"I didn't expect much from just staying one night, but it was the cleanest and most organized hotel I've ever stayed at during my 25-day trip to Europe. While the hotel is a bit dated, it's well-maintained, and what I most appreciated was its spotless cleanliness. "We stayed in a deluxe room. The room was well decorated, but our room smelled of oily smoke, and finally I found that it was the smell of smoke from the vent at the entrance. I told the front desk staff about this, she said that the room was fully booked, the smell of smoke may be the smell of someone who smoked the smoke, in fact, there is no smell of smoke in the corridor. I hope we should get some compensation because the smell of smoke makes my wife and I very uncomfortable."

The city is mostly walkable so it's only about 20mins walk to the city center from the hotel. The room has been cleaned and tidied up every day. Most of the essentials amenities were also provided."

"The location couldn't be better, directly across from the Alhambra and just a 2-minute walk away. Conveniently, the Alhambra's car park is right opposite, and 22 Euros for a full day isn't bad, though the hotel itself doesn't offer parking. The room felt quite dated; apart from three beds, a table, and a sofa, it was pretty basic. The bathroom only had a shower over the tub. The bed only came with a duvet cover and no actual duvet inside. While this might be a local custom for summer, I personally found it uncomfortable. Breakfast options were limited, but the quality was generally good."

"The room was OK, although a bit old, but the stay was very comfortable. The service is particularly good. The restaurant environment, packages, and service are particularly good.
Dislike: 25€/day parking space ! Arranged for me the smallest parking space in the corner, next to the parking space there are fire doors and fire extinguishers.  Reasonably, there is a parking space here. I talked to the hotel several times and asked them to change my parking space, but they just didn't change it. Finally,  gave me both parking spaces... For parking spaces at this price, I want to park the car. If my car doesn't stop, you give me three parking spaces. I don't like it either!
This is for hotel managers: we were 2 days and paying €50 for a garage place, they assigned me a parking that I think was already badly designed, as being a side door (place 20) And with a firefighter should not have any garage space! I was assigned the 19th, if I park well I couldn't get down from the car of how small the square is and I asked you to change it, but they didn't allow it to me and the solution was to give me the two places... my personally I like to do things well! And more if I pay a garage place for 2 days, it was €50. If I can't park the car well even if I have 3 garage places, I'm still not okay!
For the gentleman, who would be the reception officer on the afternoon of August 16, a 0 for his bad ways and no need to talk to people with disgust, in fact he was never able to talk to me personally, The hotel was very good and very comfortable."

"The air conditioner is very powerful. I washed my clothes and they were all dry the next day with the air conditioner on. The front desk service is also very good. You need to leave enough time to take bus 33 to the bus station and take bus c320 to Agong. It takes about 25 minutes in total"

Sste****While waiting to check in, I was given a large glass of freshly squeezed orange juice. The room facilities were also very modern, and the toilet had a washlet for the first time. After returning from the trip, a plate of ginkgo biloba, cheese, diced ham and biscuits were given to the room to replenish energy. There is food everywhere when you go out, especially the seafood restaurant recommended by the hotel, where you can enjoy delicious and affordable tapas. Breakfast was ordered from the menu and was very delicious.
The only drawback is that there is no body lotion in the room, and the area is very dry, but after informing the front desk, a small bottle of L'Occitane body lotion was delivered - the shampoo and other toiletries are all from L'Occitane.

Rooms: Both the rooms and corridors are predominantly white, exuding an elegant decor.
Service: The service was excellent. The gentleman at the front desk was fluent in English, friendly, cheerful, and incredibly helpful. When our room wasn't ready upon arrival, they kindly offered us two complimentary drinks at the hotel lounge. Once the room was prepared, he personally delivered the key card to us.
Location: The hotel boasts an excellent location. Stepping out and turning left, you'll find yourself directly in the city center, an area bustling with restaurants, shops, and tourists. The hotel is conveniently located directly opposite the El Corte Inglés department store. Right next door, there's a chain brunch spot called 'Granada Artisan.' It offers fair prices, and two people can have a filling meal for 10 to 20 Euros – definitely worth trying. However, be aware that the staff's English isn't strong, so knowing some basic Spanish for ordering would be beneficial. For visits to the Alhambra Palace, it's advisable to take a taxi or public bus, as the path leading up to it is a steep incline, making the walk quite tiring.

Mmatata****It's not worth the price. The hotel's decor is unique, but the rooms and bathrooms are small, even smaller than some hotels I've stayed in that cost over a thousand. The bedding doesn't justify the price either. The breakfast is bad, offering no advantage compared to hotels costing over a thousand. The service staff lacks awareness; staff members shared the elevator with guests but didn't greet them. They messed up my reservation; I had booked breakfast, but they made a mistake and told me to go to the front desk to inquire. After quickly clarifying the situation, they wouldn't let me go to breakfast immediately. Two staff members stood there talking in Spanish for three minutes, leaving me waiting, before casually apologizing to me, ma'am. There's a room near the entrance with some sofas, usually open. On our second day, a few of us were waiting downstairs and decided to go in. Just as we were about to enter, a staff member slammed the door shut. I asked him why, and he gave an awkward smile, saying Muslims need to pray. We were told to wait a few minutes. We sat on the sofas outside for two or three minutes, then a staff member came and asked what we wanted to do inside. I said we wanted to sit and wait for someone, and he opened the door for us. We went in and sat down, and later, other people also came in to sit. So it's not that the room is unavailable. Overall, the price is probably just due to its good location. Don't expect much else.

AAira CharisDidn't expect this hotel is just a stone away from the main train station. Bus stops outside the hotel, surrounded with cafes, restaurants and easy to get taxi service. Free buffet breakfast was okay, same menu daily. Strictly 12nn check out no extensions not even 30mins or even if we are willing to pay extra they did not allow us even if the hotel ia not fully booked. Overall, we had a pleasant stay.

GGuest UserThis Aparthotel was in an absolutely perfect location and easily accessible to the main sites of Granada. The communication with the customer support was excellent and it was easy to check in and out or get an early check in for an additional cost. The app was really useful as I could check in that way and had a note of my entrance key in case I forgot the number. The facilities, cleanliness and little extras provided such as water, coffee and crisps were really appreciated after a day of travel. The studio I was in was absolutely gorgeous, modern, clean and whilst in the centre of the town, quiet, so I could get a good night's sleep. The only thing that was a slight disappointment was that I booked the apartment thinking I would be getting a view of the town/square, but I did have balcony views over the balconies and into the apartments of the identical building directly in front of me. So, no view to speak of, but I didn't spend much time in the apartment as there was plenty to do in Granada. Overall, 4/5 for the experience and will be staying in the Libere again when next travelling to Spain.

The room was clean, a good sized double bedroom with a bathroom.
It was easy to find. There is a proper reception with a human being on duty.
Free coffee from a machine in the lobby, but very sweet.
We had a few blips; only 1 cup for 2 people with the kettle and a struggle to convince the receptionist two people needed 2 cups, no milk, just sachets of coffee and tea bags, no plug for the bath, an even bigger struggle, but I succeeded, and you cannot park anywhere close by. We used an underground parking lot, €1.99 an hour.

Okay, overall, a 6/10 is the perfect score... shower seals coming loose, aging damp patches and black spots in the shower. Overall, it's quite clean. The high-tech features are good but also aging, e.g., the crappy TV, as well as the ”smart” toilet that opens, closes, and cleans itself at night. And above all, the bedding is very poor, where you sink in as soon as you lie down! It's impossible to turn around or move afterward!! That's the worst part!
Overall, well, you get what you pay for. When you book, you know you're not staying in a 4 or 5-star hotel either!!!
It's a shame about the staff, who are really super friendly, and that's a 10/10!
Another plus, we arrived after midnight, after the official check-in hours, we called to let you know we were late, and very kindly someone at reception stayed to welcome us!! Thank you
