"The service was exceptionally good, definitely worth praising! They were very attentive, the gentlemen were all patient and enthusiastic, and the ladies were even better – exceeding all expectations! I didn't try breakfast here, as I went out to experience other options.
First night's welcome fruit: It was decent.
Puyin afternoon tea: I skipped the afternoon tea; I usually prefer to brew my own.
Facilities: The lack of a window is a real deal-breaker; it made it hard to sleep and wasn't good for me. Everything else was acceptable, but this one aspect was truly a problem.
Environment: Overall, it was good and convenient.

"Aside from the hotel not being directly on the main road and the immediate surroundings not being super tidy, everything else was great. The interior and exterior decor were stylish and high-quality. Even the room key and meal vouchers had a nice design touch. The staff were efficient and professional. All the room amenities felt quite premium and comfortable. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise—just the right amount and very tasty. My only complaints were the lack of coffee and the cold fried eggs. The rooftop was nice, and the location was good. Excellent value for money, I'd definitely stay here again."

"Uncle was very intimate to help me move my suitcase to the 3rd floor. The homestay was very clean and not noisy. There was an automatic water dispenser in the room, and the important thing was that the mattress was soft! Sleeping very comfortably! There are also large windows with sunshine! It is also very close to Rongguo Mansion on foot."

"Great location, very convenient for transport. The facilities are brand new and the room is spacious and bright, with everything controlled by computer. The products are comfortable, especially the pillows. The only downside is that the rooms facing the street can be quite noisy in the morning due to traffic. "I booked two rooms. One room was fine overall, except for a slight odor when I entered, which dissipated after opening the window for a while. The room layout was quite reasonable, with a table that was convenient for having a late-night snack. The bedding was comfortable, and the hairdryer was a Dyson-like model with strong airflow, much stronger than most hotel hairdryers.
However, in the other room, room 315, the shower knob was a bit rusty and didn't work well."

Guest UserCame to Zhengding to attend an exhibition. I browsed several hotels online and finally chose this one. It is really good. The decoration is very good, exquisite and comfortable. The white sofa is very eye-catching. The garden-like view outside the window makes me feel very good.
Coke and Sprite are prepared in the small refrigerator. The beautiful girl at the front desk also gave me milk to replenish my energy. It's great.

Guest UserThe B&B is right next to the ancient city scenic spot. It only takes 3 minutes to walk to Longxing Temple. There is a food street just outside the door, which is super convenient. The hotel has a unique design style, complete facilities, and the bedding is so comfortable to sleep on. The butler's 24-hour service responded quickly and communicated with us promptly if we had any questions. He was also very welcoming and made us feel very comfortable. The room was clean and disposable water cups were prepared. I think they are the same ones as Atour. It was really a pleasant stay that surprised me. I recommend it, highly recommend it!

The room was tidy; nothing spectacular but comfortable and functional. The service was very responsive, and we could refill our drinking water. Everyone was polite. I do wish the shower was cleaner though; when I went in, I noticed a few hairs near the drain. Also, there was no conditioner when I showered, so hopefully, they'll be more diligent about restocking supplies.

Absolutely fantastic! Our whole family traveled together, and everyone, from the elders to the children, raved about the accommodation. It's a charming and quiet courtyard, each room has its own unique character, the rooms are warmly decorated, the facilities are very clean, and the beds are very comfortable. Most importantly, the staff were all so lovely! They were practically attentive to every request. One of the ladies with glasses was always smiling and incredibly friendly. In our Tianjin dialect, she was ”super cheerful.” It felt like home, a truly welcoming experience. The staff's cooking skills were also excellent; their handmade thin-crust pizzas were amazing! It's a shame it's a bit far, otherwise, it would be perfect for a couple of days with friends. We could relax in the courtyard, listening to music, drinking tea or coffee, and having a barbecue in the evening – so relaxing! The price is also very reasonable; it's not far from the ancient city, but much cheaper than staying inside, making it excellent value. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I travel. Oh, and thank you to the staff for the handmade zongzi (sticky rice dumplings)!

This was my first time experiencing a tatami room, traveling solo with my two children, and they absolutely loved it! I spent a good two hours meticulously choosing this place for its proximity to attractions, and my efforts truly paid off. It's just a 10-minute walk to Longxing Temple and also conveniently close to the small commodities night market. Taxis are readily available at the intersection, making it easy to get around. The hotel is tucked away at the very end of the road, ensuring a very quiet night's sleep. The room decor is quite elegant. We stayed for 2 nights, and the front desk staff was incredibly warm and helpful. They proactively called to check if we wanted housekeeping and quickly replenished our used toiletries and amenities. They were always eager to answer any questions we had. The roadside restaurants they recommended were all well-known and absolutely fantastic – not a single disappointing meal!

The hotel is next to Tianning Temple and very close to Longxing Temple. In a small road, it is not easy to see on the road. There is a free parking lot at the entrance of Tianning Temple, but the parking space is particularly tight. We arrived on Saturday afternoon and found a parking space for a long time. The towels in the room are not big, especially the bathroom looks very cramped. I can't talk about any service, the advantage is that it is very close to the attractions.

The hotel environment I stayed in cleverly combines traditional and modern styles, and the architectural elements of Chinese wooden structure are matched with exquisite wood carving decoration, full of classical charm. Modern elevator areas and bright lighting designs bring a comfortable modern experience, which collides with a unique aesthetic atmosphere.
The Chinese furniture in the lobby is simple and elegant in detail, with traditional pattern pillows, which show the style; the large landscape paintings have improved the artistic atmosphere, and the bookshelf on the side is displayed with various books, just like returning to childhood school to swim in the ocean of knowledge. The greenery on the side makes the whole hall green, and it is like a comfortable environment when entering.
Especially the self-service vending machine equipped to meet my immediate consumption needs when I need it in time, the hotel's intentions on service facilities. The hotel I stayed in was excellent in style creation, detail polishing and facilities, leaving a deep and good impression on my friends and colleagues.

The hotel is right next to the airport. It takes only 5 minutes to drive to the passenger terminal. You can sleep well here for the early flight. The boss will drop off the plane on time the next day, which is very good. However, the surrounding environment is general, and it should be nothing for passengers who are not demanding.
