accommodation. This hotel surprised me. The furnishings of the whole room are basically at the level of the new Four Seasons. The hotel room is very new and the stay is also very good. There is a large parking lot in front of the door, which is very convenient.

GGuest UserThe shower room stinks so much that I used a plastic bag filled with water to block the drain, but it still didn't work... I had to turn on the exhaust fan to dehumidify it when I slept at night. The toilet was also of poor quality, sometimes there was no water, or it couldn't hold water, and the water tank kept making noises. The room was tidy and clean, and the service staff was nice.
