"I strongly recommend everyone to choose this hotel when visiting Huangyao Ancient Town! The hotel was carefully built by a mother and daughter who rented a century-old house. The service is warm, and the pick-up and guidance and WeChat contacts are replied promptly. The environment is first-class. Even if you don’t go out, you can sit or walk around the hotel for a whole day. The carved wooden doors and windows, tea tables, chairs, calligraphy and paintings, all kinds of flowers in the back garden, green plants in flower pots in the patio, unique bougainvillea on both sides of the entrance, the lounge, and the coffee shop all show the taste and intentions of the mother and daughter! Listening to the mother (Sister Ge) calmly and enthusiastically telling us about the hardships and achievements of building the Imperial Edict House in the past 13 years, she said that if you think too much, you can't do it, just do it if you like it, and learn while doing it. She said that people can't be too idle and need to keep themselves busy to be in good condition... We like it very much and are educated... Sister Ge is a refined person with a good taste for life. She said her daughter has mysophobia and she is a perfectionist, so she can go around Guangdong and Jiangsu to find chairs for the room. She has a lot of gardening tools and she trims all the green plants by herself. The well-growing green plants fully reflect Sister Ge's positive and optimistic attitude towards life. She is full of infinite love for life and is very contagious. We are all deeply impressed by her and would like to come here to stay for a while to appreciate and listen!"

"The hotel is located a little bit remote, about ten minutes' walk from the ancient town. The hotel decoration is very unique and has a sense of design, which I like. The waiter is enthusiastic and takes the initiative to help carry the luggage up the stairs and introduce the general situation of the ancient town. The morning is rich and exquisite."

"Visited during the Chinese New Year holiday. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and even offered warm ginger tea, which made me feel right at home. The location couldn't be better – super convenient for parking and directly opposite the entrance to the scenic area. It was great to be able to pop back to the hotel for a rest when I got tired before heading out to explore again."

"The store is very, very, very good! The calligraphy works in the store are all written by the owner himself. The name of each room is extracted from ancient poems and completed by the owner's calligraphy, which shows the cultural heritage. The boss's wife will arrange interesting musical instruments such as guzheng and piano for the hotel, making the New Year's Day and New Year's Eve stay more interesting. We saw the sunset of 2023 and the sunrise of 2024 on the rooftop. It's a satisfying start to the year!"

"A superb experience staying at this hotel. We extended our stay after the first day, and would definitely come back again. Location wise, if you are visiting the old town, then it is definitely the perfect spot to stay! The scenic bridge is just a corner away. It is also just 1 min walk from one of the entrances/gates of the old town(景區). What I like the most is the whole design of the hotel. It is a perfect combination of ancient and modern architecture and design. The whole place is very stylish and there are a lot of fine details like the plants and artwork arrangement. I love the tea table right at the main door, it’s made by stone and wood. There are a lot of common area in which you can either chat and enjoy tea with friends or simply read alone with a nice coffee. They have a nice rooftop with a good view of the old town. You can enjoy sunset here. Food is perfect here. They have their own chef so you don’t need to eat out, the tofu and soup are very nice, and the seasonal veg is also our pick. Most importantly it is a pets friendly place. They have 2 dogs named 向右 “Xiang you” and 將軍 “General”, they are friendly and cute. They also have a cat room accommodating over 10 cats. All are friendly and lovely. Perfect place for vacation. We look forward to our next time here at 龙麟台❤️"

"Huangyao Ancient Town Yingyue Riverside Inn opened in 2024. The rooms are very new and clean. In the scenic area, you have to wait until 18:00 to enter the scenic area to get free tickets. The same applies to accommodation in the scenic area. Therefore, if you want to get free tickets, it is best to arrive around 18:00. The boss is very enthusiastic and the environment is very good! Very suitable for travel and vacation! Will come again next time!"

"酒店在景區內，我們到的時候已經是下午四五點了，老闆已經在停車場等着，老闆人很好，幫我們搬運行李，入景區需要另外買票，60元張，停車場到酒店的路都特別平坦，對於帶小孩有bb車的家庭很友好，一樓是個書院，有個魚池，還有咖啡，環境很悠閑，老闆還請我們喝了杯咖啡，如果不是帶着小孩就能舒服地喝着咖啡看書放鬆下，我們要的是滕王高閣房，有兩張1.5的床，空間很大，還有浴缸，衹可惜當晚太冷了沒有泡浴缸。老闆超級貼心，一次性浴巾、毛巾、馬桶墊都安排上了，房間內的設備都很多，最特別的是沖涼房頭頂有暖氣，對於2度的天氣沖涼特友好。第二天睡到自然醒已經是十點多了，一樓還有早餐供應，豆豉粉很好吃，臨走的時候還送了些特產給我們，裏面的辣蘿蔔乾家裡人都説好吃，酒店到處透露出滿滿的人情味，給人很舒服的感覺，特別推薦"
