"The hotel has now been upgraded to a 7 Days Inn. Having done my research beforehand, I found it quickly. It's located inside the parking lot.
I arrived at the hotel very early, but it was fully booked and I couldn't check in early. However, after the rooms were cleaned, the front desk called to let me know I could check in. I left my luggage at the front desk and went to explore. The front desk was very friendly and called twice to remind me that I could check in.
When I returned to the hotel at 6 PM, the first room I checked into wasn't available, but the next room I got was fine.
The bedding was all disposable and very clean. However, the floor was very dirty. The vomit from a previous guest hadn't been cleaned up properly, resulting in a strong vomit smell as soon as I entered. I wiped the floor mat three or four times, but it was still black and smelly.
The stench lasted all night, which led me to give this hotel a low rating.
The hotel has a great location; there's a night market downstairs with lots of food options.
Overall, I would recommend it."

"Gorgeous facility- new construction, a lot of investment, beautiful, clean, no carpets, blackout curtains, comfortable bed, great various room lighting schemes, NO SMOKING effective- no odor. just clean, very well maintained, excellent location, quiet, great owners/staff, very very inexpensive for what I got-- the only thing a Sheraton, or Hilton would have on this place is a larger lobby."

"This hotel boasts a fantastic central location. The front desk and housekeeping staff are also very attentive, friendly, and polite. However, during my stay, there was renovation work happening on the same floor as my room – loud hammering and drilling made it impossible to relax. It seems the hotel management needs to better coordinate with the renovation team, as managing the timing of construction is crucial. Also, please, please try to avoid parking vehicles at the hotel entrance and in the pathways, as this gives taxis and ride-sharing services an excuse not to pull up to the hotel entrance."

"This garden hotel is absolutely stunning! 🏞️ The courtyards are deep and lush with greenery, the winding paths are secluded, and the sound of flowing water is so soothing. Waking up to birdsong in the morning and watching the sunset cast its glow over the pavilions and towers in the evening felt like living inside a moving ink wash painting. It's a tranquil oasis in the midst of a bustling area, elegant and serene, with convenient transportation and attentive service. The large underground parking lot downstairs is very convenient, it's close to the attractions, and the breakfast was clearly prepared with care – it was delicious. It truly was the most healing haven during my trip. I'll definitely stay here again next time!"

"The environment is really super super good, beyond my imagination and prediction. I have stayed in many homestays, and this one is really the best one. The homestay is very bright and clean. In the hot and irritable summer season, the open house makes people feel comfortable. The room is even equipped with disposable toilet covers and disposable bath towels. It is very complete. The most important thing is that it is super clean, whether it is bedding, floor, bathroom, etc. It is very clean. The owner lives downstairs, and he is warm and considerate. When I left, he insisted that I bring a few bottles of water to drink on the way back. I will stay here next time! Super cost-effective~ It is close to the tourist attraction snack street~"

"Kaifeng was so much fun, especially since we were traveling with our little one. This hotel is really great! The front desk service was exceptional, I really have to commend them. The ladies at the front desk greeted us warmly every time they saw us. They were incredibly polite and gave us fantastic recommendations for local food and attractions. It was truly wonderful."

"Our stay was fantastic! The front desk staff kindly reminded us it was raining and offered us umbrellas. Breakfast was delicious and hearty, and our room was spotless, cleaned promptly every day. They even had white fungus soup and roasted sweet potatoes available. It exceeded my expectations. Plus, the location is super convenient for sightseeing, very close to Qingming Riverside Landscape Garden, Longting Park, and the pier – just a short walk away. So convenient!"

The bathtub in the room was a big plus – perfect for a relaxing soak after being on our feet all day. The hotel's overall ambiance is charmingly antique and elegant, perfectly matching Kaifeng's ancient city vibe. The service was also very thoughtful; both the front desk and housekeeping staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help.
The only minor downside was that the breakfast selection was a bit ordinary, not particularly extensive. However, this didn't detract from an otherwise excellent overall experience. We'd definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit to Kaifeng!"

GGuest UserThe front desk lady was incredibly nice. As soon as we checked in, staff immediately helped us with our luggage to the room. The room was also very clean. Seeing that we had two children, they even offered to combine beds for us. Plus, the front desk lady shared a compiled guide with local food recommendations, which was very thoughtful. There's also a small playground on the first floor with a slide that the kids absolutely loved. We'll definitely choose this hotel again next time we visit Kaifeng.

GGuest UserI chose this hotel on Trip.com for a family vacation with my child, and overall we were quite satisfied with our stay. On the second night, the room next door was very noisy. I immediately reported it to the front desk, and the lady at the front desk promptly responded and helped resolve the issue. Their excellent service is definitely commendable; keep up the good work!

GGuest UserThe luckiest thing about traveling to Kaifeng is that I chose this homestay! The location is simply amazing. It takes only 3 minutes to walk to the Qingming Riverside Park. In the morning, you can easily catch the first wave of admission to avoid the crowds. In the evening, after watching the performance of ”The Great Song Dynasty: Tokyo Dreams”, you can take a walk back to the room to rest. The room is clean and warm, the layout is full of Song Dynasty elements, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and it is super safe to live in. The boss is warm and considerate, and also recommended super authentic food shops around. The cost-effectiveness is super high, I will stay here next time I come to Kaifeng!

YYiniOORecommended this place to my friends the very same day, it was absolutely fantastic! The location is great, really close to the main entrance of Lijiang Scenic Area, and the views are decent. The service is excellent; the owner is a local foodie and knows all the best places to eat. There's even a massage chair, which is a total lifesaver for tired muscles! The bedding is comfortable, and there's free parking. So many perks, I can't even list them all!

The hotel is fully equipped and very new. The setting in the lobby and guest rooms on the first floor is thoughtful and intimate. The service of the staff is also very good, making people feel at home. Self-driving parking is free. Booked family room, the room is very large and spacious, the decoration is very warm and chic, there are two beds, the bed is very wide is 1.5 meters wide. In short, if you come to Kaifeng again, you will book again.

Hhuangyuyu075Traveling with my parents on a self-drive trip, I was a bit anxious before checking in, worried about noise and cleanliness issues. However, the location turned out to be very convenient for getting around, and there's free parking. The hotel room was spacious, and the sofa and chairs were leather, so no worries about stains. As someone with a bit of a germ phobia, I found the cleanliness to be perfectly acceptable. The front desk staff were also very polite and helpful. I highly recommend this place! My parents had a wonderful two days in Kaifeng.

Got free breakfast from member signup but the spread is disappointing . Went at 9am and most of the beverages are depleted. Instead of topping up, the staff tilt the dispenser for more beverages. The only meal item in the breakfast is just the mini hotdog
Rooms is quite spacious, with separate bath and toilet. Lights switch is a mess with the bedside switch working on and off. Digital bidet is not working. Hot water is limited. Waited 5 mins for hot water and then halfway thru, the hot water ceases. Only 3 tv channel with no digital app available. Air ventilation quite bad as we can smell the smoke in our room. Althought there is a non smoking sign in the lobby, ppl are just ignoring thd sign. Direction to the laundry is not clear.

HHaimeiqimingerWe got a room upgrade, and it was quite spacious with a soaking tub. Unfortunately, we couldn't use a disposable bathtub liner, but the staff offered to disinfect it again, which made the kids happy. Guo Yan'e, a staff member, was incredibly thoughtful; she folded all our clothes and placed them neatly on the sofa. Knowing we had children, she also provided extra water and kids' amenities. The room also featured a small terrace where egrets visited daily. The breakfast was decent with a good variety, though I only noticed green vegetables on our last day. For visiting Qingyuan, the hotel's buggy took us to the hotel entrance, and from there, it was a short walk to Duanmen.
