This was actually our second stay here, and we had a good impression the first time. However, this stay had quite a few issues that affected our experience. First, we visited in April, and there was no air conditioning available. The room only had a fan, which was not sufficient and made it uncomfortable. Second, the shower design is problematic. The drain cover easily blocks the water flow, and unless you manually remove it, water starts to accumulate and can overflow. There were also several small but noticeable issues with details. For example, some of the signage in the room is incorrect (e.g., the bathroom light labeled incorrectly), which reflects a lack of attention to detail. Additionally, the elevator operation was frustrating. Even when holding the door open for someone, it would forcefully close instead of staying open, which felt inconvenient and poorly adjusted. Overall, while the location and cleanliness are great, the hotel seems to overlook many important details in daily operations and maintenance. We hope these issues can be improved in the future."
