This stay experience completely exceeded expectations. From stepping into the hotel to leaving the store, every service detail is very intimate. When checking in, the front desk lady not only completed the procedures efficiently, but also took the initiative to pay attention to the ”birthday” marked on my itinerary, quietly upgraded the room type with a view, handed over the handwritten birthday card, and instantly relieved the fatigue of the journey.
During the stay, I accidentally mentioned to the room aunt that ”the air conditioning air outlet is a bit straight”, but I received her knock on the door in half an hour, not only adjusted the angle of the air outlet, but also brought an extra blanket, laughing and saying ”the temperature is cooled at night and covered with warmth”. On the day of leaving the store, I rushed to the high-speed rail. The concierge saw me dragging the big suitcase, and took the initiative to help carry it. He also contacted the taxi in advance. I was afraid that I would be in a hurry. I waited for the bus for the whole process. I didn't leave until I confirmed that I was in the car.
This kind of service that puts the needs of guests at heart will really make people remember for a long time. I will definitely choose here next time I come to this city!
