"Hotel location is perfect. Walking distance to People’s Park (5mins), Bangkerohan (7mins), San Pedro Cathedral and Osmena Park (15mins). Nearby Mercury drug store which opens until 10pm. 24/7 McDo and Greenwich. 5min drive to Roxas Night Market. May jeep na dumadaan sa tapat ng hotel but most of the jeepney drivers don’t know the Gov Duterte St. mas familiar sa kanila ang Ilustre St. then walk towards to hotel which is 2mins lang. Lunch and dinner buffet is being offered, daming waiting.  Hotel is not recommended para sa maaarte. Luma na ang establishment at mahina ang toilet flush, no bidet. Provided ang pail and dipper.  Mahina din ang aircon but enough to make a room cool temperature.  No hair dryer and hand towel. Only body towel, soap and shampoo/conditioner are their toiletries. "I actually really like this hotel. Its location is super convenient, with lots of restaurants nearby and close proximity to the airport. However, this stay was a bit disappointing. When I checked in, the front desk informed me that the hotel's central water heater was out of order, and I appreciate them letting me know upfront – that's good service. But I stayed for three nights and had no hot water for showers for all three. That's a deal-breaker for me."

"The location is amazing, less than a minute walk to the mall next door. Staff is generally friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious. Beds are comfortable. Hotels also provide BOTH usb and usb-c charging ports, as well as universal plug sockets! The negative thing is the lack of exhaust fan in the bathroom, causing a musty smell all day long, especially if the bathroom door is left closed. We booked two rooms. Our second room was also not done till around 4:30pm, and only after repeated enquiries at the front desk."

"very small TV, no toiletries unless you request from them, no floor towel, only one switch for toilet and vanity mirror, no sofa considering that room is deluxe."

"Location is really Good if you want to Roam Around Davao city Close to the mall and Shops, Staffs are Friendly,kind,Respectful.We enjoy our stay at the Hotel, the food from the Breakfast Buffet really taste good. The pool is relaxing Good for the kids to Chill from the hot weather outside. Maybe just Clean a bit the Window curtains coz it's a Bit Dusty , Overall experience is awesome."

"I had a really pleasant stay at the Park Inn by Radisson. As a solo traveler, I felt safe, comfortable, and well taken care of. The room was clean, modern, and surprisingly spacious, and the bed was very comfortable after a long day out. The staff were friendly and always ready to help, and the breakfast had a nice variety. The location was convenient for getting around, which made exploring the area easy. Overall, a smooth and satisfying stay—would definitely return!"

"It very basic but affordable price There's also a swimming pool you can use Breakfast is very good also We have booked to stay there twice now and will be booking again The only downside is that they close the doors at 9pm so if you like the nightlife you'll be locked out just something to think about when booking"
