"It was my first time staying here. I stayed for five days and four nights. There was free airport pick-up and car rental service. There was a bathtub and a coffee machine. It took about 3 to 5 minutes to ride a bike to the Guanyin Pavilion for the fireworks festival."

"Really nice hotel with fabulous amenities. We went in the winter so unfortunately couldn’t use the swimming pool. The kids enjoyed the game room. The gym is in the mall attached to the hotel but you can access it with the room key from the hotel without going to the mall. I love the eco friendly policy and having reusable bottles instead of plastic bottled water. There are machines to fill up the bottle on each floor. The breakfast was excellent. We enjoyed it very much. We also had a good dinner at the restaurant on the second floor. The room is spacious and the design of the bathroom is functional and comfortable. In terms of ovation, it’s not horribly far away from the old street and lots of local food. We walked 20-30 minutes to get to sightseeing places a bit further but there are busses as well if you don’t want to walk. It’s a perfect place for family with young children. I’d highly recommend it!"

"The place was immaculate. For the most part, the experience was terrific. What follows are minor issues. There was a slight issue with the water heater, which resolved itself after a short time. Fortunately, the weather was warm, so it wasn't a serious issue. The breakfast was simple, basically a large sandwich, rather than the continental-style breakfasts that people might expect. The rooms were accessed by stairs, so I doubt they are wheelchair accessible. Wifi was excellent, although one had to find the password at the front desk, or on the router itself (just an oversight in me not asking for it, I'm sure). Finding this B&B among all the other B&Bs in the area is tricky; the cab driver had to call the owner to find it. Google Maps is very useful, especially with all the unnamed streets in the area. The facility is located next to National Penghu University of Science and Technology."

"I stumbled upon this place online, and the photos looked great – really cozy and comfortable. Funnily enough, when I was inquiring about water activities and what was fun to do (water-based), someone suggested I book this B&B (when I asked about attractions). I told them, ”What a coincidence! I've already booked it!” 😂 You can see so many little details here that show the owner's thoughtfulness and creativity (you'll understand when you visit! 😁). There's also a cute dog named ”Puff.” It's a pet-friendly B&B, and the owner is not only warm and welcoming to large families, groups of friends, or two close companions, but also, and more importantly, incredibly friendly and welcoming even if you're traveling solo. Even for someone as introverted as me, she gave me a sense of ”belonging” that made me not want to leave, or at least want to come back again. Plus, the owner is into freediving, so if you're a freediving enthusiast, you can come and hang out with her. I'm so glad I went on this solo trip, and I'm even happier I booked this B&B. The best part was getting to know the owner, which made me fall in love with Penghu! 🥰🥰"

"The front desk is usually empty after 10:00 PM, and the parking lot is only open from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Overall, it feels more like a B&B than a hotel. The plus point is that it's right next to Shanshui Beach, just a two-minute walk away, and there's a 7-Eleven nearby. The location is beautiful and very quiet, perfect for those who enjoy a quiet suburban lifestyle. The room was very spacious, with a one-bedroom and one-living room layout. Both the bedroom and the living room had large TVs, which was a huge plus! The only downside was the small tea counter, which was a bit inconvenient. Considering the space, it's a very good value."

"Check-in gave me a message by 19:00. The owner welcomed me without a disgusting face. I also carried my luggage upstairs! The room is gorgeous and has a terrace with a sea view. It was also convenient to wash and dry swimsuits. The air conditioner in the room worked well and there was an air washing machine. If you stay for consecutive nights, there is no cleaning, but you can ask for towels and garbage bags. The lobby on the first floor is always air-conditioned and the one is on the store. (There is a timing when there is no owner) I have a very good stay and I am very satisfied, so I would like to use it next time I visit Lake Biwa."

On the second morning, because there were not many guests, breakfast was delivered to the door in person. The service was satisfactory. ."
