"I was pleasantly surprised. Hotel is easily accessible without passing through the city, though city center is only 5 minutes away. Check-in process was quick and friendly. Room honestly exceeded my expectations. The junior suite was spacious, the foldable sofa bed was already prepared for our daughter. The room was clean, and the bathroom big compared to other hotels. Breakfast is good and plenty. Parking garage is available for 14 euro a day."

"We were on the way back from the holidays and wanted to eat in a special restaurant in the evening and not to go home afterwards.  We have searched for a pool hotel and there is the Best Western Plus.  The price of €72 is hardly to be hit and therefore we have booked. In the car my wife then read the reviews and hoped that they did not true, because on a loud and dirty room she didn't want.  When we arrived it looked perfectly ok from outside and inside as a typical 4-star Business Hotel. The hotel was very comfortable and comfortable, we were noticed that the standard rooms are on the railway route ( which runs right behind the hotel), but that doesn't disturb us. Parking in the parking house is perfectly OK and almost cheap. A request made in advance was satisfied at 100% as high as possible and as far as possible from the chair and we received the last room (745) in the hall and 7 floors 👍 The room was penibel clean, and looked really great, almost new.  Then quickly moved and to the 8 floors where the pool and the wellness area are located.  It was all without any reproach, the whole wellness area worked newly and since no one was there, we could be out and had the big pool and sauna area for us.  There is nothing to make in this hotel but there is nothing to make in this hotel. We cannot understand the partially bad reviews🤔  When I select a hotel on a railway connection, I cannot wonder when trains drive🤔  Clearly it is loud but with closed windows to handle locker and whoever likes takes a room on the other side. We were informed directly about it and could have changed, the staff was competent and very friendly. For me this hotel is a clear recommendation"

Only gripe: Road repairs around Darmstadt turned the approach into a confusing detour maze—GPS glitched, added 20 minutes of circling. Still, unbeatable for quick city hops. 4.5/5 stars!"

"Nice hotel just next to the train station. Super convenient for morning train or jump on a bus or tram to see places in town. Hotel is clean and air-conditioned, the latter is freaky important for travelers to Germany in summer hot months as not all hotels offer AC in Germany or the hotel has it but a weak one. This hotel gives you the cool air much needed for summer traveler. The rest is standard and front desk people are nice, too. Would return/recommend."

"The surrounding environment is very good, the room facilities are relatively new, and the front desk is warm and thoughtful. 15 minutes walk from the train station and 25 minutes drive from Frankfurt Airport."

"Location is not bad, very close to the main station. Rooms also looks quite well out but still very narrow, closer than in a hotel room at the same price, you can not even open the window entirely as the bed is on the way. But for what is advertised as a quasi-apartment, the equipment could have been a little better. The cutting plates (wood and plastic) were already very used and the coated pan that you get available was completely cracked and thus cancerogenous and unusable. Unfortunately, we could not use the television that you could have used even with Netflix in this way, because it was not connected to the Internet. After demand it was said by email that this was done with the TV, as where and when it was not said and as we were only a few days there, it never happened in the time. It was also mentioned that new pans have already been ordered, which has not brought us anything. Kitchen is of course practical, but I think it would be a good idea to provide oil as well as salt and pepper. In general, I don't think I'll book there again but for someone, especially for individuals, I don't think it's a bad idea if you want to use a kitchen."
