"Our honeymoon stay at Swiss-Belresort Dago Heritage from March 31 to April 2, 2026, was nothing short of perfection. From the moment we stepped into the lobby, we felt the warm hospitality that Bandung is famous for. 1. The Room (Room 306 - A Must-Request!) Following some recommendations I saw on social media, I specifically requested Room 306 on the 3rd floor, and the hotel was kind enough to fulfill it. The highlight of this room is undoubtedly the breathtaking view of the Dago Heritage Golf Course. Waking up to the misty green valley right from our bed was magical. But the real ”showstopper” is the bathtub. Soaking in the tub while overlooking the lush greenery was the ultimate relaxation experience. The room was spotless, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the amenities were complete. 2. Exceptional Service & Honeymoon Arrangement I had been in coordination with the reservation team (shout out to Ms. Ririk!) weeks before our arrival. They were very responsive and helpful. Upon entering the room, we were greeted with a lovely honeymoon setup that made my partner, Ayu, very happy. The staff throughout the hotel—from the front desk to the restaurant—were polite, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. 3. Facilities & Dining The infinity pool is a dream! Even though Dago can be chilly, the water temperature was comfortable enough for a morning swim. As for the breakfast, the variety was impressive—ranging from traditional Indonesian dishes to international selections. Everything tasted fresh and high-quality. 4. Location Located in the upscale Dago Pakar area, the hotel offers a serene atmosphere away from the city's traffic, yet it’s still very close to famous cafes and nature spots like Tahura and Tebing Keraton. Verdict: If you are looking for a romantic getaway or a peaceful staycation in Bandung, look no further. This hotel offers the best value for money with views you won't find anywhere else. We will definitely be coming back!"

"It's not my first time stay here and still my top choice hotel when i visit Bandung. Affordable price, location is close to the train station which makes it very convenient. Room is clean and smells fresh, and the staff are very friendly. There’s an aesthetic cafe that’s perfect for having coffee, and enjoying some metime here."

"The room was clean, the location was also strategic, and the view was great. but somehow they recommended us to change room for the second night due to high load on the initial floor. We did request quiet room before, and we feel that they could have arranged it better at the first place. But overall it was a good stay, but it was not convenient to repack our belongings and unpack it again."

"Strategically located, just across from Braga street. Straight ahead you'll find the Grand Mosque and the town square (Bandros stop). Plenty of options for dinner, minimarts, and coffee shops. It has an indoor pool and warm hospitality from the staff, especially the female receptionist (sorry, I forgot her name). My only complaints are that the room isn't very soundproof and the breakfast options are limited. Still, it was a pleasant staycation, thanks Savoy Homann!"
