"Near Heathrow Airport, and the airplane noise from takeoffs and landings was acceptable. However, the soundproofing between floors is poor. Every morning from around 4 AM, there was constant noise from upstairs, which really disrupted my sleep. On the plus side, the room was very spacious, breakfast offered a good variety, and dinner was absolutely amazing – definitely recommend booking a package that includes dinner to try it out."

"Perfect location to LHR T3. No need to stress out about the shuttle - the hotel is one of its stops (express has only 1 other stop). It’s £6.50. Breakfast included (not sure what time it starts but plenty before 6:00am). There’s also a small menu for dinner. The reception area was spacious and clean. Very efficient check in. Staff were helpful and professional. Room was spotless and more spacious than expected - a tad on the stuffy hot side. Overall a great stay and would definitely recommend"

"I booked a 3nights trip at this hotel, I had emailed them and told them to upgrade my room 3 weeks in advance. Day one before I checked in I there was a little fuss about the upgrade which was later fixed. The room was clean and nice. The tv did not have full amenities. Tried to take a shower and there was no hot water only cold. The bath water was coloured. I complained at reception, they tried to have a little one and two arguments but later on sent someone to check. When the individual came in she fixed it but the hot water only lasted 2mins. It was too late so we decided to sleep and leave it alone. The next morning we tried using the shower again but was faced with the same issue. Once again called reception to complain, the person behind the phone tried to emphasise that someone had been sent to fix it but eventually ended his sentence that maintenance will be sent. The maintenance came and agreed and said something was wrong with the water and told the desk to change our rooms so we could use another shower. We went out enjoyed our day, came back and tried to once again use the shower that was supposedly fixed to encounter the same issue. The receptionist was rude and started arguing saying it was fixed etc, he told us he will come and check shortly. We waited for an hour and no one came in. We called about 3 times and when he responded he lied and said he had been upstairs and no one answered the door, and tried to lie and say noise was being made in the room which wasn’t the case. Eventually he came upstairs, tried the shower again we complained and he changed our rooms. The new room we were moved to had issues with the aircon heating system, we endured with the broken aircon system as we were too tired to complain due to how they’ve reacted with other complaints. I extended my checkout to 5pm. Around 4:50pm the cleaner barged into the room without knocking."

"The staff at the hotel were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making the stay feel welcoming and comfortable. However, the amenities were fairly average—clean but basic rooms and limited facilities. Great for short stays or business trips, but not ideal if you're looking for luxury or extras."

"Good proximity to airport with shuttle service to airport at 6 GBP available for boarding every half hour. Room is spacious . standard check-out time 12:00 noon on the day of departure. They could offer complimentary late check-out until 13:00, subject to availability and confirmation with Reception on the day of departure. After 13:00, a charge of 15 per hour will apply until 16:00."

"The room was large, bed fairly comfortable but not for the price being charged. I never got to the pool or gym as I’d planned to do but that was the main reason I booked. The shuttle service is a bit annoying that you have to pay and there are only set pick up and drop off times, so if you want to catch a different bus (which I did) to the nearby Renaissance hotel then that one is more frequent and only a short walk away from this hotel. The shuttle price isn’t expensive through, at around 6£ each way, it was useful. Breakfast options were decent with enough choice for a vegetarian, but nothing to write home about and I opted not to pay the 16£ for the second day I was there. Overall it was decent, but cleanliness of room needed help. I asked the cleaner if she could hoover the room as when I arrived there were bits all over the floor, she did in front of me and her technique was great, she did a wonderful job but when she left there were still things all over the floor so it was obvious it was the tool (the hoover needs to be updated). The staff were kind and obviously hard workers, good customer service, they just need more support from management or corporate to update their capabilities like with new hoovers. The chair also had “something” on it, so I general it would be good if staff had access to better cleaning tools to steam out stains on furniture and curtains. I’d probably stay again if it was a bit less expensive or if these issues get sorted."

"Hotel was ok. Clean enough where it mattered and complimentary tea and coffee was a nice touch. Unfortunately the tv did not work and the mattress was very old and worn and should be replaced. Didn’t bother to complain as arrived late from a flight so just needed somewhere to sleep. Bigger concern was that despite having paid 3 weeks ago they still tried to take payment at check In and again at check out. Then although both times they agreed with our proof of payment, still proceeded to take £70 from our card a few hours later. Not happy."

"The hotel would have once been amazing but it’s now very run down and in need of a refurbishment especially the bathrooms, but the bed was comfortable and the pods to the hotel are fun too"

"Advice given re T5 buses was incorrect, information seems out of date. Phone signal poor, getting Internet no easy. 1 towel for double bed, likely 2 people, a bit mean. Food and drink fine."
