"Good morning I booked a room for the Valentine's Day Hotel I came with my wife and then we made a reservation at the restaurant for a special menu of Valentine's Day we asked us to arrive before 21:30 what we did for have the menu that was intended for us except that we arrived well before to be sure have the special menu Valentine we arrived at 20:45 and we are told that it is too late that there is no longer enough for everyone so I am very disappointed I show my disappointment I say I made the reservation a week in advance and I was promised that we were entitled to a special Valentine menu after having said several times our dissatisfaction we were offered to make us the menu that was agreed but with a limited quantity it is really a bad for such a hotel because the place is beautiful the hotel with pool jacuzzi and hammam and great but the restaurant is not the author of the very disappointed hotel one has signed the incident at the host on the day of our departure and we were taken 40 € from the special menu price of St. Valentine but we would have preferred to pay the agreed price and be served correctly as agreed so it is a pity for such a establishment"
