"Staying at this hotel while visiting Neuschwanstein Castle in Füssen was a great choice. The hotel is well-equipped, and the rooms are spacious, basically having everything you need except for disposable toiletries. The breakfast selection was extensive. The staff, especially the front desk receptionists, were incredibly warm and welcoming. Even though we drove, the hotel provided free public transport tickets and proactively offered a map. My only minor complaint is that the hotel's promotional image uses a picture resembling Neuschwanstein Castle's exterior, which could be misleading, making people think it's the hotel's facade. However, overall, this hotel is an excellent option when coming to Neuschwanstein."

"I remember visiting Neuschwanstein Castle when I first came to Germany in 2006, but what attracted me deeply was the tranquil Alpine Lake at the foot of the mountain. In the following two years, I came here twice by chance, and each time I took the same route, but I never really enjoyed the slow pace here. So this 18th anniversary trip is my fourth time to Neuschwanstein Castle, and I deliberately chose to stay by the Alpine Lake at the foot of Neuschwanstein Castle! Even if it's raining today, enduring the traffic jam on the German highway, and driving 370 kilometers for four and a half hours, I must come!
As expected, the hotel is in an excellent location, the room is not only spacious, but also the view is amazing: looking up at the dormer window, the Old Swan Castle on the left and the New Swan Castle on the right; turning around and looking at the big window on the other side, the Alpine Lake is outside... This is simply a fairyland scenery! I was just feeling proud when I suddenly realized that no matter how I inserted the room card, there was no electricity in the room. I immediately called the front desk to report the problem. The electrician who came to help me fix it was actually the uncle who did my valet parking. After taking apart all the panels in my closet for a long time, he discovered that there was a distribution box inside. After fiddling with it for a while, he finally fixed it. Then he discovered that there were no slippers, bathrobes, or water in the room, so he hurried back to restock them. Before he finished his work here, he looked up and saw a huge live spider on the ceiling... Fortunately, the uncle was very quick and quick and fixed everything quickly. I couldn't help but whisper to him: It feels like you are the only employee in your hotel, and you are working so hard! He also shook his head helplessly and said: It is indeed a National Day and we are short of staff... I am really curious about how the overtime pay is calculated for working overtime on the National Day, hahahahaha"

"A very distinctive hotel, just before entering the door, if you have heavy luggage, you need to go up several steps. The available space in the room is not small, including the ability to use some bumps to place luggage, and there are more than ten plugs, which is a bit unexpected. After going out to close the door of the room, you need to turn the key to lock it, otherwise even if you close the door, it can still be opened."

2- There is a good Chinese food nearby (Sichuan/Cantonese cuisine) and you can find it in Dianping.
3- The town is very small.
4- It's very close to Schwanberg. There is No. 78 bus next to the railway station. The hotel will give you a free bus card. It takes about 15 minutes to get to Neuschwanstein Castle by bus.
5- Hygiene is OK. There is a boiling kettle.
6- Breakfast is also quite rich. Because it's too late. Check out is delayed to 12.. o'clock. Thank you very much the host."

"I stayed here for one night to go to Neuschwanstein Castle. It's about a 5-minute walk from the station, and next door there is a delicious Italian restaurant and a supermarket that opens at 7am.
The hotel staff were all kind, and the room was clean.
I was a bit concerned that there were only amenities for one person, even though there were three of us staying.
However, the breakfast was so delicious that it didn't even matter. There was such a wide variety of food that I couldn't possibly eat it all.
It was a very fond memory.
I'd definitely like to come back."

"The location is excellent, you can directly see Neuschwanstein Castle, and walk to the foot of the Neuschwanstein Castle for ten minutes. Sitting in the restaurant on the first floor and eating and looking out the window, Neuschwanstein Castle is very enjoyable. The restaurant service lady is very intimate and beautiful. "Good location about 5 to 10 minutes from Fussen station, about 10 to 15 minutes to main attractions in Fussen (e.g. Museum, Fussen castle). Breakfast was tasty. Room was spacious as well, however curtains need to be drawn as the room is facing the road. Otherwise good view, not too noisy when the windows are closed. They provide 2 bottles of water on arrival which is not topped up, also no kettle or other amenities in the room.
There is a guest laundry available which is 4 Euros and a dryer as well that’s also 4 Euros.
The stay comes with a complimentary Fussen Card which allows you to take the bus to the castles for free, and also have a discounted price at Fussen’s ticketed attractions.
Overall a good stay."

GGuest UserThis is the hotel I stayed at in Fussen during my Romantic Road trip. Everything about this hotel was so good that I regretted staying only one night. The surrounding scenery is beautiful, and you can see the waterfall within a 10-minute walk. The room was large, the bathroom was clean, and the breakfast was delicious. If I get the chance, I would like to stay for more than two nights again.

SSdehuayanglvtuThe hotel's location is a slam dunk. Hohenschwangau Castle is directly in front of you, and Neuschwanstein Castle is visible behind you. From the window, you can see the carriages heading down to Hohenschwangau Castle. The Alpine lake is just a short walk away.
It's a very old hotel, but it has an elevator and a shower. While there's no air conditioning, there are fans. Sleeping with the window open in Germany can be quite cold. The hotel itself is very comfortable, and the breakfast was well-prepared. It's a small selection, consisting of small slices of meat. Although the staff aren't native German, they were very welcoming.
If you're traveling with children, be sure to contact the hotel in advance to confirm your room information; otherwise, the front desk staff will be very surprised.
If you're traveling with children to visit Neuschwanstein Castle, I highly recommend this hotel. It saves you the hassle of traveling and you can rest in your room after hiking.

We loved the little house-made chocolates we got as a farewell gift.

Located in the small town of Harfrech, it is a family hotel in a cabin. It is a ten-minute drive from Neuschwanstein Castle. The surrounding scenery is pleasant. The proprietress is actually a Wuxi native. I didn't expect to meet a fellow in this remote area of Germany (Wuxi is also a fellow), and have a good conversation! Communication is easy, the hotel is self-check-in, when you arrive, you find an envelope with your own name, there are keys and car coupons, etc., there is a form at the front desk to fill in the breakfast time, very convenient, there is a restaurant next to the hotel, steak is good, the decoration is also very stylish, the hotel room is large, Very clean and tidy, there is a small coffee machine in the room, we live on the first floor, there is a yard full of turf behind, sitting and drinking coffee to bask in the sun, very comfortable, the key boss is a Chinese couple, convenient communication, feel friendly, everything is great, thank the boss for his hospitality!

CChoi TYThe hotel is located right next to the main train station, just 100 m distance away. There is also a large convenience store just below the hotel, which open till 8:00pm.
The old town and St Mang museum is within walking distance. The hotel (as with all other hotels in Fussen) provide a transportation card which cover free bus transfer from the bus terminal (outside the train station) to the Castles' ticket center, which is just 10-15 minutes from Fussen. The bus schedule is available from the reception upon request. Taxi is also quite cheap and a good option if between 2 - 3 persons. Taxi stand is near train station as well.
The room are of average size though the toilet is quite small. Breakfast is also average but adequate. May be quite crowded.
Take note that you need to hang the ”Clean Room” sign on the door daily, if not the room may not get tidy up.
Will be a good option for travelers staying just for 1 or 2 nights with plan to visit the castle due to the close proximity to the train station and bus terminal.

GGuest UserThis is a hotel that integrates restaurants and hotels. The restaurant on the first floor is the guest room upstairs. There are free parking spaces, but there are not many parking spaces (but I don't know if the parking space across the road is not it), it should be first come first stop. There is a good supermarket more than 100 meters away. Very close to the Neuschwanstein Castle attraction, it is only three or four kilometers. The location is still very good.
There is no elevator, the room is relatively clean, and the bathroom is spacious enough. If you remember correctly, there should be no air conditioning, but the weather was already cold when we came here, and air conditioning was not used.

GGuest UserThis is a homestay that needs to check in automatically. The only advantage is that parking is convenient. The door of the homestay is very dangerous. When my daughter opened the door, she was hit by the door and her whole hand was swollen. She asked the service staff to wipe the medicine. He only took an ice cube for us to apply ice, and did not do other treatments. I felt very dumbfounded.
