"Good for a short and sweet stay. Serves the purpose. Value for money. Could hear a lot of noise in my room until late night midnight, but can't complain as I am not sure it was the hotel guests or Brunel university students, so I will give it a benefit of doubt."

"Hotel was nice, clean and convenient. Situated very close to terminal 3 it is ideal. We missed breakfast unfortunately as had to be at the airport before 6, and breakfast doesn’t start until 6am. So if your an early flyer, don’t buy the breakfast package. Parking £24 / 24 hours which seems standard round there. The only annoyance is that service charges are added to the bill on every drink / food ordered and they don’t tell you about it until after the bill is paid and they provide the receipt. This is very cheeky. Don’t midland paying but not for every drink, definitely should be an option asked in advance not just taking liberties. Taxi service cost two passengers £19.50 for a shared cab. This was very convenient and was on time. Bookable in advance via a computer terminal at the main doors . If you are flying later, there are tfl busses go to terminal three from across the road which would only cost you £1.75 per trip, and I think one bus is 24 hours. But requires reliance on public transport. Room was clean, comfortable and tea / coffee and water in room. Shower was good. Food was nice. 2x pizza £20 each small basket of chips around £5. Double vodka and coke cost nearly £20 and a beer moretti £8. Plus the added cheeky service charge that wasn’t mentions of £8. McDonald’s is a two minute walk for a cheaper option and Tesco express / kebabs around a 10-15 minute walk away."

"This hotel is conveniently located near LHR airport. With shuttle services available that you will need to ask the hotel for details. (I think it worth the effort) Great selections of breakfast with very helpful and friendly staff if your flight was not at the crack of dawn. 😊 Definitely recommend this place for layover and connecting flights"

"Very convenient and affordable option for people have to travel very early flight in LHR T4. Link bridge all the way to terminal, and even like we were travelling from nearby township with Bus, you can drop off at nearby bus stop easily. The room is okay. But cleanliness wise can be improved. The mattress obviously has been using for a long time as we felt it was sinking one side. Check-in was self-served. If you booked via trip.com, you must ask hotel staff to assist. Checkout simply just drop the card at the box before u heading to Terminal 4."

"Samantha, Zenril were super helpful, well known local travel tips shared. Hotel Location bus to T3 is just 10-15mins away. Dining at the nearest Hounslow West station - bus is 15-20mins away, heavenly food choices there. Walkable distance to Starbucks KFC, of course, uber eats also recommend Hotel Meal deals valued, worth considering too Family room size is bigger than Travelxxxx, have spaces for 3 luggage"

"The staff were friendly, and everything was spotlessly clean. The room was spacious enough. Breakfast was decent, but it's advisable to go early. If you arrive at the restaurant around 8:00 or 8:30, there's often no cheese or cold cuts left, and they aren't replenished. Otherwise, it was a perfectly fine hotel."

"Check-in was easy and efficiently managed They were able to accommodate our request for room near the elevator. The breakfast was good. We were given a room on 3rd floor despite our reservation was for a high floor king room Housekeeping should hv bn more astute in ensuring amenities like tissues are amply sufficient. Our tissue box had barely a few pieces left. Housekeeping was no longer available, we had to collect it from the reception at the lobby We would be grateful if bottled drinking water were provided."

"Quiet and clean exactly what you'd want from a premier inn. 2min walk from a Starbucks and Asda express. Restaurant nice decor and very popular I'd stay here again when leaving early from Heathrow"

"Great location, straight out if the tube station. Room was clean and nice, staff helpful as we left our bags early before coming back to check in later that night after the football. Generally the downstairs reception toilet was dirty and broken and the hall carpets looked like they needed a deep clean. Other than that it was fine for a premier inn."

"Great hotel this one. I use it regularly for staying in Uxbridge. The bed is always very comfortable. The rainfall shower is perfect. Highly recommend"
