"The room size was just right, and the bedding was very clean and comfortable. The layout was well-designed with distinct functional areas. There's also a private parking lot, which is very convenient for those driving. The breakfast quality was good, with a wide variety of options, and the restaurant was spacious with a pleasant dining environment. The hotel is conveniently located not far from popular attractions like Grape Valley and Karez Well. However, due to the material and pattern of the bathroom floor, it seems difficult to clean thoroughly. I hope they can improve their cleaning efforts and supervision in the future."

"My stay was wonderful. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The hotel didn’t seem to have an elevator, so please be aware before booking. The staff offered to help me carry my luggage upstairs. The room was spacious and clean. The air conditioning worked but if you prefer strong AC (under 22 or 23 Celsius), this may not be the hotel for you. However, the stay overall was still very comfortable. The area is cute and conveniently located within short taxi rides to major sites. I would stay again!"

"I booked a King Room at Wyndham, but upon check-in, the front desk attendant said they'd upgraded me to a room in the guesthouse next door. It's under the same owner and management, and all dining and pool facilities are shared.
The attendant led me to a balcony room on the second floor. The room's hardware was good, but it was at the very end of the hallway, requiring many turns to get there. With a child, going back and forth for swimming and meals was very inconvenient, and I was worried about getting lost. So, I spoke with the front desk attendant and requested to switch back to my originally booked room type, declining the upgrade.
After the switch, I was still placed on the first floor of the guesthouse. The in-room facilities were acceptable, but the room faced the road, and there was a speed bump outside. The noise from passing vehicles was very loud. I usually sleep very well, but I barely slept that night.
Breakfast was just so-so, but apart from that, the staff's service attitude was quite good overall."

"We had a very pleasant stay in this hotel. It is in a useful location where it's very easy to get taxis to Turpan's main sites. The hotel staff were also very friendly and helpful. The lifts are slow and a bit outdated and the carpets and aircon on our floor (5th) weren't as clean or worked as well as we felt in other floors. The fact that it has a free laundry room for guests is very convenient and the breakfast was good enough. We found our room comfortable and we would happily stay here again if we visit Turpan in the future."

"The surroundings of the guesthouse are just so-so, but once you step inside, it's like a whole different world. The courtyard is very comfortable, and the architecture has a strong ethnic character. They offer sand therapy services, and you can pick up the sand therapy clothes at the front desk.
The complimentary fruit was delicious and very sweet.
Breakfast was unexpectedly good, and the rose black tea was amazing. The chef patiently explained how to brew it, and I even bought some to take with me.
The service was thoughtful, and all the staff members were lovely."

"This is a wonderful place, beautiful decorations staff speaking English. The hostel is located in a beautiful area in Grape Town.
They can book you on to a variety of different tours to make the most of Turpan. The hostel has a good mix of Chinese and foreign tourists to chat to.
The hostel is clean and quiet.
You can take bus K2 and then bus 208 from the train station and the a short walk to get to the hostel.
They are pet friendly and have three lovely cats and two dogs."

Anonymous UserA hidden gem hotel, highly recommended! The location is not far from the scenic area entrance and the county town, especially convenient by car. The desert is right outside the room, less crowded and with beautiful scenery. The owner was very kind and upgraded us to a room with a 180° view. You can climb the sand dunes and go sandboarding. After 8 pm, the desert cools down, and the sunset light and shadow are beautiful, perfect for taking photos. We saw a perfect sunset and orange afterglow from the tent entrance. If you don't want to move around, you can lie in bed, open the tent flap, and leisurely waste a day. The breakfast is delicious, but the dinner, at 100 RMB per person, is just average and not great value, though it looks very nice in photos. By the way, dinner only had naan (a type of steamed bun), no rice, which isn't very friendly to people from the south; I suggest adding a rice option. Overall, satisfied, the kids said they want to come back!

This stay experience is perfect! The moment you open the door, a fresh breath hits you in the face. The marble floor is as smooth as a mirror, the bedding is smooth as new, and even the decorative ornaments in the corners are spotless. Every detail shows the hotel's professionalism and care. The parking lot is well planned and the signs are clear, so you can easily find a space even if it is your first visit. Free parking tickets are also provided when you leave. The biggest surprise was the breakfast session, with a wide variety of Chinese and Western dishes, the freshly cooked noodle soup was fresh and rich, the freshly baked bread was soft and sweet, and the freshly ground coffee was fragrant. You could feel the chef's superb cooking skills in every bite. From the environment to the service, it's impeccable. Next time I come here on a business trip, this hotel will definitely be my best choice!

Our excitement started, from the moment, we met the staff at turpan train station, very gentle, n warm..
Then arriving at the lobby, full of warmth north Wellington smiles, of staff, then the welcome water melon n the melon, helped us release the tensions of train ride,..
Then the comfortable, lodges, ( 2 lodges A frame , very comforting, the breeze n singing birds n 2 big pots of herbal tea with fragrant flowers, n rose,..lots of dried fruits, resin, figs n more,, later on, in evening the refreshing, melon n watermelon, , later in evening free coffee n chocolate cakes,,..
Breakfast, simple n enough for a day of activity, all the items for dinner raglan, n fried vegetables, n kebabs, , one of the best as long as I remember in recent years..
Thanks to the English speaking staff for organizing our trip route n selecting transportation..
Staff thanks for helping me find the best barber for my haircut,, which busy schedules , back home in Japan
Warmth n professionalism of staff are much more than our payment ..
We had to extend our stay twice,..we already missing the place..

I checked in around 9 PM on July 5th. The young lady at the front desk was very warm and attentive. The hotel itself is upscale, the room was spotless, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. The service auntie in the breakfast area was incredibly polite and kind-hearted; I saw her immediately wipe up a spill on the floor to prevent guests from slipping, which I really appreciated! This auntie deserves a big thumbs up! Plus, it's super convenient to get to Turpan Night Market from the hotel.

The lady at the front desk was incredibly helpful and patient, and very responsible, which made for a pleasant check-in experience! Overall, the experience was really great. The location is excellent, the facilities are comprehensive, and the room was spotless, allowing me to fully relax. The bed was also exceptionally comfortable. I highly recommend this place.

The owner has an amazing personality and patiently answered all my questions about local travel tips, which I really appreciated 🙏. The hostel has a fantastic vibe; everyone was making plans to explore together, watching movies, singing, playing games, and those who were good at cooking even prepared meals – just remember to clean up afterwards! I had a truly wonderful and comfortable stay, it was definitely a highlight of my Xinjiang trip.

LuxiaoguoheruyimeiExcellent stay! The front desk staff was wonderfully warm, polite, and generous. I'd mentioned it was our honeymoon, and the hotel thoughtfully decorated the room for us. Overall, we were very happy with our stay. The location is great too, convenient for getting to Grape Valley and Junwangfu Palace. A truly pleasant trip! The only hiccup was that I left my sunglasses at the hotel and had to go back for them, haha. Thanks again to the front desk for their help!

The breakfast was too simple; although the grapes weren't ripe yet, apricots, watermelons, and cantaloupes were already in season. As a fruit-producing region and a hotel under the Xinjiang Culture and Tourism Bureau, it should offer more distinctive and appealing breakfasts to attract tourists. The parking lot is large, and there were many tourists, especially in the hot weather; it would be advisable to provide more drinking water in the rooms.

The breakfast was perfect at the nearby anteen restaurant with 15 yuans capped.My room and bed are super comfortable, iron provided. The hotel was at the end of K2 bus line from Tulufanbei railway station. The location was great in the center, can connect to several attractions by buses or taxi. Walkable distance to Turpan Museum to see the mummies.

The hotel is in a good location, with many restaurants nearby. It's quite clean. The mattress and pillows are very comfortable, not too soft. I originally planned to stay for one night, but I wanted to have a good rest on the comfortable bed so I stayed another night. The room was too messy, so I won't take pictures. Here are some pictures of the super delicious mutton in Turpan, hahahaha.
