After returning home from Tianjin, my daughter couldn't find her small doll and was really upset. I contacted Manager Feng, and she immediately helped me find it. It was such a tiny, inconspicuous doll, but the fact that they had kept it safe for so many days really touched me. Thank you on behalf of my child! We'll definitely choose this hotel again next time we visit Tianjin."
