"UFUN is located within a major shopping centre area with easy and convenient access to the river and old Liuzhou. The lifts in the building are a bit of a pain as it can be very busy however the hotel staff are very friendly and always ready to help out. The breakfast is great but can become tedious after a few days."

"A very comfortable stay! The room was simple, modern, and clean. Hyatt's 'Good Dream' mattress was so soft and comfy, I didn't want to get out of bed. The bathroom had a great wet/dry separation, there was a 55-inch large TV, and a separate workspace, all well-appointed. The soundproofing was excellent, allowing me to sleep soundly until morning. 😴 The breakfast was fantastic too! Enjoying a bowl of luosifen (river snail noodles) while admiring the river view at the Grand Gallery restaurant truly felt like the right way to experience Liuzhou! They had all the local specialties like Sanjiang zongzi and oil tea, with a rich mix of Chinese and Western options. What was even more surprising was that some of the most popular luosifen shops were right near the hotel, so we didn't have to drag our luggage around to queue. 😄 KRIS, one of the staff members, was incredibly thoughtful ❤️ and helped us with many issues. If I come to Liuzhou again, this will definitely be my top choice."

"My overall stay had its ups and downs. Let's start with the positives: The hotel's location is excellent, right next to the Fengqing Port Night Market, making it super convenient for getting around, finding food, and shopping. The room was spacious, and the 2.7-meter bed was much larger than expected, making for a very comfortable sleep. The breakfast spread was rich and varied, and the dining area offered fantastic views. The front desk and staff were also very attentive and helpful. However, the downsides were quite noticeable. As an older hotel, the hardware facilities are not well-maintained, and there's a clear quality gap compared to newer chain hotels. The room windows couldn't be opened and were blocked by an external frame, essentially offering no view. The in-room appliances and soft furnishings were old. The ceiling light by the door was constantly malfunctioning; it wouldn't turn on at all when I first checked in, and then it started flickering frequently and randomly at 4 AM, accompanied by loud noises, seriously disturbing my sleep. The bedding felt damp and sticky, giving an uncomfortable, clammy sensation. The air conditioning was also quite noisy, which made it hard to sleep at night. The self-service laundry facilities were equally disappointing; the washing machines were old, and the hotel didn't provide bottled laundry detergent, only bulk powder. Plus, the detergent dispenser had old, caked-on powder remnants, indicating poor cleaning and maintenance. In summary, the hotel shines in its location, food, and service, but the hardware facilities are in urgent need of renovation and upgrades."

"This month, I lived in Liuzhou, a family in Shantou, and a Hilton in Foshan. I accidentally found that this one is the best regardless of room hygiene, layout design or service. This time, the family room, the living room and the bedroom are separated, really feel at home, very convenient and not noisy, the toilet is also very soundproof. There is also a separate small dressing room. The front desk service is super enthusiastic and important is very professional! The small robot delivered takeaways very quickly, and even the aunt who was doing hygiene was super polite and had nothing to say. Husband and mother-in-law are very satisfied! I will stay here next year."

"A very satisfying stay! The hotel is close to Ma'anshan Park and Jindi Luosifen (snail noodle restaurant) 😋😋, and it's also very convenient for getting around. The front desk lady even upgraded my room, and I could see some river views from the window. The room was very clean, and the housekeeper came to clean it every day."

"I felt a little disappointed with this stay. The room I was given was a double room, but it was a little smaller than the one I stayed in before. The most critical problem was that the TV network was broken. But because it was too late, I didn't want to bother the service staff to fix it. "I booked this hotel last minute and honestly, I was pleasantly surprised and touched 🥹. The location is excellent, just a left turn out the door and you're on Wuxing Street! I'm a bit wary of staying in rooms at the end of the hall, especially when I'm alone... but I got a free room upgrade before checking in. Front desk staffer Xiao Li's service attitude was exceptional! They asked me politely when I'd arrive and where I was coming from, with such a gentle tone 🥹. As for the room itself, it was very clean and had no strange odors, and the bed was super comfortable! I feel like I'd definitely stay here again next time, hehe 😁. Since I had just graduated, I had a lot of stuff. An intern even came to ask if I'd managed to get a taxi, checked my location was correct, and then helped me load all my luggage into the car!! Staying at this hotel really added the perfect touch to my one-day 'special forces' trip to Liuzhou! Summer vacation is coming up, and I'll definitely stay at this hotel again when I visit Liuzhou then!! 🥰🥰"

"The front desk lady is patient and thoughtful, making people feel warm as soon as they enter the door. The hotel is located close to Longtan Park and Wuxing Street. It is very convenient to visit the surrounding attractions and taste food. The room layout is reasonable, the new smart decoration, the sanitary conditions are first-class, and the service and environment are double online! Very good [strong]"

"The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. I had the 'Do Not Disturb' sign on, and instead of knocking, they simply left a note card at my door, which was a nice touch. The cleanliness was spotless. I had some reservations after reading a few reviews before booking, so I made two separate reservations, thinking I'd switch hotels if it wasn't up to par. Turns out, my worries were completely unfounded! They even offer a pillow menu with different types to choose from, though the card for it was tucked away under the bedside table, easy to miss if you're not looking carefully. The breakfast selection wasn't huge, but the quality and taste were good. Happy Hour was simple and fine, but they weren't very prompt in refilling items. The gym had enough equipment for a decent workout. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay. The hotel entrance is right by the Wanda Plaza parking lot exit, so getting in and out during peak hours can be a bit of a hassle. This might have been exacerbated by the fact that I stayed during the 'Sanyuesan' festival."

"The hotel environment is great, with a top-notch restaurant and bar offering excellent views, perfect for taking photos! It's also conveniently located, with many authentic local eateries nearby. Just across the street, you'll find roadside pubs, BBQ stalls, and more. You can sit by the river, enjoy the breeze, listen to music, and have a drink... it's wonderful! If you prefer not to go out, you can also relax at the hotel bar and enjoy the city lights and river views from above. The hotel breakfast is plentiful, and they even have delicious Luosifen! The staff are enthusiastic; even the cleaning staff I met in the elevator greeted me politely and proactively. You need to use your room card for the elevators, which significantly enhances privacy and security. Overall, it's excellent, and I would choose to stay here again!"
