"I booked two rooms. One room was successfully charged to my credit card, but the other was not. I contacted the hotel to explain that I was only about three hours away and asked them to hold the room so I could pay upon arrival. Unfortunately, my request was refused and one room was canceled. I then had to make a new reservation directly through the hotel’s website, which was quite disappointing. The rooms were not soundproof at all. There is no elevator, and when I asked for assistance, the reception declined immediately without offering any help. Parking is also very limited and requires an additional fee."

"Great location! Just step outside, and there's a McDonald's right across the street. The hotel is also opposite a beautifully converted warehouse shopping center. The rooms are very clean, but one thing to note is that housekeeping is only done every five days instead of daily. Overall, a great choice for a stay in Le Havre!"

"The hotel room environment is a bit old, and there is nothing around except 2 barbecue halls. But the breakfast is very rich, the waiters are also super beautiful, a high service attitude, the old gentleman who watched the night is very enthusiastic"

"Fijne kamer met een ruime badkamer en lekkere douche. Geen geluidsoverlast. Bovenste verdieping heeft wel een schuin dak, dus dat is bij het bed wel een beetje lastig als je lang bent."

"Here's a unique hotel - housed in a old mansion from the 1900s. This means that each room in the original wing is a little different and 'eclectic'. There's also a new wing with newer rooms, a spa, a swimming pool (sorta heated), a bistro and a 1 Michelin star restaurant. Pros: - Unique style of hotel that's set away from the hustle/bustle of the Etritat town. - Helpful staff - Complimentary bakes and hot drinks from 4-6pm - Michelin-star restaurant on site (but it was closed during our visit) - Comfortable beds, good water pressure and a bathtub - Professional grade Nespresso machine in-room with 4 pods (2x decaf) + nice tea bags - Grounds are cute, with a resident cat, fireplace and pleasant garden-ish spaces. Cons: - Cleanliness - we discovered a swarm of ants crawling behind the curtain. We think it was some food that wasn't cleaned away from the previous guest that attracted the ants. This was gross. - Room styling may not be to everyone's tastes - suggest you ask to view a room before you move your luggage in. - Narrow stairs to rooms in main building, was abit hard to get luggage up to but they can get help if needed. - Location could be a con for some as it's a good 10-12 min walk into the main down down a high. - Parking spaces were limited. - Breakfast is pricey at 25 euro - there's a great boulangerie in town Maison Piquenot that you can get good croissants, baguettes from. - Overall abit pricey for the value you get."

"The hotel is nicely located, few steps away from the main attractions, hotel has its own parking which is convenient, however the number of places is limited. There are water refill stations on every floor, which is very handy. The breakfast has good variety of products. The swimming pool is on a smaller side and the water is quite cold to our preferences, so it’s mainly for “soaking in cold water” rather then swimming:) the family room for 4 is spacious, beds are comfortable, window sound proofing is not the best."

"Massive room with a fairly comfortable double bed. Water pressure in the shower was very weak, which made washing difficult."

"Great hotel to stay in Rouen - easy to get from train station (15 min by foot or 5 min by tram). Clean and tidy room, helpful staff. Tasty breakfast - better to book in advance."

"The check-in time of the homestay is relatively late, there is no elevator in the homestay, you need to carry your luggage, the service awareness is relatively poor, but the breakfast is delicious"

"A very decent hotel, fairly new and modern. The rooms and public spaces are clean at a high level. The standard room is quite large, and there is also enough space in the bathroom. Good bedding and linens. Normal WIFI. The window opens, you can ventilate the room, although there is no air conditioning, which may be uncomfortable in the summer. A significant minus is the distance from the center. It takes about half an hour to walk. The advantages of the location include a huge Carrefour five minutes away and a bus stop to Etretat right outside the windows. An additional bonus is the presence of Russian-speaking staff at the reception."
