"I actually stayed for three nights, but booked under two separate reservations. The room key is linked to the booking, so for the same room type, you don't need to switch rooms; just go to the front desk to refresh your key card! Late check-out until 2 PM is allowed without needing to request it. As soon as you enter the room, you can see the Ferris wheel 🎡. While the view isn't as good as the Holiday Inn I stayed at for a business trip previously, for a Ferris wheel view room at this price, what more could you ask for? The mini-bar is complimentary, and the lobby offers self-service candies, cookies, and tea. The room is spacious, fully smart-controlled, and the bathroom has a separate wet and dry area. They provide lotion, incredibly comfortable slippers, and a Dyson hairdryer – excellent value for money! The bed and pillows are very soft, feel great on the skin, and everything is clean and tidy! Supplies are replenished promptly every day, and the service is excellent. I also really love the hotel's exterior architecture, and Jin Gang Bridge is right at the entrance. Breakfast is rather simple but has everything you need, and the dining area is very large, so it never feels crowded. The tomato and egg noodles with gluten topping are delicious, though the breads aren't very good. The cereal is decent. They have prawn crackers every day, haha~ The coffee is very strong and needs a lot of milk. If you order takeout, a robot delivers it to your room, which is safe and convenient! It wasn't until my last night that I discovered they had white fungus soup…"

"I brought my child here for a staycation during the Dragon Boat Festival. I had really wanted to book the Little Yellow Duck family room, but unfortunately, I booked too late and it was unavailable. I was a bit disappointed before we even left. When checking in, I mentioned this, and Ms. Tong at the front desk immediately suggested the Little Lamb themed family room. She showed my child pictures of the fun decorations in the room. My child was absolutely thrilled! The cute lamb-themed elements and a storybook made it incredibly whimsical. The complementary children's toiletries also kept my little one excited throughout, completely making up for not getting our original preferred room. During our stay, there was a minor issue with the air conditioning. I contacted the front desk, and Manager Ji responded incredibly quickly and handled it professionally and efficiently. We didn't have to worry about a thing, and it didn't impact our good mood at all. Overall, our stay was fantastic. From the thoughtful and flexible service at the front desk to the efficient and reliable problem-solving, you could feel the care in every detail. Staying here with a child was comfortable and stress-free. I will definitely prioritize staying here again for future trips."

"Great location, close to the subway station, and just a few minutes' walk to Wudadao. The hotel is currently under renovation, so breakfast was scaled back, but the steamed buns were quite good. The room was clean, you could open the window, and the soundproofing was decent, though the air conditioning was a bit noisy. The service was enthusiastic."

"The location is fantastic, right above the Northwest Corner subway station, so you barely get wet even if it's raining. The executive room was very spacious, with a comfortable bed – neither too soft nor too firm. The decor felt luxurious, definitely top-notch for ten years ago, haha. The city view from the high floor was decent. The hotel service was excellent! Fanny was incredibly thoughtful and meticulous; she resolved all our issues. The hotel breakfast was acceptable."

"The Four Points by Sheraton Tianjin Jiefang Bridge is absolutely fantastic! The front desk service was top-notch; the staff were incredibly friendly and polite. Check-in and check-out were super efficient, and they patiently provided information about local attractions and transportation, which was very thoughtful and thorough. The hotel's location is unbeatable, right next to Jiefang Bridge, making travel incredibly convenient. The room was clean with no strange odors, and the overall stay was excellent. It offers great value for money and is definitely worth returning to again and again!"

"When I chose to stay in Tianjin, I picked the St. Regis. The Star manager contacted me beforehand to ask about my preferences, whether I was driving, and my check-in time, which was very thoughtful. Even though check-in was at 3 PM, I arrived earlier, and they did their best to arrange an early check-in and upgraded my room. It was a king room facing the Hai River. The room itself was very spacious, and the bed was large and comfortable. The scent of the toiletries was a lovely herbal fragrance! Any questions I had for the butler were answered promptly, and items were delivered very quickly. Breakfast was also delicious, a wonderful blend of Western and Chinese cuisines with Tianjin specialties. I especially loved the egg rolls. Plus, they could deliver coffee and tea to my room anytime, which was very convenient! I just wish there were more convenient and closer parking spots, and it would be even better if the TV had screen mirroring!"

"The location is excellent. You are about 5 minutes walk from the Five Great Avenues, and the subway is just outside the building, although on the other side, and the bus stop is just across the street. The check in is also contactless. All the information you need will be given online(through WeChat for me since I've been using it). Probably the easiest check in you will find in China. The room was very clean. I've heard the view was great but I only got a view of the opposite building, so I guess it depends on your luck. Nevertheless, all the things you need will be there, including a fridge and washing machine. Not to mention a mall is right below you, with plenty of restaurants and convenience stores. For the cleaning, someone will come around noon and the owner will text you about it beforehand."

"I originally planned to stay two nights at the Tangla Hotel, but after one night I couldn't stand it and urgently switched to the Langham Place. Langham Place is so much better! The decor is new, the amenities are complete, the views are great, and the top-floor scenery is unbeatable. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit! One evening, my takeout order got mixed up, but the front desk staff handled it really well. Even during the peak of Dragon Boat Festival check-ins and takeout deliveries, everything was perfectly organized. Highly recommend!"

"This was my first time staying at a Banyan Tree hotel, and honestly, it fell a bit short of my expectations. My first impression was immediately soured by the fountain at the entrance being under maintenance. Then, stepping into the lobby, it felt incredibly damp – apparently, they keep misting it to protect the moss landscaping. What was even more frustrating was having to wait until 4 PM to check in. The previous guests checked out late, and my family, including elderly relatives, had to wait in the lobby from noon until four. The elders were exhausted but had no choice but to wait, which was really disappointing. The room itself was huge and impressive, with a lovely citronella-like scent in every corner, giving it a great Southeast Asian vibe. There was an aromatherapy diffuser in the evening, but I couldn't really smell any distinct fragrance from it. Some of the facilities felt a bit outdated; there were even worn-out child-proof corner guards stuck to the bedside tables. Other than that, the service was decent; they had already set up the child bed rail and children's slippers in advance. The location is excellent, very convenient for getting around."
