"I recently stayed at . And I would like to share my experience with the housekeeping staffs Mr Bappa ,mr.ankit,mr gaddu,mr.nilesh, mr.aman. they all were very friendly ,& helpful person thank you so much for making my stay more comfortable.The cleanliness of my room was exceptional. I appreciated how the bed was made neatly each day, and the bathroom was spotless. The housekeeping team did a great job of restocking supplies, such as toiletries and coffee. I noticed that they also took care to arrange my personal items thoughtfully. Overall, I was very satisfied with the housekeeping services during my stay. Thank you for maintaining such high standards!"

"Wow! Wow! Wow! Thats what we can truly say about Doubletree! Nithesh, Syantika & Shivram the 3 of them really made our stay Great and Wonderful! They deserve the recognition for their service. The night we arrived, we were welcomed by Nithesh at the reception. The check in was quick and Nithesh followed us all the way to our room giving us information on the bfast, facilities, f&b and other details that we needed to know! Great Service, Nithesh! At the cafe during bfast, we were served by Shivram. He made sure we did not miss a thing! Shivram, we were looking out for you over the next few days, but maybe you were on another shift. Great Service, Shivram! Last but not least, Syantika! Although you are a newbie, you did not seem like a newbie at all! Your charm and must-do attitude, awesome! Both my wife and me felt, that your truthfulness in attending to a query that we asked you, and getting an almost immediate response, just speaks a thousand words! Keep up your good work and you will go a long way! Thank you also to the Management and team of Doubletree Goa!"

"The staff at this hotel are fantastic and really helpful I had a bit of issues with the WiFi. The hotel is not in a close proximity to much and the taxi system is not efficient meaning that getting around is really hard. You can only use GoaMiles which doesn’t have ***y drivers in this area, alternatively you can use more expensive taxis. Based on this, I would not recommend this hotel based on ease of getting around and proximity."

"Amazing Experience — Truly Loved It! The staff here is incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the entire stay even more enjoyable. The resort is spacious and beautifully maintained, and the rooms are even larger and more comfortable than expected. Everything about this place exceeded my expectations — it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. I absolutely loved my time here and will definitely be coming back again. "The property is nicely maintained with the staying rooms in the well firmished first floor which has a nice sit in space in the common area with a sofa as well as another sitting area with some books for reading, in case you forgot to bring own books. The rooms are well furnished with a split airconditioner, a nice king size double bed, huge wooden cupboard with additional storage space below the tv table etc. The furniture is of good quality and apart from that there is a huge window space where you can keep some additional stuff, if you want. The bathrooms are nice - one thing i need to mention is the soap they kept is the pears soap(marooning) with its unique nice smell. From the windows you can see the milling crowds almost all the time taking photos against the background of this building. They see you in wonder when you step out of the building. The caretakers anil and thippanna are nice people who attend to your requests politely. The breakfast is at taj vivanta panaji and a shuttle can take you there and drop back. We requested that the breakfast be delivered at ama trails itself - which was also taken care of. The taj hospitality is so good it spoils you - when you stay in other places you tend to find fault in almost everything. The only downside if you call it, is the area is all the time with tourists and there is no proper parking- though you can park near this property. The taj team was kind enough to accommodate me in vivanta panaji for a part of my stay and park my car there- which was truly memorable. I will give a separate review of vivanta panaji team"

"The hotel is very clean, the staff are attentive and polite. The gym is very small and has few equipment. Excellent location. However, the daily rate is too high for what the hotel offers. This is probably because it is a tourist area. I asked for a room with a view of the beach and they gave me a room on the first floor where you couldn't see anything."

"If you are looking for night stay inna quite place even in the city, this is good choice. The restaurant is serving tasty food. Breakfast is seems bit expensive for the items available. Lunch and dinner with 10%discount in room service. casinos and cruises are walkable around 750 m from hotel. not much activities in the hotel, so just eat and sleep. so just for roaming inside goa and reach back hotel eat then sleep. old building and no lifts but the house keeping guys will help to take your luggage. eateries and liquor shops nearby. parking is available inside the compound. "
