"Our stay at this garden-themed hotel far exceeded our expectations. We arrived quite late for check-in, tired from our journey and lugging our bags. Cary was incredibly gentle and patient throughout, never showing any sign of rushing. She clearly and concisely went through our information and explained the room amenities. Knowing it was our first visit, she proactively and meticulously introduced us to the hotel's garden layout, popular photo spots, breakfast restaurant location, and opening/closing times. She even thoughtfully recommended some less-crowded scenic areas within the garden, allowing us to enjoy the pavilions, towers, and winding corridors away from the crowds, saving us the hassle of blindly searching."
