"It is a very cost-effective hotel. It is rare to encounter a hotel where the guest room department is better than the front office department. This hotel is considered to be the best. I didn't have much contact with the concierge, and the guy who came to deliver things was very polite.
The guest rooms are clean and dust-free, and the bedding is dry and tidy and free of smoke smell. What kind of bicycle do you need for four to five hundred yuan? It’s already very good.
The front office is a Waterloo in comparison.
When checking in, when I started to make eye contact with the staff when I was 3 meters away from the front desk, all four people at the front desk lowered their heads and checked their phones, and no one took the initiative to say hello.
Knowing that we were not traveling in a group and only needed one room, they gave us a connecting room without informing us. As soon as I entered the room, there was a door facing the bed... I called the front desk to ask for a room change, and the front desk tried to argue with me, saying that the door was locked blabla. Who doesn’t know it’s locked? The problem is that if it can be locked, there is a key to open it. Unless there is a companion in the next room, few people can help it.
I left the license plate number when I checked in, but when the car came out, I couldn't get out. I called the front desk and found that the license plate number was wrong. I saw that the front desk was not very busy. I didn't see a long line to check in? Why is it so rough to do something?
Overall, the price/performance ratio is very good, the service is disappointing but the room conditions are relatively good."

The hotel amenities were comprehensive, and having parking right outside the door was very convenient. The shower had great water pressure, making for a comfortable experience. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, and the freshly cooked pho and rice noodles were delicious with fresh ingredients. The milk was a bit watery, tasting like powdered milk. The hotel is about two kilometers from Wuyue Plaza, a 6 RMB taxi ride there, and we walked back."

The front desk staff were also very helpful, proactively assisting us with our luggage as soon as we entered the lobby. We were very satisfied with the customer service. The hotel has a free parking lot in the backyard, which is in a great location. The hotel environment was exactly as pictured – clean, tidy, and well-designed. There's also a 24-hour convenience store next to the hotel, which was convenient for us to go downstairs to buy things if we got hungry at night. What surprised me most was the robot food delivery service. The bedding was soft and comfortable against the skin, ensuring a good night's sleep, and the overnight stay was great. The hotel's public areas were elegantly designed, creating a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere, making it an ideal choice for both business and leisure travel."

The location is very superior, the transportation is convenient, and the surrounding eating and shopping are very convenient. The lobby is clean and bright as soon as you enter the door, the front desk staff is warm and thoughtful, and the check-in speed is very fast. What I was most satisfied with this booking was the room space—it was much more spacious than I imagined. I could spread out my luggage without feeling cramped, and moving around was very comfortable. The soundproofing is truly excellent; I barely heard any noise from the hallway or the next room, so I slept very soundly at night. The room was also cleaned very well, with no dust on the floor or tabletops, which was pleasant to see. Overall, my stay was stress-free, a truly relaxing experience.

The situation is beautiful with stunning views across the valley and the terraces. The host was so very welcoming and warm towards us. My husband doesn't eat meat but that was no problem for this lovely family. We shared delicious dinners with them with a variety of food and my husband could choose the vegetable dishes he prefers. Next day our host kindly took us out in his car to the furthest viewpoint and we spent happy hours wandering about, taking photos and meeting lovely local people. It is true that the beds are much harder than at home in UK but we slept well and were cosy and warm so that was no problem. The only bad thing was we couldn't stay longer

The facilities in the hotel rooms are relatively new, the hygiene is very good, and the room area is relatively large. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, and the room even involves a special cloakroom. Overall, it can be regarded as the ceiling of a luxury hotel in Xinhua. My wife also said that the bed and pillows are very comfortable, and I have to change the same pillows as the hotel at home (see photos, begging for purchase links, hahaha).
The hotel buffet breakfast is very powerful, rich in variety, clean and delicious, especially the rice noodles with spare ribs are really delicious. My wife and children have to eat a full bowl every morning. The waiter is also very capable, cleaning the table and replenishing the dishes in a timely manner.
Our family stayed in the hotel for a few days and was very satisfied. We will choose here next time we come to Xinhua.
