The staff are professional and polite and there is no problem checking in as a foreigner (we had a problem at another hotel in the city centre before coming to this one). The location is convenient for Hai'an Ferry Port and also close enough to the city centre. I'd say it's a bit expensive but that is often the case in smaller cities. Overall I'd recommend it.
