"On the way to Dali, we passed Chenghai Lake and spontaneously decided to stay a night. We booked this hidden gem of a guesthouse, and you can watch the sunrise over Chenghai Lake right from your room. The owner is very welcoming. The guesthouse elevator isn't fixed yet, but we didn't have much luggage, so taking the stairs was no problem at all."

"I was a customer who stayed at your hotel on a rainy day a few days ago. Looking back at the experience of the day at this moment, I am still deeply moved by the professionalism and kindness of your hotel staff. I hereby leave this thank you letter. When we arrived with our children in the rain that day, we saw the front desk staff trot to the car with an umbrella. Not only did they take the initiative to help us carry our luggage, but they also carefully noticed that my children and I were wet by the rain and sent dry towels as soon as possible. What surprised me was that the staff insisted on washing our clothes and sending them back to the room in person, and even sent an extra quilt intimately to prevent cold.

The hotel is located behind the old house, not on the road. It really gave me a big surprise!
