"A very pleasant experience! The lobby is clean and tidy, elegantly furnished, and relaxes instantly. The check-in process is efficient and smooth, without the slightest irritability of waiting. The decoration style is stylish and warm, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and the bathroom is very clean and hygienic, but what touched me most was that I found that I accidentally dropped my charger in the room after checking out. I didn't hope to find it back, after all, this small object is easy to be ignored or mistaken for an unclaimed item. However, the hotel staff found it while finishing the room and contacted me proactively and sent the charger back to me by express!

It's right next to a tourist attraction, and there was still singing past 10 PM (the poor soundproofing made it impossible to sleep). The room cleaning was also disappointing. Breakfast was actually in another building. It would be better if it were delivered to the room. I wouldn't recommend it to elderly people with this inconvenience. The air conditioning still didn't work in the summer, which I can only say was bad luck. I don't know if there's a horse farm nearby; you could smell animal excrement when you left home in the morning. So, if you're visiting, I highly recommend the location, but forget about anything else. Also, I recommend staying in Building 2. If I'd been assigned Building 2 from the beginning, I probably wouldn't have given a bad review."

"去徐州玩，路過郯城這家維也納酒店，半夜下雨了，車窗忘記關了，車輛沒有留電話，保安大叔還用塑料袋把窗户封上了，服務真的很好👍，前台送了熱的礦泉水暖手，新酒店乾淨衞生，沿着205國道，停車方便還免費，早餐沒買，前台推薦的劉家糝鋪，還不錯，外地人可能吃不太習慣，但是人家生意真的很好，還是非遺，哈哈，有點扯遠了
