The room facilities are excellent; it's clean, bright, and I particularly loved the view of the mountains and stream from the room, giving a very peaceful and comfortable feel. The service from the lady staff member was gentle, enthusiastic, and patient. Although I don't know her name, I really appreciated her. The food in the restaurant was also good, though some dishes were a bit salty. In winter, not many places are open in town, so this restaurant became our go-to, and it was genuinely good! I'd definitely recommend it to friends!"

The hotel is located near an entrepreneurial park, and the underground parking lot is large and directly connected to the hotel, which is very convenient. We had dinner at the hotel; the lamb was delicious and inexpensive, and they even gave us a bag of Sichuan peppercorns when we checked out. The hotel staff were very welcoming. I originally wanted to extend my stay for another night, but due to a change in my itinerary, I couldn't. The hotel is also not far from the Taihang Pavilion popular street. The service of the young lady is considerate and the arrangements are meticulous. It's really warm. This trip was rushed and I left on the morning of the 1st. Because I had stayed at the Ctrip Farm in Kanas before, I booked here without hesitation. As expected, everything was in place and thoughtful. I can't tell which young man and young lady impressed me the most, because each of them is very considerate, so I thank them all! Next time I come, this is still the first choice, and I have told my family that Ctrip is also the first choice when going to other places.
