"The weather in Guangdong is really not that cold. This is an unacceptable answer. Central air conditioning, replaced with heating, no cooling. Ok, if there is no cooling, don’t set the temperature to 28 degrees. The front desk said open the window. Open the window? There are no window screens either. After changing rooms, although the temperature was not controlled at 28 degrees like the previous room, we finally opened the window. I was woken up 3 times by the sound of cars outside in the middle of the night. It's torture. Be more humane, the response from the front desk was amazing. In weather between 18 and 24 degrees, turn on the heating system. I didn't need to turn on the heating when I stayed in a hotel in Hunan in December. What’s more, we have great Guangdong. Everyone feels differently, but it’s not the same as turning on the heater. There is no second time for this hotel. Just once is enough"
