"It was pleasure to stay the hotel. Staffs were so kind and helpful. Specifically staff was equipped by translator, so the conversations were smoother. Restaurant was also good. Breakfast was great and dinners were also so delicious. One issue for us was that we smelled cigarettes smoke in the bathroom. It looks like smoke came from other rooms/places through the ventilator."

"The hotel is only a few minutes' drive from the main station. There are barely any Didis in the area but the hotel helped connect us with their dedicated drivers to and from wherever we needed to go. Transportation from the station to the hotel is free but if you're heading to the station from the hotel, it's only 10rmb per person. The drivers are also great, generally punctual and helped with luggage handling.
The hotel receptionists were friendly and attentive, the butler service was always prompt and brought me what I needed within minutes. We also received a small cute gift when we checked out. The only thing they can improve on is the hygiene and cleaning standards, there were oil marks on the ground and desk and the cups were not washed. Also the smoke smell is quite strong in some areas."

"The hotel's location is great, just a 10-minute drive from Huanglong Jiuzhai High-Speed Rail Station. The hotel itself is large and very clean. What's really impressive is that the rooms are equipped with silent diffused oxygen supply, and there's floor heating at night with adjustable temperature. This made us feel right at home and warm, even at the high altitude of Huanglong. Every staff member at the front desk was incredibly friendly and always smiling. A special shout-out to Ms. Xiao Ma, who greeted us in the morning, asked if we had rested well, and if we were experiencing any altitude sickness – truly wonderful service. "Our stay here was fantastic. We were picked up at the station and assisted with our luggage upon arrival at the hotel. They also arranged a private car for our trip to Jiuzhaigou and dropped us off at the station when we left. The overall service was exceptional, and our room was both unique and very comfortable. To top it all off, my child accidentally left their small bag at the hotel, and the staff promptly arranged for someone to deliver it to us. This level of attentiveness was truly impressive. "This hotel boasts an excellent location, situated just about 100 meters from the Huanglong Scenic Area cable car entrance. You can even see the cable car queue from your room window, and it's right next to the direct shuttle bus parking lot. While the hotel is a bit older and the facilities show their age, the service quality is top-notch. Our bus schedule was inflexible, so we arrived before noon, around 11:45 AM. The front desk kindly offered us a place to rest, then immediately cleaned our room, making sure it was smoke-free. We were able to check in just half an hour later! They even gave us complimentary scenic area shuttle tickets for the next day. The breakfast isn't a buffet, but it's very thoughtful. They prepare individual breakfasts for each guest, including watermelon, cherry tomatoes, simple pastries, pickles, cold dishes, and self-serve milk. Additionally, each table received two hot dishes, a large bowl of congee, an egg per person, and three small steamed buns. They even asked if we wanted noodles! We were definitely full and ready to explore. The bathroom also provided disposable toilet seat covers and bath tub liners. Each room gets five complimentary bottles of mineral water per day, with additional bottles available for purchase. All in all, I highly recommend staying here when visiting Huanglong; I'd definitely return on my next trip."

My friend wasn't feeling well due to a cold and altitude sickness and couldn't find ginger, so the front desk went out in the middle of the night to get some ginger slices for her. They also provided a complimentary breakfast. It's excellent value for money and definitely the best choice for accommodation in Chuanzhusi."

One of the best places we stayed in China. Our room was genuinely unique: a spacious soaking tub set under a ceiling window, so we could watch the stars while taking a bath—pure magic.
The on-site restaurant downstairs served really good food, and each table sat beneath its own cozy yurt-style canopy, which made every meal feel private and atmospheric.
What truly set this place apart were the owners. They were endlessly patient communicating with us through a translation app, incredibly kind, and went above and beyond—driving us to nearby attractions and helping organize our onward transport.

The guesthouse environment is lovely inside, and I slept very comfortably. The next morning, even though breakfast hours were over, the proprietress still made me congee, eggs, and some side dishes – the shredded potatoes were especially delicious! After eating, she personally drove me back to the Huanglong Scenic Area. It was a very satisfying experience and offered incredible value for money. We had a fabulous stay at Ozz Nice 4. After returning from Jiuzhaigou by bus, Bella personally came to pick us up from the drop-off point — and from that moment, she looked after us through our entire stay. She recommended a wonderful barbecue place for dinner, dropped us there herself, and even arranged for our luggage to be delivered to the railway station on our departure day so we could enjoy sightseeing without having to return to the hotel.
Although the hotel is a little out of the way, the seamless transportation made it feel effortless. The rooms were large, warm, and offered a beautiful view of the snow-capped mountain ranges. Breakfast was fully Chinese but tasty and filling.
Overall, a truly great stay with genuine effort put into service. The only area needing improvement is the shower plumbing, which could use some attention.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located pretty near to Jiuzhai Huanglong Airport, around 6-7 km, hence the location is perfect for travelers who arrive by evening flight who wish to visit Huanglong Scenic Area before proceeding to Jiuzhaigou, like us. The hotel provides airport transfer from Jiuzhai Huanglong Airport to the hotel for free. You need to call them on the day of departure/arrival at 9 AM to arrange for airport transfer. You also need a local phone number or WeChat account in order to communicate with the chauffeur. They charge RMB 50 for return transfer back to the airport. The chauffeur, Mr Gen, also drove us to and from Huanglong back to hotel the next day for RMB 200. Mr Gen was extremely helpful. My sister slipped and fell while in Huanglong and needed to go to hospital. He drove us to a local hospital and waited patiently for us to finish seeing doctor, getting x-ray done and getting medicine. Xiao Tai at front desk was friendly and helpful. She provided us a few bottles of water before we went to Huanglong. The restaurant staff was also very helpful. As the restaurant was extremely crowded during dinner, we requested for room service and they delivered our order to our room with no extra charges.

I had a wonderful stay this time. The most important thing is that the hotel environment is really great – first and foremost, it's clean and tidy. Plus, the view is fantastic.
