"這是我近年入住過首個有自助洗衣房的星級酒店，是工作人員服務態度友好度最佳的酒店。最近幾年日常商務出差到該地，從沒住這家酒店，這次是臨時考慮到其就在長途客車客運中心站旁邊方便交通，於是試着打電話給前台詢問房間狀態、早餐配置，被前台小葉經理的熱情細膩耐心的交流所感染，遂決定試一試入住的。先説好的，再提建議。果然沒有失望，所住房型正對泳池視野，雖然視野不夠開闊，房間採光由於陽台距離不夠充足，但房間本身的面積寬綽、設施完整、沙發軟飾恰當温馨、空調功率充足，客房服務添加地巾給白瓷杯的服務響應積極友好，甚至還有晚間客房鋪床、掛出浴衣、鋪地巾、擺拖鞋、床頭擺上眼罩面膜等臨睡客房鋪展服務，更有送現磨豆漿服務。酒店洗衣房的洗衣機烘乾機配置居然是LG商用機，不是中低端機，相當於華住酒店體系的高端美居商務酒店的洗衣機烘乾機最高配置了；半夜去收衣服時，驚訝的發現衣服居然已被捋順後疊碼擺放進了衣物框內，是夜班周阿姨收納疊碼的，我不知道這是標準的洗衣烘衣收納服務，還是夜班周阿姨的超額服務，反正是住星級和商務酒店十多年來首次遇到的收納疊碼服務。早餐的時候，居然在餐位上收到了寫給我本人的早晨問候卡，確實又被驚訝了一下，加上我説了一聲喝完了房間內的贈送紅茶，居然得到了整包紅茶的配送，題外話客房配的紅茶比福建酒店的茶都好喝，當然次於雲南有酒店配的生普，也屬於第二好喝的茶了，甚至配送了我一份湯顯祖牡丹亭的卡片禮物，非常感謝前台小葉經理對我入住全程的持續關照，讓我體驗到了超五星級的全程客服。説了好的情況，再提提建議，一是現在是冬季，大廳太冷了，感覺在開空調，但沒温度，不清楚是層高問題還是空調功率問題，我看到工作人員穿大衣依然被凍着，其實蠻影響酒店形象的，也會讓步入酒店第一門的客人誤解是不是酒店設施不行或節能過度了，建議看看查看空調功率或者給大門加個北方常有的門上熱風熱輻射板；二是不同客房樓層的走廊的温度差異巨大，有的樓層走廊有開暖空調，有的樓層卻冰涼，建議同温管理，當然也可能是有的樓層入住不多在合理節能，衹是恰巧我入住的樓層走廊是冷，哈；三是強烈建議兩個電梯門之間的雙垃圾桶移除，因為最近兩年在上海福建杭州出差開會的大部分五星酒店都移除了電梯前的垃圾桶換成了花卉擺件，主要原因是容易臟、浪費保潔資源，來不及清理的情況下尤其垃圾桶頂部有煙蒂痰液會讓去按的後續客人感覺噁心🤢影響入住體驗，其次原因是垃圾桶的高度對小童小學生身高不友好，阻擋小童小學生去按電梯上下按鈕，再次原因是阻擋雙手挽着行李包的客人去按鈕甚至臟桶可能污染行李包，既然很多酒店已經取消，貴酒店也可以跟進，但如果顧慮抽煙客人及方便愛在走廊丟垃圾的客人在走廊裏、電梯廳前丟垃圾，那麼雙垃圾桶也可以基於現場走廊空間的實際情況，把雙垃圾桶移到側面牆邊的；四是客房內杯子很多都是無手把玻璃杯咖啡杯，不適合喝熱茶，強烈建議常規配置有手把的白瓷杯或有手把玻璃杯，這次恰好喝豆漿後留下了裝豆漿的低高度有手把玻璃板非常適合喝茶。酒店的層高不足、陽台的存在導致略影響了室內採光、大廳暖氣不足、不同樓層走廊温差較大、房間內傢俱過多略有阻擋、缺商務辦公擺開工作的空間和足夠高度的桌面、床頭吊燈太低經常撞頭等，有很多硬件及硬件管理設定問題；但確實服務非常友好細膩，前台尤其是前台小葉經理給我的全程客服非常棒，夜班周阿姨的衣服收納服務超標準，其他茶吧、餐廳、前台副經理們、客房送豆漿團隊都給我留下了遠超過其他星級酒店的友好到位的服務。我從來不對華住會酒店體系外的酒店留言評價，日常也就住某五星酒店體系，這是難得給單體五星級酒店留言評價，確實是基於小葉經理門的超預期服務的感觸深刻，願意給酒店點贊和反饋，希望酒店和工作人員們都能越來越好～👍🏻"
