"Ideally located in quiet part close to old town as well as the *****. Two pool areas (one with shallow kids pool) and food available by larger pool -also small dining area just past reception (good selection for breakfast). Pool table for older kids and small playground for toddlers onsite. Very clean complex and friendly staff. Fully equipped kitchenette and lovely powerful shower in bathroom which I loved! Close to lots of shops and restaurants, but relatively steep stroll downhill to beach, fine for us but could be a workout with buggy or if any mobility issues. There was on street parking outside if hiring a car. Lots of taxis around if not! We enjoyed exploring the local areas on foot after a day of sightseeing…some great restaurants close by in the old town. No air con in the apartment that we could see (but we didn’t ask either as we stated at end January so 24 Celsius and pleasant indoors and out) - recommend checking if going at peak times. Pools weren’t heated but nice for a dip- clean and lifeguards on duty at both between 9:30 and 6pm. Relaxing short break at lovely complex, we’ll be back!"

"Best 4 star hotel!! Initially we were worried about an all inclusive 4 star hotel. What if services, food, drink and entertainment aren’t good, we will be stuck! However, they changed our mind the minute we got there. As I approached the counter, they welcomed us and said they would check if our room was ready. Although it’s not, they took our bags for us and gave us a card (which allowed us to go and have lunch without extra cost) so we could start enjoying our time at the hotel. The room was clean and we loved the deco. We loved the attention to detail too! You can tell a lot of thoughts have gone into the design of the room. We love the food there too. We had breakfast, lunch and dinner every day we were there. Apart from the usual kids’ favourite, the main dishes were different at every meal every day. I particularly enjoyed the freshly cooked fish and paellas; and the Halloween themed night meal. The animación team was excellent. They were very good with my kids. My youngest was a bit shy to start with at the kids club. One of the staff gave her a lot of special attention to help her settle in. The evening entertainment was better than expected too. We really enjoyed the acrobat show. It’s not exactly BGT standard but it’s definitely entertaining enough to keep all of us happy. It’s also 10 mins away by car from the airport. We actually took the bus on the way there. It cost 1.40 eur per person and it stopped right opposite the hotel. On the way back, taxi cost 13-15eur. We also love that there is a beautiful beach right next to the hotel. It’s so thoughtful that there is a shower and towels right next to the gate so you could clean your feet before getting back to the hotel. If there’s anything to complain about, I would say the steam room wasn’t working during my stay!"

"Amazing hotel! The location, at the quieter end of PDC, 5/10 mins from Airport and only €1.40 on local bus (161). Still besides shops, bars & restaurants but with this being an All Inclusive hotel I never had to spent a cent. Beer, wines, coffee, soft drinks on tap…literally, but has also numerous bars around the place with great service. Three restaurants, two of which you need to book in advance (Asian & Canarian), food is plentiful and of a very good standard. You could not go hungry! The cleaning & maintenance team are like a small army, the place is spotless and nothing gets overlooked. I’d fully recommend!!!"

"In Europe for more than 2 years, the first time I stayed in this apartment, this price is very good! ! ! Very pleasant surprise! ! Parking is also very convenient, a little farther by the sea, but acceptable, after all, the price is here. The apartment has a small kitchen, go to M super to buy things back, homemade breakfast, very fragrant. If you check in, you will take the key and return the key. It is very, very simple. Ha! !"

"The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, the bathroom was clean, the shower was comfortable, the small balcony could see the garden and the distant mountains, and the air was fresh and cool. Especially suitable for people with children on vacation, because there are children playing in the swimming pool. But there are very few Asians. If you don't go swimming and talk about accommodation, it is a very comfortable place for us to stay and relax. You can stroll around, not far from the beach, and pass a supermarket on the way. The front desk service is professional and can communicate in English."
