"Great hotel. Good location. Very clean. We had a quiet room on the third floor. The window did not have a view of anything except a wall which was fine as we didn't stay in the room much. There was a lot of variety for breakfast and the view front the pool was amazing. The gym was a good size. It needed dumbells heavier than 10kg though but a good gym hotel with lots of room. Service was excellent. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Nice clean room. Comfy beds but the pillows are too thick. Elevator is good. Good bathroom. Decent location with a supermarket at the corner and lots of places to eat. 4 blocks away from the main hustle area but you will get quiet at night to sleep. Brother and sister owned and run. They rent motorbikes but the bikes are small and have no phone holders. Rent 125cc automatic Hondas and Yamahas with good phone holders from the family run Massage place right next door. They give outstanding massages also and woman speaks fluent English and can help you solve any problem."

"We chose Quiet Sapa Hotel for the location as several tours started from the Stone Church (aka Notre Dame Church) which is a short walk away. We had a nice view of the nearby lake, only a block away from our room, most won’t have the view.
The room was small but sufficient with refrigerator, hot pot, water, tea and coffee provided. Breakfast was extra, we always ate elsewhere. The restaurant down the road toward the lake was excellent.
The staff was nice and helpful. The biggest complaint was hot water took forever with a tiny heater. If one party showered the next would need to wait at least 20 minutes to have hot water.
Overall it was nice, good location to walk to shops, the lake, downtown and convenient for pickups by tour operators."

"Pao’s Sapa Leisure Hotel – Excellent Location & Outstanding Staff
I recently stayed at Pao Sapa Hotel and had a wonderful experience. The location is excellent—right beside Moana Sapa and just a few kilometers from Cat Cat Village, making sightseeing very convenient. The town is also within walking distance from the hotel. The room was spacious with a beautiful valley view, and the breakfast was delicious.
The language barrier can be challenging, but the reception staff always have someone who speaks English. Katie, in particular, was extremely helpful. She assisted us with planning our Fansipan trip and booking tickets, and the hotel staff maintain a group chat to update guests on peak weather conditions, which is very useful.
During our stay, the air conditioning wasn’t working and the room became humid after a long day out. Communication was difficult at first, but Katie responded to our message even after office hours and helped resolve the issue, allowing us to rest comfortably.
Kudos to Katie and the team for their dedication and excellent service. I highly recommend Pao’s Sapa Leisure Hotel for its prime location, spacious rooms, and outstanding staff support."

"Stayed at Tiger Sapa Hotel for 3 days and 2 nights—such a peaceful place to stay. The morning view was absolutely beautiful 🌄
The owner and staff were very kind and helpful. They treated us like family and even provided snacks when we were heading back to Hanoi by bus.
Don’t hesitate to book this hotel! It’s about a 15-minute walk to Sun Plaza and very close to Moana Café as well. Highly recommended 👍"

"We arrived in Sapa before 7 AM via the Hk Sleeping Bus, and the office was incredibly chaotic and crowded. We had pre-requested a hotel drop-off service, but it was so busy that we considered just walking, as Google Maps showed our hotel was only a 10-minute walk from the office. We decided to wait a bit longer for the drop-off service, and it's a good thing we did – that walk would have been impossible! Sapa has narrow streets, lots of steep inclines, and many construction sites. If we had just walked without knowing, it could have been a real problem. Anyway, despite being on a slope, the hotel staff greeted us warmly and happily stored our luggage for free. The room was spacious and in great condition. My only minor complaint is that there was no toilet paper holder, which was a bit inconvenient. Don't expect much from breakfast. The location, however, is excellent. Sapa Station is very close, and we only took a taxi to Cat Cat Village; everything else was within walking distance. For Cat Cat, I recommend using Grab. We asked the hotel to call a taxi for us, and I feel the driver overcharged us significantly. For our departure, we had also requested a pickup. When the scheduled pickup time approached and the bus hadn't arrived, the staff members personally contacted the bus company to confirm and reassured us. Thank you, everyone! ^^"

We had a wonderful stay at Sapa Symphony Hotel! The location is perfect — right near Sun Plaza on a quiet street, and just 5 minutes from the city center. It was so convenient for exploring yet peaceful enough for a good night’s sleep.
The receptionist was incredibly helpful and friendly, making the check-in process smooth and welcoming. The room was comfortable, and we loved having a water heater for warm showers. The breakfast was delicious and the hotel was very affordable, offering great value for money.
One of the best parts was how accommodating the staff were — after check-out, we wanted to buy souvenirs, and they kindly allowed us to leave our luggage at the hotel while we went shopping.
Overall, we highly recommend Sapa Symphony Hotel for anyone visiting Sapa. Great location, excellent service, and a truly comfortable stay!"

"This is a really outstanding hotel. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. The hotel itself is beautiful and the rooms and communal areas feel modern and well maintained. You can use great facilities in the spa area such as heated pools and sauna rooms for free. One of the things that really stood out to me was the cleanliness of my room and the entire hotel. This is the cleanest hotel I’ve stayed in and the overall atmosphere created is perfect for relaxing without any worries. HHeyarhgraciesThis place is amazing. They stay true to their words - to be eco-friendly and reduce wastage. Nam and his team were very helpful and Nam is exceptionally attentive to our needs. The room is exactly the same as the photos on Trip.com and we received a pleasant surprise with a beautifully decorated bed when they know that it’s our wedding anniversary.
The common area has a fireplace where guests can gather around and have small conversations. The food and drinks (including cocktails) were so good that almost every day we would rather stay at the resort to have our meals. Nam makes great cocktails!
Lastly, there is a resident dog, as well as a cat. Both are adorable and love to be around people. Our stay with Eco Palm House is amazing. Great place, great view, and great people! We will certainly recommend to our family and friends. Hope we are also able to visit and stay here again!

While the rooms are a bit far from the reception, you just need to call and a buggy will pick you up immediately, so it's really not an issue.
The room was well-equipped. Unfortunately, we couldn't enjoy the nice view due to bad weather and fog, but the heated mattress kept us warm at night.
The hotel offers discounts on the spa and bar, and they're very accommodating if you arrive before check-in. We were able to wait by the pool and enjoy the spa. You absolutely must try their exceptional massage; it's more expensive than in town, but the quality is incomparable.
The breakfast and restaurant were incredible too, with lots of specialties to try.
The hotel is located 10 minutes from the city center by Grab taxi.

YYeh YI would like to express my heartfelt thanks to Sapa Passion Hotel and Spa. They say they aim to provide “a home away from home,” and they truly delivered on that promise.
From the moment we arrived in Sapa early in the morning, the staff kindly allowed us to check in early. After an overnight sleeper train, being able to rest a little before exploring Sapa was such a blessing. As soon as we entered the room, we were amazed by its spaciousness and cleanliness, and the clear view of the lake from our window was simply beautiful.
The receptionist also suggested several local activities for us, and although we couldn’t join due to the weather, we truly appreciated her thoughtful recommendations.
On our departure day, we took a night bus out of Sapa, and the hotel generously let us use their bathroom to freshen up before our journey. It made our departure so much more comfortable.
We felt genuinely cared for during our entire stay, and I sincerely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sapa.

- We arrived in Sapa early in the morning & appreciate that we're able to check in early
- The room was very clean & cozy
- Friendly receptionist that catered to our needs
- Excellent service with morning call & offer for bellboy service to carry our luggages up to the lobby when we had to check out much earlier
- Room cleanup service was quick but also unexpected, as we went for breakfast & came back to a cleaned room. It would be nice if laxsik had a door tag for us to indicate if we wanted 'room service' or not
- We had to check out quite early in the morning, laxsik offered to give us a complete set of takeaway breakfast with fruits, sandwiches & bottled water
Cons
- We stayed in the family bungalow with 2 bedrooms & bathrooms, there was no shower gel for one of the rooms & no conditioner for the other room, it would be great if both rooms had the same amenities
- Some tiles on the bathroom ceiling of house 10 were not intact completely hence it felt unsafe & cold air seeped in which turned the bathroom very chilly
Overall we had a pleasant stay at laxsik despite the view being blocked by the fog for most of our stay, the accommodations made up for it. Do take note that it is a 10-15mins drive to Sapa town so expect to pay 200,000 vnd for a taxi. The receptionist will help you book a driver if you aren't able to get a Grab from accommodations to town. Getting Grab from Sapa town to the accommodations was quite easy. The fireplace in the lodge is highly recommended if you are staying during the cold season! We thoroughly enjoyed the experience and warmed our hearts and bodies.
