From the moment I stepped in, the hotel atmosphere felt luxurious, modern, clean, and very exclusive. All the staff were super friendly, professional, and very helpful. I felt like a VIP throughout my time here! 🥰 The room was spacious, beautiful, very comfortable, and clean. The bed was pure heaven—so soft that I didn't want to leave the room! 😂 All the in-room amenities were complete and made the stay experience very comfortable. The hotel's location is also very strategic, making it easy to get to interesting places in Bandung. What I liked most is that after a full day of walking and shopping, returning to the hotel felt like coming back to a place to fully recharge. Breakfast was also amazing! The food selection was extensive and delicious. The restaurant atmosphere was comfortable, service was fast, and the staff always made sure guests were at ease. But what impressed me the most was the hospitality of the entire Crowne Plaza Bandung team. Everyone was so friendly, always smiling, and genuinely provided service that made us feel valued. It wasn't just a hotel stay; it was an experience that made us want to come back again and again! I recently stayed at Aryaduta Bandung and overall had a very pleasant experience. The hotel has a classic, elegant feel and is well-maintained, with a spacious lobby that gives a good first impression. The room was comfortable and clean, with a nice view of the city. The bed was cozy and made it easy to rest after a full day of exploring Bandung. Amenities were adequate, and everything I needed was provided without issue. The staff were polite, helpful, and professional throughout my stay. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient, which made the whole experience stress-free. Breakfast had a good variety of local and international options. The taste was decent, and the dining area was comfortable even during busy hours. Location-wise, the hotel is quite convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and shopping areas in Bandung. Overall, Aryaduta Bandung offers good value for a comfortable and reliable stay. It may not be ultra-modern, but it delivers well on comfort, service, and convenience. I would consider staying here again for a future trip.

The hotel itself is modern, clean, and visually appealing. The staff were friendly and showed good hospitality throughout my stay. However, the room experience was disappointing due to the bathroom issues. The shower area had leaking problems, and the water pressure was extremely weak and inconsistent. After a long day, I look forward to a relaxing shower, but unfortunately, I couldn’t enjoy it at all. The breakfast was another major letdown. While the dining area looked beautiful and comfortable, the food selection was very basic, repetitive, and lacked flavor. Most of the dishes tasted bland and uninspiring, making breakfast something I ended up skipping after the first day. I hope the management will improve these areas because the hotel has great potential. 😮💨 A beautiful hotel is one thing, but a good shower and decent breakfast are what make guests want to come back. Unfortunately, both were missing during my stay.

Comfortable bed, convenient to travel around, affordable price, safe and tip top service by the guest relation officer such as Leo who provide extended services during breakfast. I recommend you experience the bonvoy moment in four points bandung :)

An amazing stay! Highly recommend for families as the rooms were spacious and living room was of good size too. The rooms were clean, spacious and had enough amenities. The service was really good too. Kitchen was a plus point with its microwave. Walking distance to convenience store and street food stalls. Overall, a great experience. Highly recommended!

We booked a room for family and also ordered extra bed so the room could accomodate for 5 people and it was large enough to still have extra space for luggages and praying. The cleanliness was on top and the amenities were complete. The front desk was also very kind in accepting our request of luggage keeping and extra bed and breakfast, and the location of the hotel is also really close to Tol Pasteur, so I would totally love to visit again. Nearby is also full of food and restaurants!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. However, the hotel itself was in poor condition and appears to be in need of maintenance. The bathroom facilities were not well maintained, and we even encountered cockroaches during our stay. The food quality was also disappointing. On the positive side, the location is very strategic and convenient for shopping enthusiasts, as it is within walking distance of braga street. While the location is a major advantage, the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel need significant improvement.

While it is a strong choice for food lovers and travelers on the go, improvements in room equipment and comfort would significantly elevate its value.

It is a good location for sightseeing in Bandung city, as the Bandung Conference Memorial Hall and Asia-Africa Street are within a 5-minute walk. The room I stayed in was spacious and nice, but it didn't look like the room in the original photo and it seemed worse than that room. The advertisement photo shows the window on the left, but the window in the room I stayed in was on the right.

Like the attitude and approach when responding to the prayer prayers, especially the prayers are made of fragrance.
