"Traveling from Shanghai, passing through Taizhou, Yangzhou, Chuzhou, Mingguang, and then to Fengyang, Mingguang city was an overnight stop. This hotel should be considered the best in the city right now. Manager Wu at the front desk was very good; she even reminded us about breakfast. The room was clean and had a dining table by the window, so we could order food to eat in the room. Enjoying a meal with a view was quite pleasant, though there was a 15% service charge. However, the food prices weren't too expensive. The breakfast on the first floor didn't have many options, just enough to fill you up. That one type of shaomai (steamed dumpling) was really bad; I suggest they replace it. There's also a self-service laundry room upstairs. Nearby, there's a small park, and many new buildings are under construction. There's a swimming pool on the third floor, free for hotel guests. But since it's also open to the public, the water quality is... well, you know. So, I wouldn't recommend swimming there. Swimsuits are available for sale inside."
