"Nagqu is at a very high altitude. We arrived in Namtso from Namtso and had some altitude sickness. It was cold and windy outside, so we didn't want to go out for dinner. The hotel unexpectedly prepared a late-night snack for guests, which was very thoughtful. The hotel's facilities are new and smart, and the oxygen concentrator worked very well, alleviating our altitude sickness. The service was also excellent. Nagqu is very dry, and we were running low on mineral water. We called to request two more bottles, and the hotel quickly delivered three bottles, which was very thoughtful."

"The room was large but dated, the door had some issues and required a lot of force to close. The breakfast was too simple, I just ate an egg and left. I don’t know if it’s because the altitude is too high or for some other reason, but I still felt uncomfortable with the oxygen concentrator on and I didn’t sleep well the whole night. There was a road construction near the hotel, and I turned around several times before I found the entrance to the hotel's temporary parking lot."

GGuest UserAs soon as I entered the room, I saw the fruits ready for check-in. After driving all day, I checked in at around 10 pm. The guy at the front desk was very enthusiastic and put a Hada on each of our necks. When I checked in, I asked what time breakfast would be delivered to the room the next day. The breakfast variety was also very rich. The facilities in the room are very complete, the hotel is very new, and the massage chair is very comfortable, which relieves the fatigue of driving all day. The oxygen concentrator can provide oxygen for two people at the same time.

GGuest UserI was initially a bit concerned about the quality of the hotel at such a high altitude and in such a remote location. Upon arrival, my concerns were completely dispelled. The decor was brand new, without any hint of decorator's decor. Parking was also very convenient, with our own parking lot, so we didn't have to park on the roadside, which was much safer. The front desk lady was very friendly and helpful. Seeing that I was suffering from severe altitude sickness, she even lent me an oxygen concentrator. With the oxygen supply in the room, I felt much better after one night, and I had the energy to drive to Lhasa the next day without any delays. I highly recommend staying here.

From the beginning of the reservation, Manager Zhu took the initiative to contact me and ask me about my needs. I learned that we came by car, not only caring to help reserve a parking space, but also arranged the room before we arrived, and opened the oxygen generator and humidifier in advance. On arrival, the room was warm and comfortable, full of care.
During his stay, he also kept an eye on us. I don't know much about the procedures for crossing no man's land. Manager Zhu didn't say anything, personally took me to handle it, patiently explained every step, and helped a lot.
The hotel room is clean and spacious, the bedding is comfortable, and the breakfast is rich and delicious. It is really a surprise to enjoy such high-quality service in such a small county.
