"The staff were incredibly welcoming upon check-in. They even helped with the laundry and brought it back to my room that evening. Especially since I had to check out early in the morning because I needed to catch a flight, and I only mentioned it during check-in, the staff thoughtfully prepared a packed breakfast for me upon check-out. It was such a pleasant surprise and so heartwarming."
