"Stayed for 1 night. Full of a pleasant hotel. Settled for a couple of hours before check-in. Staff is pleasant.
I took the room and there was a bath! There were no problems with water. Clean in the room and the hotel itself.
Breakfast is a lot of different cruissans, biscuits, cuts of meat and cheese. from hot - omlet, sausages with becon and cooked eggs. For the morning no more. The only - the coffee machine didn't work but the staff poured cappuccino anyway :)
Parma is in principle small, so to the central part to go 5-8 minutes, to the station as much as the station"

"A modern hotel right next to the train station. The room is bright and quite spacious. The staff is friendly, but a bit slow and confused when checking in, even though there were four administrators. But this is not critical. Breakfast is sufficient. Convenient sockets by the bed. For me, the only serious minus was the lack of hair conditioner in the bathroom. There is shampoo, shower gel, and liquid soap. There is no conditioner. And I noticed this after washing my hair. Unpleasant. And personally, I do not really like the fact that they are not in individual bottles, but in large containers, albeit branded. The shampoo seems to be sulfate-free, it does not foam well."

"Hotel is very good, pleasant staff, excellent continental breakfast, spacious shower, very delicious shampoo in the bathroom, all clean . Big panoramic windows, next to the highway, for us a big plus as we travel by car. The bar is open until evening, prices are acceptable. There is a small area in the course of computer work, wifi is excellent. From the downsides, the number as if for one person there was only 1 chunk and 1 chair and I had nowhere to put the phone to charge it next to the bed, I had to leave to charge in the corridor. The garden on the street requires care, but they are not particularly monitored, and so it would be beautiful."

"Overall, it's good. The room is spacious and only a 10-minute walk from the city center. There's a paid parking lot that's very safe. Breakfast is good. The only minor downside is that there are quite a few homeless people around the hotel. Also, since it's near the train station and on the road, it's always noisy. Check-in time is 3:00 PM. We arrived at 3:15 PM, but the room wasn't ready yet and we had to wait another 10-15 minutes."

"Old building, the room is not much better, the main hotel is very good, just in the downtown business district, not 10 minutes walk from Palma Central Station. "私に与えられた部屋は 受け付けから400mほど離れているビルの2階にありました。エレベーター内には1階の押しボタンしかなくて 1階から2階に行くドアには鍵がかかっていて2階に行けません。エレベーター内の記載をよく読むと 与えられたカードでタッチするとエレベーターは2階に上がるようになっていました。確かにそう言うエレベーターはありますね。受け付けで その事を言われたのかもしれませんが 理解していなくて しばらく困りました。部屋は清潔で冷蔵庫もありましたが 電気湯沸かし器はなかったです。コーヒーを入れる熱湯は 流しで熱い湯を出して それを飲みなさいと言うことでしょうか？ ホテルはパルマの中心に位置して パルマの大聖堂も美術館も期待以上で良かったです。"

- Not immediately near the city center but by car, it takes only 10 mins which is not bad at all.
- free parking lot is a plus
- breakfast was simple and minimal but included
- room is quite spaceful and modern, based on Italy standard

Only down side was you hear everything.

The free bikes were a blessing to cycle into Parma in the rain, the receptionist advised to park at Piazza Garibaldi.
The room was clean and spacious with all the facilities needed.
The pool was clean with adequate chairs and an area for food:drinks.
Too far too walk to the centre but easy enough to drive or cycle.

GGuest UserОстанавливаюсь в этом отеле уже 20 лет. Если приезжаешь на машине - супер удобно - большая парковка, чистый воздух, Парма рядом, автострада тоже. Отель супер чистый, хоть уже не совсем молодой. Вечером можно поужинать обычной итальянской едой. Завтрак по утрам достаточно богатый, лучше, чем обычно в Италии. За свои деньги (около 100 евро, иногда меньше) очень хорошо.

GGuest UserDon't forget that the reception is located in the new hotel near the station. There, you can obtain keys and passwords from the Internet.
The residence itself looks very interesting, the entrance team really likes it, and the view from the windows.
The rooms are spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable and I slept well.
A stable Internet is enough to watch videos from two devices at the same time.
No breakfast/coffee machine, it's not enough (
All in all, a good apartment stays there.
